The first experience was great! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The second trip was not as good. The staff was new and clueless. They didnt know about the supplies we needed to order and it took over 20 minutes to find someone to help.

Card reader didnt work today. So it lost a star. Normally pretty good

I love this location. They are quick and food is consistently great. I go here multiple times throughout the week, and will keep doing just that.

I took a tour there and their shirt are too expensive but there snacks and stuff are affordable

Great customer service

Every single time I have called with an issue caused BY THE BOOKSTORE, the employees I speak to are very rude and very snappy. Every. Single. Time. And it’s not just one or two people. Majority of the employees here are very unprofessional and have no sort of respect. 👎🏽

The staff was very helpful and stayed after closing to make sure everyone got what they needed before closing for the day. I didnt feel rushed, even though I knew it was past closing, and each person answered questions I had and was very polite and courteous!! I have to appreciate each person there since Im a new student and was not familiar with the store and process.

Beware they wont give you your money back for lose leaf books. And renting them is cheaper but you wont get your money back like I was promised. I would try to find a pdf for my books or shop elsewhere.

Its pricy, but what college store isnt, right? Wouldnt mind a discount section so we can get some basic merch to rep our school

I love TJC. The best decision that I ever made was choosing this place to further my education. All of the teachers are top notch.

As a parent I can say that the office personnel are always friendly and very willing to help you in resolve any issues with your kids...

Its semi-easy to find what youre looking for with how theyve organized the store

They over charge for everything and run out to quickly of essential supplies such as scantrons and books.

They help you find what you need, they are nice folks. Other students just like you.

Dont expect help until 10min AFTER they open. Otherwise they are super friendly and had me laughing up a storm like old friends.

If you want to get screwed over go to tjc book store! They will over charge you and will not return the books you got, and dont want because it was the wrong kinda book and way over priced!!!! Its great! You get screwed with money and get a book you dont need and have to order a new one! 238 for a loose leaf book, great deal right?!?! TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMEND USING THEM UNLESS YOURE A MILLIONAIRE AND HAVE MONEY TO BLOW:)

Overpriced. Why come here? There are textbooks so if you need same day textbooks this can be a good use.

Very unorganized when it comes to getting your textbooks. No one seems to know when they will come in and everyone is telling a different story about when you can get your textbooks. Preorders dont really help because you get the forms all filled out just to be told that you cant get it.
