Its a small Journeys store I ever been into, but the employees are absolutely the best customer service you can ever receive. I love how kind and helpful they are. I bought a pair of vans and somehow manage to take 2 different size home and I live out of Idaho, but they went above and beyond to ship the right pair of shoes out to me so I can return the wrong size pair of vans back. Even wrote a note apologizing for the mistake which was more than I can say and express the quality service they gave to me. I definitely will return to shop there for my vans when I vacation in Twin Falls again 😊. Happy with my purchase and definitely the customer service they provide!

I have been wanting fila shoes for awhile i bought my first pair a couple days ago feel in love and got a second pair they help you out as soon as you walk in love it!

Although they are sales people, I love going to Johnny to asking for shoes. He finds the right shoes and even some extras. If you are looking for a specific shoe and only want that one, I wouldnt go there, but if you are looking for personalized service then definitely go visit Johnny. I love all of their magic socks and their shoes. When someone tells you the shoes will not be there in a week, you need to listen because many of the exclusive styles run out of sizes fast!!

So uncomfortable shopping in here. Everyone legit stares at you and bombards you the second you get in the store. I get you have to greet people but I just wanted to look by myself and he wouldn’t leave me alone. Made me so uncomfortable as well as everyone just staring at me. Went across to foot locker and spent 200$. Need to learn to give people room after they said they’re fine 10 times.

I got in there and they are super pushy. She brought like 4 other pairs of shoes I didn’t ask for.

Nice selection of Dr. Marten and Vans, and if they dont have it in stock they can help you order it on online.

Friendly and helpful. The sales clerk helped my teenaged son pick out athletic shoes that not only fit great, but were a great sale price, too.
