There was no pressure, and no stall tactics designed to raise by anxiety level so I would cave to their sticker price. There was real negotiation.I saw the car I liked on-line, went in for a test drive, made an offer and was very please with my bottom line price!They have done everything in their power to deliver on top-notch customer service after the sale as well. I would recommend them to family and friends and I highly recommend them to you!

Recently purchased a 2005 Infiniti G35 coupe from Christy at Pitt Stop. She made the buying process easy and enjoyable. This was the first car I have ever bought on my own and was a little intimidated at first. She explained everything in terms a normal person can understand and I had a blast chit chatting while finalizing the papers. They were up front with me on a few things that needed to be done to the car and made an appointment to have them fixed before I even left. Horrible experience. Bought a car that night started knocking, shaking and jumping. Took it back that morning they sent it to a shop down the road to find out what the problem was. This problem has cost me 150, 350, now 650 plus the grand bonus of car dings and scratches from the horrible shop they sent it to try to fix. First Stop Auto could not fix my car. They did however give me nore prpblems than i started out with. My heart is sad that a mans word and honesty doesnt mean anything to most people any longer. If you want a honest or loyal auto shop go to Donnybrook Automotive, where you get honest hardworking mechanics that still enjoy treating people the way God intened. Good Christian shop, that makes you feel good when you leave.

Bought a car from this lot and it started messing up the next day, turns out there was water in the gas tank so they sent it to a terrible shop to get it fixed and they didnt even let me have a choice in where my car was sent. Also they would tell me one story and then turn around and tell the mechanic a totally different story. This place sells nothing but lemons and if thats the kind of car you want then you found the right place otherwise do not waste you time or money. I wouldnt even give this business one star if i had a the choice. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

I had enough knowledge to know what to look for when i did a test drive and i didnt have a high pressure sales coming from the sales lady. I purchased the car the same day and got a amazing deal. I bought a 2005 BMX X3 February 25,2014 from Christy Walker from Pit Stop Auto in Tyler Texas,with a down payment of 1525.Drove the car for about 3 days and noticed a knocking in the transmission, sunroof was stuck and service engine light was on. I then called Christy to tell her about what was going on she told me to bring the car back and they would get it fixed. I took the car in on a Monday and i was put in a Toyota 4runner for about a week while my BMW was getting fixed.Went to pick up the car after i got a call saying that it was finished.After 45mins of driving the car began to knock again and service engine light came back on and the sunroof was still stuck. Christy said that she had told the guy at fire-station that the transmission needed to be check but he seem to beg to differ all he said that was told to him was to replace some coils. After getting all that situated Christy agreed to get it fixed this time. Instead of me driving it back to Tyler Addison drove here and left me with an expedition before he drove back to Tyler him and my husband drove around the block so that he could hear the knocking. It stay gone for about 2 weeks and the finance company was beginning to call and want their information so that the deal would go through. I decided to call Christy and ask for my money back because the car wasnt sold to me on good terms it was problem after problem and she told me that when AJ got back in the country that he would refund me my 1525 because she couldnt go it which would be April 15,2014 i have called and waited and they still havent refunded me my money. When i called a couple of days after the 15 to ask what i needed to do she hung up in my face as a manager of a business that was very unprofessional. I am asking for my money back because the car wasnt up to par when made the purchase as it was betrayed to be

Went looking for a new car, but my credit was not the best and I have had real bad experience at those buy here pay here dealers. So against my better judgement, I went to a few dealers in Tyler Tx, I was treated like I was a nobody, all the other dealer wanted to talk about cash, and not wanting to show me cars, so I made one last stop, met Chrissy, and AJ and they treated me like i was a millionaire even knowing my credit was not good, they showed me every car I wanted to see and also others I didnt think I could get, I ended up with a Great 4 runner, Then after a few months my wife need a car, and we went back to pitt stop and they got her a even better car then she had and made sure she was happy, I will never go to another dealer, I will cont, to do business with them and so will my friends. they make you feel like family there and treat you right, thanks Chissy and AJ happy holidays and Im now a customer for life.Ron & Glenda G.

Bought a car here and the paper on the window said as is. So I took it home and saw it had a jump start and the man who sold me the car did not want to give me my plates if I didnt return the jump start. Gave it back and he gave me my title and license plates. After 4 mo of purchasing thats ridiculous

I got a g35 from this place and got screwed over they was going to fix the car for me after I got it was the deal I had the car for a week 5 of those days it was at there place not being fixed than they tell me they dont want to sale me the car anymore and wouldnt give me the money or the car back I only put 20 miles on the car the first day the radiator popped and it was took back to them that day. They was very rude and unhelpful. So I had to go to a different lot to get a car and didnt get my money back or the car from them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
