All the people at Subaru have been so good to me, I purchased a car and it had an untimely malfunction. I called the dealership and was quickly transferred to someone who could assist me. I was given the personal number of the service manager and told if we broke down on our way home to call him and he would personally towe us home. Luckily we made it to the dealership without assistance, and they promptly got going on fixing my vehicle. It will be in the shop for a few weeks so they gave me a loaner untill they can fix my car. I am extremely satisfied every time I leave, polite, professional, and punctual.

No longer part of the Subaru family. I tried for three years to get the same problem figured out and fixed with the nav/phone starlink system in my Forester. Everyone said they would figure it out and get back with me. The ball got dropped so many times, I thought it was a yo-yo. So, the business was sold this summer, so I thought I would try the service department again. Well, I had some communication with some one in the service department, but when she told me she needed to get more information fom Subaru of America, and she would call the next day, I had flashbacks of how I was treated before. Needless to say I traded my Subaru in this weekend for a Chevy, and am going to looking into either emancipation from the Subaru family, or a D I V O R C E!!
Hillary the service rep was courteous and knowledgeable. That was the positive part of the experience. They worked on car for 1 hour and charged for 2.2 hrs labor at 150/hr. When I questioned it they immediately changed the labor charge to actual time not book time. What a dishonest policy; overcharge for labor and refund if customer complains.Also, complete disregard for the health and well being of customers . Owners completely ignore Idaho public health recommendations, no masks, no distancing, shaking hands, rude and thoughtless.
Hands down the best experiances when buying a new car. No pressure very welcoming! Will buy a car again for sure!
