Great staff and I found what I needed. However, I was dripping sweat, literally just standing in the store. This is Texas October 2 and nearly 75° outside, air conditioning is required! The poor staff had to be dying in the heat of the store.

Only Joanns in the area and not too much else for craft stores (Michaels and Hobby Lobby). That being said the store is OK. Theres a decent variety but customers come from all over so some limited stock items can get picked up quick. My one real complaint is, aside from 1 male employee (I wish I knew his name), all the staff seem overwhelmed and unhappy.

The workers are.so friendly and helpful but I do not have the same feelings of the Corp that runs this store.

I would, as with everything else, assume it is due to COVID, but the large rolls of fabric were mostly gone. But they had most of everything else and were friendly and helpful.

Very helpful staff and clean store. This place is always organized and easy to find what you want. Store is well stocked and we typically leave with something cool that we didnt expect to buy. Simply a fun place to shop.

First time Ive ever been in this particular store but Ill definitely be back! I went in looking for a multitude of items and fabrics, Of which they had a vast array of. And Taylor was an absolute joy to have around helping me whenever possible. Absolutely superb service.

Great place to buy fabric trim for bottom of lamp shade. Also, three employees ask if we needed any help.

I love shopping at Joanns! This is a smaller store but had a good selection, friendly service and clean well organized shopping experience!

I am super disappointed in their yarn selection. I used to go to Joann all the time up i the Fort Worth area but this one in Tyler is just lacking. I did love how clean the store was though and the people were helpful.

They have a awesome assortment of fabric sum that I dont even see at their major competitors. They are a little high in my opinion based on other stores. But store is clean and well arranged.

I adore this store. I visit this location on a fairly regular basis, and thought I should finally leave a review. This past visit(rig he after lock down was lifted) was a little different than all the others over the past year. BUT! It was still wonderful. There was a lower supply than average of cotton fabrics, but there was still plenty to choose from. They even had 1/4 elastic! I purchased a few fabrics from the nursery and fleece isle. The woman at the fabric counter(kick me I don’t remember her name. Dark brown hair, cut short and almost shaved on one side.) was just as happy as always, and was rocking an awesome black sequin face mask. Check out was quick and easy. And as always, there was a coupon on their app.

This is the one place that hasnt changed much, and thats good. Sure, they have all of the pandemic protocols in place, but when I visit the store, I find what I need, and employees (masked up!) are present and helpful.

Very good!! Found the ribbed knit I needed right away!! I will be very glad when elastic and buttons are mass produced so we canfind all the things we need to make clothes.I like Joanns Fabrics but think they are.s little pricey$$. Lots of different arts and crafts as well as sewing and fabric supplies. The store is organized well however theres been times where I have looked for product that they say is there and it is not.

First time here, the lady that cut our fabric was really nice and helpful, lots of fabric to choose from.

Beautiful quality.I posted a couple things I have made.I have gotten into looming lately. But love doilees a lot. Small crochet tread.Zippy loom is fast.And I love makes toys with the cable maker.I am working on the 168 peg loom at the moment. Will take a while. But worth it.Love how soft the blanket yarn is.

Having customers wear masks and limiting the number of people made me feel much better about shopping! Friendly staff as well.

Professional and knowledgeable service

While the clerk was very nice and helpful, the situation was not. I found a roll of fabric in the 60% clearance that was on a roller. She scanned it at 40% and told me it was misplaced. So, I did not make the purchase. I and others should not be penalized for inventory being placed in the wrong area. This experience just reinforces why I would rather shop elsewhere than JoAnn and in all probability will take my business elsewhere if this is how Jo Ann Fabric conducts business.

The last two times I’ve went to this store I have gotten shorted on my material! They do not spread out the material to make a nice even cut! I will no longer be shopping at this store.

Great selection of fabrics. Staff is nice and helpful. They also have a great app with coupons and they let you use more than one coupon per transaction. They always have stiff on sale so you can always get a good deal here.

I love this place. Great for orginization items,it has everything from beads to tools and everything in between. The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly. The prices are good. Be prepared to spend some time in the store because their stock is so fun to look at. ❤

First time going, was looking for one specific item. wow!! what a variety of items. arts, crafts, picture frames, sewing needs, even toys. great store. and when you download their app, you get valuable coupons. love it. employees were awesome!!

Nice store, but God forbid you ask them to make 2 cuts on fabric or foam. They flat out refuse to do it.So I asked how to cut foam at home without a heat tool or electric bread knife & store manager said they didnt know very rudely.Left without what I needed & doubt we will be returning.

Joann Fabric located in Tyler,Texas had all the necessities I needed to prepare for Black history at church. I purchased tee shirts and fabric needed to design my tee shirts. Excellent discounts with sales and use of coupon. Great service, and I love this store for all my fabric needs.

$$$ Whew! Unless you have a coupon or you happen upon a sale, youre not gong to get a good deal shopping here. I have stopped in a few times looking for fabric and I was a surprised by the fabric prices. Im all about being proud of your products, but most of us sew to save money. When the fabric youre buying cost more than buying the item already made its not really worth the effort. $$$

Fantastic store!! One of my faves to shop at and has some items I need that I havent been able to find anywhere else except online! Super clean and friendly feel when you walk into the store as well!

The store was very nice and clean. The associates were very helpful. Being from Louisiana and hearing stories how this store is amazing. I wish we had one back home.

Would give a better review if we could have bought, they were busy cutting fabric, we wanted to buy a serger, but it was locked up, I asked the man at the cash register who wasnt doing anything if he could get one for us, he called manager, they would not give him a key, I asked her and said I would have to wait in line at fabric cutting station, which was about half way around the store. So we left, put our other items away as well

My wife went there, I stayed in the car.

It was a little busy with after Christmas mark downs.

They need to get rid of the girl with the green hair up front. Her lack of customer service is almost humorous. I have nothing against colored hair, trust me, I’ve had every color of the rainbow. I almost felt like I was talking to Roz from Monster’s Inc. Please someone help this lady get out cashier duty and give her janitorial or stocking in the back!

The place is great for fabric and sewing projects and they usually have what I want although I didnt give it 4 stars because it rather expensive. I found a pattern I needed there for $50 and at Walmart same pattern was $10
