This is our second purchase firm. We needed a new mattress for our RV. After shopping on line, we went back to Mattress Firm. When it was time to decide we chose Mattress Firm. They were a little higher but we got great, friendly service and we new exactly what we were buying as well as a warranty. On line would have been a complete.risk.

They walked me through everything they had, what myOptions were and they were very understanding when both of my little kids lost it. Both employees were helpful and understanding. They both handled the kids meltdowns with kindness and they were so patient! Great place to go.

My husband and I went in looking for a new Queen mattress about a week ago. Ryan and Chase were both extremely helpful and answered any questions we had. My husband and I found a bed we fell in love with but the delivery for it was a whole month out. They went above and beyond to make sure we got the bed we both really wanted and a week later we got it delivered and all set up! It was such an amazing experience! Chase G is amazing! He was very knowledgeable and helped us decide on the right type a mattress for us. We also got a great deal with their Presidents Day sale with a lot of extras thrown in (king sized pillows...the most comfortable pillows ever, mattress protector, sheets) . When we forgot to measure our bedframe and accidentally ordered the wrong size king Chase came over and helped us figure out what the issue was and took care of everything to get us the right size. Delivery was fast and simple. The guys who set it up were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend.

My wife was looking at mattresses a couple days ago and really liked what she saw. Chase was very helpful, answered all her questions. Today we both went to try out the mattresses she had looked at. Chase again was very helpful. We knew we wanted a CA King. She wanted the adjustable base with head & foot, I didn’t think I wanted the foot. Chase explained we could get a split CA King with two different bases and that would solve our problem. We ended up getting two bases that would do both head & feet. Great experience so far. We ordered a mattress and base to our house. The sales team there was very helpful and not pushy which was a plus. They gave us time to look around and try everything out. Also price matched the manufacturers deal and offered competitive pricing on the adjustable base.

Chase was a fantastic salesperson. We told him what we wanted (buying an adjustable bed for my elderly father), and he didn’t try to up-sell us at all. He showed us a couple of options, but didn’t overwhelm us. He was thorough, and didn’t waste any of our time.

He set up delivery and removal of the old mattress. He even called me at home when I had more follow up questions.
