Recently, my car was damaged in an accident. After going to two body shops, I’m so happy that I chose Action. Mike and his team did an awesome job! Honestly, my car looks better, now, than it looked before the accident! The paint job is absolutely flawless! It looks and drives like a new car. Needless to say, I highly recommend Action! This is where you need to go! Don’t waste your time even looking anywhere else! Mike and Melody are so kind and helpful, and the work here is amazing too! I had the best service, they dealt with the insurance for me and saved me that headache, and then my car looked brand new again and you cannot even see where ANYTHING was ever wrong and I had several areas of damage on the front fender, rear bumper, and sides of my car. Then the day after I picked up my Honda Pilot from them, the front end got clipped by a school bus tire, leaving marks that I couldn’t get out. I was so happy with my first visit, that I took it back for a quote to fix it and Mike used some sort of buffing compound that took it right off. He didn’t even charge me anything for his time to do that! Lifelong customer right here! This shop was recommended to me by Jack O Diamonds Honda here in Tyler and I also can’t thank them enough for sending me to such a wonderful place!

Working with Mike at Action Autobody was the only pleasant part of the accident. He does GREAT work and completes the project when he says he will. I have had 4 vehicles repaired at Action over the last 17 or so years, and I have been pleased each and every time.

I was referred to this body shop from a great friend from the dealership, that they do a outstanding job on cars, I haven’t had my car for a year yet and was pretty sadden by my accident ; needless to say the body shop had my car towed and fixed my car with excellence; I was shocked that my car looked good as new when I saw it and was just on time!!! When I started to miss my car and sure enough it was ready to go; I would most recommend everyone to take your car there to have it repaired, there very professional and wonderful people.
