I was traveling from out of town on the 4th of July weekend when my car started having issues. Brent with the Automotive Clinic was amazing to work with and was able to see me the next day! I had a diagnosis and a repair within 24 hrs, which I wasn’t expecting because it was a holiday weekend and other auto shops were booked 1-2 weeks out. Brent was super professional and explained things in a way I understood. I already started recommending him to my family in the area!

I recently had an issue with my Dodge Caravan oil filter housing. Unfortunately theyre made of plastic and they eventually brea k, causing a steady leak of oil I noticed in my driveway.Long story short, the guys at Automotive clinic took excellent care of the van and helped me get on the road in a very timely manner.Their service was prompt, professional, and budget friendly when factoring for the level of work needed.They even followed up a few days later to confirm everything was on the up-and-up. I would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone looking for vehicle servicing and will continue to use them going forward.

This guy is very friendly experienced and professional even got my car started when now one else would or could Never tried to hustle me on the price of the work will will have a custom for life and I will recommend anyone to this shop.

We were having awful car trouble on our way back to Colorado. But the Automotive clinic did a FANTASTIC job working on our car and being accommodating. They were extremely kind, helpful, and answered so many of our questions when needed. We strongly recommend this auto clinic. They know what they are doing!

The blower motor in my car had gone out. Im from out of town and the 2 men I dealt with, Jay and Steven, went above and beyond to help me. I had my car fixed a couple days after the diagnosis. I highly recommend this place. These guys are AMAZING! They were honest and fair. Thank u guys!!!

They assisted us on Friday of Labor Day weekend, when no other business would take the time. These guys went above and beyond with their service. They had friendly and happy attitudes, and had us quickly on our way. I would definitely recommend them.

Went in for an oil change today on my car. I was attracted by the advertisement out front that said $23.95 Lube, Oil, Filter.I left with a $68.00 bill even after I provided my own oil filter. The reason: my car required two additional quarts of conventional oil and the mechanic tightened two bolts for me while he had the car in the air for an extra $34.95.This business should be referred to as The Ripoff Clinic. Additionally, the trees out front have more personality than the con inside.

Estimate was not accurate. They provided wrong pricing for work estimated. No extra work and cost almost 50% more than what quoted. Brent said my bad but didnt offer any adjustments. Tried multiple times to contact for updates while I was out of town but couldnt get a clear picture of how it was progressing and what the final bill would be until pickup. If you ask them to call, dont expect them to... Not what it used to be under Dave.

Brent was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He moved heaven and hell to get a replacement for the broken alternator of our old car. There was only one alternator available in the US and Brent managed to find the right one and get it shipped and replaced so that we could continue our trip in time. Thanks a lot!

My wife and I were driving from Salt Lake City to Boise one Saturday morning when about half way there we struck a muffler in the road. Everything seemed to be fine, so we trekked on when about forty five minutes later our check engine light went on. We were kind of nervous because we knew we struck debris, and now we were equally as far from both our home in Salt Lake as we were from our destination in Boise. We stopped in Twin Falls and decided we needed to get the car checked out. Im glad that we found Automotive Clinic. Its been so long at this point I forgot the gentlemans name. But he had mentioned his son had a emergency dentist appointment he had to get to and was just now locking up. We explained our situation and he agreed to come out and take a look. He said he doesnt believe anything is horribly wrong, but that we should get a free diagnostic test at AutoZone and text him the results. He gave us his cell number and said if its bad, hell come back and get us fixed up. We did as we were told and he was immediately responsive. He said if we feel the car shaking at all, then well want to stop driving. But as long as its a smooth ride then we can continue heading home. We turned around and went home and eventually got to a dealership and it was all under warranty which is what the gentleman at Automotive Clinic had said in the first place. Luckily at one point I remembered this gentlemans name and was able to send him a gift card for a free lunch at Jimmy Johns for him and his co-workers since he wouldnt take a cash tip from me. Im very grateful for his kindness and honesty.

Heading home to Tulsa, Ok. Had a tire blow out on I-84W. Got 4 new tires from walnart. Walmart mechanic said my bearing was going out. Went to 3 places that said they where open but wasnt. Call this place got me in and stayed open until it got finished. Wonderful owner. Wonderful mechanic....

Very poor experience. Feel like its the 1970s. My daughter and I went in to both get oil changes. Appointment was at 2 PM. At 4 PM they finished with her 2002 truck and charged me $112.83. I was told this was because I agreed to the synthetic oil at $10 per quart (I had no idea this is what they were charging) and the air filter. They also charged me $9 labor and $3 for filling up the washer fluid. For the record,5 quarts of synthetic oil retail is approximately $17-$20. Do not take your vehicle here for an oil change.

AMAZING willingness to assist -- even over the phone! I called Dave because of an unfortunate review (Im like that; if its horrible I want to detect why). I called for pricing on a compression test after being referred to him by Walmart and Les Schwab. Dave went above and beyond what I expected; he quoted me the price for the test, suggested my son not bother with a particular task he felt they could do while testing the vehicle, and even gave me detailed instructions for my son on how to detect a blown head gasket. I love him! Thanks, Dave, for taking your valuable time for me and for your patience with my questions. Great place!

Horrible! I called them to see if they can pull codes Brent told me he can take a look at it so I drove it down there. It was not until I was on my way out the door that he told me it would be $74.50 for diagnostics. I was shocked. Our phone call and the whole hour and a half I was there he did not tell me there was a charge (he was the tire shop I went to that day and I wasnt charged.) He was completly rude and dishonest. My husband called him today and after he lied and said that Dave the owner wont be in for a while by the end if the conversation Dave was standing right there. They are crooks. I have never been in there shop, yet he told my husband I have been. I am disabled and he knew that when I spoke to him. He took advantage of me number 1 being a woman and number 2 being disabled. Then Brent told me to go bottom out my car to have the insurance cover my transmission. Real professional. He swindled me out ofhalf my car payment. He knew what he was doing by not being up front and honest. This is not the end of this. Im reporting them to BBB and calling the local news. I hope no one else gets taken advantage of like I did.

This shop is a joke! They charge you for things they never completed, they diagnose the car and say is the motor, or the injectors, or something electrical, etc. in the end it was just something small but they sure charge you and arm and a leg for nothing. Dont use them, or youll be sorry!

No business deserves to have just one review, and a grumpy review at that, so here goes --I got stuck in Twin Falls. Not that its not a nice town, just not where I wanted to be after 2 weeks on the road. My shift cable broke right in front of the hotel, and Dave was the only place I could find open on a Saturday to take a look. He could have done all sorts of terrible things ... but he didnt. He looked at the car right when he said he would, he gave me a price and an expected time of repair. It would be a few days, waiting for a part to come in.When the day came around, it was done earlier in the day than he told me, he sent someone with the car to pick me up at the hotel so I didnt have to take a cab, and I cruised home (a 10 hour drive) without any problems.To summarize - Dave was professional and reliable. Should I ever have mechanical issues in Twin Falls again (what are the odds, right?), Dave is my guy.

On a road trip to Oregon, the front wheel started making awful scratching noises in the middle of the night. We were hauling a lot of weight, so I made a pit stop in Twin Falls. I called at the moment they opened, and they got me in right away. A rock was wedged inside the back of the tire area, and they removed it and didnt even charge me. On the road again, thanks!
