I rarely write reviews but this one is warranted, especially considering the few recent negative reviews on here. I am working out of town in Twin and had a tricky fedex shipping situation. I am so thankful for the amazing help and kindness that I found at The Mail Room. They made everything simple and easy, and packaged my stuff up professionally and with care. They gave me peace of mind that my materials will arrive safely and on time. I left smiling and with a huge feeling of relief that my shipping needs were taken care of and in good hands. I cant thank you enough! Keep up the good work :)

Nice staff great alternative to a PO box. Street address accepts ups and FedEx packages.

We walking In without a mask. Immediately the guy raises his voice and tells us to wear a mask. We went out without any word and got a mask. The store was empty with no other customers. He followed us out almost like he knew he shouldn’t have done what he did. Once we got back in the store was still empty. While on the phone getting the label sent over he demanded we stayed outside because they limit the number of people In the building. (We my dad and I were the only two in there other then a fedex delivery guy). His attitude was unjust and very unprofessional. The attitude he has was uncalled for and we ended up leaving without help. After reviewing comments once I left I realized I would have never gone here seeing what others have to say about the business.

Absolute worst customer service skills ever. The man in the store was rude, was not helpful, I felt like I was bothering the man by asking him questions about Fed EX. I will not be taking my business to The Mailroom.

I dropped a package for FedEx that had a return address label already on it. They asked me if I wanted a receipt, then told me it would be a dollar. Really, youre going to charge me for a receipt. Not going back there, EVER!

The people whom work at this people are below what I would ever consider professional. They always have an attitude and it’s like they don’t want to be there. So my recommendation is to replace your drive thru employee with someone who actually wants to be at work. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I have used The Mail Room for over two years now.They are great. Always willing to do what they can to fit my busy work schedule. Very Nice people. One stop shopping at its best!

Great service! They even helped me try to save money by checking if I could fit my item in a smaller box. In the end it was the right size for the box I had, but the effort to help me save some coin was really appreciated. I was treated in a friendly manner and their facility is very tidy and professional. Ill ship with them again.

Amazing service. Lady there is super helpful and kind....was able to overnight using FEDEX, which I guess this town does not have, so was very grateful to find this place. Thank you!

The mail room has been by far the most convenient place to do business. They can ship anything! I never worry about it being well packaged or delivered promptly. I just drop my stuff off (unpackaged) and let them do the rest. Fast and friendly!

Grade A service and excellent packing. Secure mailbox so I can get my mail and packages any time day or night. And they save all my addresses in their system, so I dont have to remember them!
