This place was great! They fixed my sisters Volkswagen bug. She had taken it to a Volkswagen mechanic before and they did not fix the issue with her transmission. Not only did they fix the issue but Abe explain to me exactly what was wrong and showed me the part. They were very affordable also. Would highly recommend them especially if youre a woman who doesnt know a lot about cars.

We were visiting from out of town. Our car started making a funny sound. The owner looked at it and told us exactly what is wrong and what was needed to fix it. He wasn’t able to get the parts in time before we needed to leave but helped us do a temporary fix until we got to where we needed to be. Very friendly and considerate business and good people!!

I was researching automotive repair shops on Google Chrome to take my Mercedes 2010 SUV ML 350 in Twin Falls, Idaho for electrical and diagnostic issues.First of all, I was reassured to know that the shop is certified to repair foreign cars. It was very impressive to read all the makes, models, foreign or domestic that they are able to service.I read through their web site and I always look for the star rating which was the highest and the comments that other customers had left were so pleased with reasonable costs, friendly customer service, honesty, and completed repairs in a reasonable time.As I pulled into their parking lot I noticed the office building and shop were very clean, well constructed, and there were several cars in for repair.I went in on a Monday and I was able to schedule an appointment for my car the following Tuesday. The owners were so enjoyable to visit with and I felt like I had known them for years and it was such a relief to know that I had found a repair shop I knew I could trust to repair my car!My car is getting repaired this week and I plan on finishing my experience with becoming another satisfied customer!Sincerely,Pamela Day

My cars air compressor died on me on my way down to Texas. I was recommended this place by a local and I am beyond satisfied. It took 4 hours to complete because my car was such a wreck, my valves were broken, and the belt needed to be replaced. All this plus an extra 2 hours of labor and it didnt break my budget. I highly recommend this place.

Please do something good for you and don’t go there, I had bad experience with them. He forgot to put antifreeze. Engine got overheated on the way.

This guy rocks he really cares about his customers and the top notch service he provides proves it. Also his charges for service are reasonable. He stand behind his work and is up front and honest about all repairs, never selling services you dont need like other car dealerships and car repair shops. Give him a shot I did and continue to do so..

I purchased my truck in Twin Falls ID privately and wanted to have a prepurchase inspection done on my truck before I drove several hours to see it myself. Robin and Abe were extremely accommodating when I wanted to schedule short notice. Abe called me a little while later and gave me an honest overview of what he saw and experienced while going through the vehicle. Traveling through and blew a spark plug. These people here are so kind. Ive never met people as kind and caring as everyone here. The mechanic kept me posted bringing the parts out and explaining to me what was wrong and keeping me in good spirits. The wonderful lady at the front counter also offered me her lunch and some cake! This is by far the BEST place in town! Wish I could give a 10 star rating!!

Ive spent a fair amount of money here but that has come to an end now. The phone lady is rude and not at all interested in being helpful or even polite. Ive talked to her on 4 occasions and each time she is worse than the last. Ive let it go up till now but tonights call was too ridiculous. She is going to be the downfall of this poor business. There are 10 friendlier shops within walking distance that do just as good of work. Life is too short to deal with rude desk chicks!

Car broke down on my way to work, I called and asked if he could just look at it since it was a Friday and I understand that they are busy and arent open on the weekend. Well to my surprise he got it fixed by the end of that day. Super easy to work with and great customer service. I will definitely will go back.

My car died on the highway on the way home one day and had to get it towed to some place my insurance approved of. My normal mechanic wasnt on the list so I tried here. They were quick to give an estimate and even provide different options. Sadly, due to timing issues, I couldnt take advantage of anybody the cost savings they offered, but the replacement parts they provided were great quality and they got me on the road quickly.

Had brakes and rotors replaced here last January and Im getting them replaced again today. I only drive around town and have driven about 16,000 miles 18,000 max on these new rotors which should last much longer than that. Car started shaking and squeaking. Drove the car around for 8.5 years without needing new brakes and am replacing them a year and a half after they were replaced here. Warranty was only 90 days, not that it really matters because I moved away anyways, but the place thats replacing them is fixing it for almost half the price. The guy I spoke to on the phone was nice, but nice doesnt really fix my problem.

Great shop, great owner. We broke down on the freeway near Twin Falls Sunday afternoon. Abe (the owner) stopped to help us. He got my kids and wife to a hotel while I waited for the tow truck. The next day, they got the car fixed and us back on the road. He could not have been more helpful and honest given our situation. Wish his shop was closer to our home in Utah so we could go to him with all our repairs.

I got the price i was quoted to fix my heat when i fist went in almost 5 months ago they were all very kind and helpful they even gave suggestions on somewhere to go for some thing they didnt work on will definitely be taking my vehicles back to them
