Nice setup- compared to the Hyundai Dealership close to me with one service lane.This dealership was SPOTLESS and laid out for easy access.BTW- I spent 20 years in the Automotive Industry so am extremely picky about the dealerships I do business with and the quality of sales, service, and management. I would be proud to work there.The reason for a 4 star is the product I needed had to be ordered and my time in Tyler was limited. Nothing personal.

Quick and easy, but Im changing this from a 5 star to a 3 star. I referred my sister, she bought a vehicle. Im supposed to get a referral check, even signed the paper acknowledging that Im supposed to receive a check. Its been 3 months and I never receive a call back when I leave voicemails. I dont think theyre going to send us our money.

Needed my jeep serviced. Drove up at 5:30 PM met by the service manager by 5:32. He took the jeep, inspected, serviced and rotated the tires and I was out the door by 5:50. Friendly, courteous, fast.Thank you

Absolutely, above and beyond service at Patterson and I didnt even buy my truck from them. That will change in the future. Ive been trying to get some recalls fixed on my truck for months. The dealership, that begins with a P, in Longview would never call me back. When I did get them on the phone, they wouldnt give me a loaner. Expected me to stay in the lobby all day. I asked Morgan (whos awesome!) about a loaner. She didnt have one but, got me a rental. The pan wouldnt and didnt do that. Ill bring my truck for future service and will shop there because, they have shown me, that customer service is still alive.

Their customer service and work is amazing. I went in to get my check engine light looked at. Chris was awesome at letting me know what the issue was and if it was covered by my warranty.I went to get my car serviced Friday but was worried I wouldnt make an appointment at 1p, but Chris let the mechanic know I needed to leave by 12p; I was out of there by 1030p with the engine light off! I highly recommend going to them for your car needs!!

Service Representative Morgan who is a young female was more than helpful when I took my 2006 Dodge Dakota in for service.

I went there for an oil change on a Dodge with a Hemi. Showed up at 1:20pm. They finally got it in the bay at 3pm. Didnt get out until after 3:30pm. Staff were nice and courteous. Just highly disappointed in how long it took.

I just called for my 2016, Ram 1500 HEMI for RECALL service. It was very difficult to get connected to the service center. When I was finally successfully transferred, Tim answered the phone and was rude.

Salesman was a moron. We told him to bring a key to show us a Chrsler Pacifica. Cold & bitter windy day. He went back inside. We waited by the cars. He came outside without keys. Also, he did not know the vehicle, like Rob at Peltier, he knew everything. Boss this guy needs training if he us going to sale your cars. Ps. Poofy curly hair salesman

They had my car for 5 months putting in a new warranty engine, pick it up and the tail light is broken. Drop off just fine, picked up with broken light. They tell me the light will do that. They spent $10,500 on repairs, but a $135 tail light that was on their property during the repair was my problem.

Had campain completed. Thought it was only going to take 1 day but took 2. They did call and let me know.

I was waited on by Matthew and he was excellent at helping me although I was unable to purchase a vehicle.

My experience was not so favorable. There was miscommunication amongst the service department. They seemed disorganized and slow to complete the work. Kept truck for most of the day after trying to schedule an appointment just to replace a USB outlet.
