I guess an okay place... Not everythings a dollar like one might expect from the name... We walked through, nothing really stood out, and we didnt buy anything. But the store was organized okay, and if someone was searching for relatively cheap, mostly unhealthy stuff, this would be a good place to find it.

The store in Twin Falls is clean and well stocked. I travel from kimberly to the twin Falls store.

There are some great prices on certain things. Always nice surprises. Check it out.

When I came in today, I was greeted by the best customer service I have had in a long time! The gentleman at the cash register was very polite & kind. I was amazed at his efforts to put a smile on everyone’s faces while they were in the store! A truly kind guy that deserves a raise for the work he is providing! Thank you for the amazing customer service! I shall be returning to the store more often now due to the customer service I received today!

I always fins what I need. Sometimes the the things I buy are broken though. Broken seals and broken lamps but they seems short staffed so. I just dont go back.

Store was clean & upon entering was greeted by a employee & asked if he can help me find anything - I told him no but thank you - Im going to be going down every isle anyways - and he said ok went back to his work - got to checkout & he was very pleasant - love this store & recommend everyone to shop there & prices are ok - enjoy your shopping day

I have shopped at the family dollar in kimberly for 4 years i am in the store about every other day i love the prices and the staff are great til recently twice i have gone in the store and newer female that is working there was yelling at the other employee cussing at her and all the other lady was asking for was a break to go to the restroom and i came in anither day andpurchased 3 coke cola productos that had a sign on them 3 for $10 when i went to pay i questioned the price cause i was chaged $16.80 and very rudely she refused to let me take them off. This stire had replaced all other stores for me to shop in persin sohop at in person will nowGo back to shopping at walmart where they honor there prices they have posted and are professional not rude the customers. I would rather be shopping at family dollar but i dont deserve to be treated like that and to feel uncomfortable in the store by the way she treatsher co workers

The greeting at the door is usually the only good thing in the store and one evening lady and guy that are good customer service examples. Other than that the rest of the workers are rude. They arent very kind. Dont smile or even act like they enjoy their job. The online policies and info is not accurate with the stores. Many items I have purchased there have been obviously used and not of very good quality. The last items I bought were there each type of colored no tangle head phones. One was a gift for a birthday others for me and my twins. We all tried them once. The birthday girls one side didnt work at all and on ALL of ours they were having problems with a side cutting out or not as loud as the other. So I took my receipt in....(after checking on line policys and making sure I wasnt gonna waste gas.) And the guy right away says they dont do returns. I told him I had my receipt and he said well let me see and right away again said no exceptions on electronic items only exchanges. I said thats not what it says online...he called for the manager who came over taking her time and put both fist down hard in front of us huffing and puffing. And pointed to a hand written piece of paper and said rudely we dont take returns store policy! And I repeated well thats not what it says on line. And they said they would exchange it. Couldnt find any and yelled well go down to the other store they might have it there for you I dont know what to tell you! And I push the bag towards them and told them to keep them because I dont have time to waste on such a worthless product and a store thats the same! And their service. And I only go there for Ariel laundry soap thats the best deal there. Rarely see anything worth buying anymore. Products are cheaply made and prices are getting higher and higher. Just ridiculous!!

No sale prices are posted on sale items. Good thing I had my sales ad. Anyone else walking in there wont know stuff is on sale. Lots of items not in stock at all that is in the sales add. As always Family Dollars isles are super cluttered and not put away. Other than that, when you use the app coupons you save an amazing amount and it is worth the visit.

This Family Dollar store is good. Nice and helpful employees and the store seems to be pretty organized.

The Ladies who are employed at this store are always very kind and helpful. I enjoy shopping there.

Service was good found what we needed at a good.price.cashier Amy accidently forgot to give change but returned the money when we missed it .accidents happen when busy everyone was very helpful thank you cashier Amy for amazing service.

Love the family Dollar, not everything is a dollar, but you can find nice stuff for cheaper than you would at a kmart.

I got little girl sale items along with other items but when I got home I was missing 2 girl items I called to the store and they said there was nothing there left behind but from the counter to home I know I didnt lose it but I feel the one who answered the phone didnt want to check she just said nope nothing there!
