Brought my truck in for tires, and they topped off my power steering fluid, and it seems like they greased my ball joints. They never charged me or even mentioned that they did it. I guess they just noticed that my old piece of junk was squeaky and the power steering pump screamed at you turning from lock to lock and did something about it.

They where awesome they where able to patch my tire in no time and the guys where friendly as well

They did inspection and did rotor turning and new ceramic brake pads on rear axel of my 2018 Explores all on about 1.5hrs will definitely be back for front brakes next month

Im am extremely disappointed in goolsbee they used to stand by their tires and service but not anymore I have decided to take my business as well as others elsewhere! Where satisfaction is guaranteed and the warranty is upheld and not the customers fault each time there is a problem!

I was in a big bind with a bad tire and couldn’t get to a tire shop due to work. I had to go out of town early my next day off. They came to my job and did all the work and really helped me out. They are very nice guys and very professional. They also charged me a reasonable price! I’m so greatful for their help. We had a flat few miles out of Whitehouse. We were right on a busy road with no shoulder. Took service truck a little while to get there, but once he got there tire was changed in no time. Very efficient. Bill was 85 plus tax, thought it was a little high, but they did come to our rescue so cant complain to much.

I noticed my car felt wobbly a few days ago when driving in town. The wobbling got worse and decided I needed to have it checked out. Our service technician was very courteous and kind. He understood what I meant by “wobble”. They checked my tires and within an hour my problem was fixed!I’m very pleased with my encounter today and will be using them again when I need further work done.Thank you goolsbee tire!

I had new tires put on my car twice at Goolsbee. The 1st experience was great. The second time they added on Roadsize Hazard Warranty without speaking to me prior. It seems like they just wanted to upsell without my permission. They dont show you the invoice prior to payment so I didnt realize it was added until I got home. I dont feel as though this is an honest way to do business and wont be going back because of it.

Traveling and threw some tread on my trailer! These guys are super friendly and personable! They fixed me right up and sent me on down the road with a new tire but didn’t drain my bank account! I would highly recommend!!

We first ordered a tire that they said they had. I drove a hour to pick it up to find out they couldnt find it and had to order one. This was on a Saturday. They said it would be here between 9-10am Monday. I called at 9:30am on my way again an hour away. The lady that answered the phone said it they dont get deliveries until 11am. She put Keith on the phone who had ordered it who said he called to check and they said between 10-11am. I arrive here at 10:45am and there is still no tire. He called to check status again and now he is saying 11:15am. We shall see. But now he is jeopardizing us losing business as we are a transportation business. We will NEVER do Business with this company again. Its a shame as we go through tired like crazy with our big trucks traveling g cross country.

I called for Chip, made a deal on the phone for tires, frontend alignment and check the brakes. He has helped my son and I, in the past. Goolsbee is a first class operation, the staff second to none. Brian the lead tech is incredible, technical knowledge, timeliness, ability and customer service. I recieved everything I wanted plus a whole lot more. Im a satisfied customer!
