The staff is always extremely friendly and extremely helpful - I dont have a single bad word to utter about the staff. But the store is perpetually empty, they never have what I go in there for (despite there being an empty peg for that very thing) and the one manager I interacted with was rude.Cashier staff and those I have met wandering the aisles, though, have always been more than helpful. The staff gets a 5 of 5, the store gets a 2 of 5.

I wish I could give store a better review but the jewelry making section is always picked clean and there isnt much in the way of resin options. Generally its a small store and staff are mostly friendly. I wish their stock was better kept because I would come here more often.

My husband and I were just going to Michaels for some vinyl for our youngest daughter (figured it would be a quick run in and get it and back out to the car).There was so much other attachments for her Criket we were in there for over an hour! I love Michaels! Our oldest daughter works at the Michaels in Weatherford, Texas and shed been trying to tell us how much Michaels had changed but we figured it was just the DFW area that had changed so we didnt pay much attention to it. But when we got inside it was AWESOME everything was so nice! Clean area to get my walker down every isle no boxes blocking them. We both really love yall! Thanks 😊!

I was looking for an old fashioned picnic basket, but I wasnt able to find one. The store looked like they were rearranging, so it was a little difficult getting down the isles. No one asked me if they could help me. After about 20 minutes of wondering around the store, dodging items in the middle of the isles, I left. I might go back, but just because this Michaels is in a convenient location, for me.

This is a very small store. I recommend going to a larger store that has more of a variety

This Michaels is very well kept. Very clean and organized. However the website showed a particular product I was looking for was out of stock. Upon arrival to get something I knew was there. I found ample supply of said out of stock item. Cant trust the website. Always go. They might actually have what youre looking for. They no longer accept competitors coupons. But I will still shop here.

Man I love this place. Always spend waaaay too much time and money here lol even when I use the 40% off coupon. They have some freaking amazing Halloween decorations right now!!!! Also got this precious space ship and painted it with my son. Very clean inside too which is nice :)

I am a crafting enthusiast! I love crafting for my home, making heart felt gifts for others and creating makes me super happy! Michaels was clean, inviting, roomy and best yet; every item is organized per craft that suits your taste what! They have isles dedicated to what you want to create such as the Cross-stitch isle has all of the embroidery thread and kits or if your craft is making candy, there is 1 whole row dedicated to molds and various types of candy. If you can make it, Michaels usually sells the items to bring your creativity to life! The staff was very professional and friendly! I recommend Michaels to any one who wants to create beautiful projects for themselves or others!

Wanted to give a 3 and a half, this store is great but with small flaws. First the staff, they never ask if they can help! I went looking for someone and was told go to the front. I went to the front only to find no one😖 so in my frustrations called out..does anyone work here? If I can Ill use a different store or Amazon.

Great products that I havent found anywhere else! Pleasant shopping experience. Only complaint was that there was only one cashier and there were 6 to 8 customers in line the whole time I was shopping.

I went in today to get a 1987 Mickey Mouse and gang poster that had been a very important gift framed. The associate in the framing department, Jeremy, was incredibly helpful and all around awesome. He understood the importance of the poster and helped me select the best framing for it, and even saved me some time doing it!! 5 Stars due to the amazing customer service!

I shop here often. I head to yarn section often. But so many craft selections. Framing.

Pretty alright but the layout is a little funky. God help you if you end up in a part of the store you dont recognize.That means youre too far gone. Good luck getting out.

Im sure its not the employees fault, but they seemed really understaffed. It took me a long time to find an employee, just to be told they didnt have any thread or sewing supplies right now. But the store was clean and the employee I did find in the framing dept. was friendly and apologetic about the stores lack of my needed supplies. Ill definitely come back when they restock.

We shopped at the Michaels in Tyler TX to pick up some art supplies for holiday gifts. The store was nicely laid out with everything organized, and the shelves were clean and easily accessible. The employees were very helpful as we had some problems finding something we were looking for and they quickly pointed us in the right direction. Given it was holiday time, the checkout line went very quickly and we were on our way. We will definitely visit this Michaels again in the future.

I am a cricut user and corporate has had the store move the cricut supplies to numerous places instead of all being in one area. This made it very difficult to shop. Other than that, it is a wonderful store

As I was in the store, I was being followed like as if I was stealing. There were 2 ladies at the checkout so rude. Not even a hello or how are you. Also a girl dressed up in a scarecrow sweeping down the ile just stood there looking at me like move, not one word like excuse me or I can come thru. So rude!!

I really enjoy this store. Parking can be a little hectic if you go when Chuys, the restaurant that shares it’s parking lot with Michaels, is busy. Beyond that it is a great place to purchase crafting items. Very nice staff.

Made a really quick stop at the very last moment before they closed. I was the last customer out the door. Including myself there were only 2 customers in the store. In spite of this fact, the staff on duty were extremely pleasant, and were still jovial and of good cheer. Bought shadow boxes. Buy one get one free. Both on shelf at $42.99 was charged $54.99 and got the other free at $42.99. Need to place labels or items correctly on shelf. It wasnt moved around item.. there was several in a line in front of the tags.

I have a love-hate relationship with this store. I LOVE going here to get my yarn, but I always spend WAY too much money here.The store is always clean, staff is always friendly, and has a pretty good size yarn selection. Which is all Im worried about.
