We loved our experience at Brooke and Bre as my daughter chose the most gorgeous dress for her special day. Amy, our Sales consultant, was so fun and helped choose the best dresses for our girl. She made my daughter feel beautiful❤️ We were never pressured. There were lots of styles to choose from. Our budget wasn’t busted. We had a great memorable fun day! They even kept the doors open for us after the 4:00 closing time and allowed her to retry the dress to make double sure. We HIGHLY recommend this place for your girls special day!!!

Originally had a great time trying on dresses to find “the one”. Amy is a true hype girl and knows how to make you feel gorgeous!!! After picking up my dress, I had an issue with the way it fit. In a panic, stressed, and being extremely hard on myself I needed help. Instead of asking for help, I left a horrible review like a Bridezilla and took it out on this wonderful shop. I honestly had no issue with the owner or Amy or the shop at all. I completely regret and feel ashamed the way I vented. The owner Shelly, and Amy are truly so forgiving (God bless them) and helpful after coming in seeking guidance on what to do. They are knowledgeable about their products and I’m in love their set up at the new location!! I would recommend this shop because I can guarantee they will have what is perfect for you and your dream day!!

I brought my friend in to look for a plus size wedding gown. Seamstress Carmen was extremely caring, kind, and helpful. She would bring a dress in and show us how it could be altered in a way that would work. She truly went out of her way to listen and understand the concerns of the bride-to-be and make her feel at ease. We were impressed with the amount of time and effort Carmen put into helping us.

One of the hardest working and God fearing families in Tyler! Shelly is always willing to help and provide the most hospitable experiences. My coworkers needed help with a quince dress and decided to try Brooke and Bre Bridal shop instead of the usual places they’d go, later on they told me how welcoming Shelly and her staff are! Never made them feel like outsiders!

This place is so unprofessional and RUDE. I have never left a review at any store or restaurant even though I’ve had bad experiences.. I’ve never felt more disrespected by a personal owned store. You would think owning your own business you would treat customers with perfect service but no this was far from that. The owner was snooty and didn’t greet us with a smile the minute we walked in the door and that is not how you should treat someone choosing your store that you OWN to purchase bridesmaid dresses from YOU. I can’t believe we even wasted our money on such terrible customer service and disrespect. You would think owning a wedding/prom/special occasion dress shop that the owners and workers would be happy, excited and positive for you because this is such a special and fun time for you. I’m glad I didn’t buy my wedding dress here but I feel so bad that my sisters and bestfriend had to feel belittled for shopping here. The OWNER made fun of my sister because she ordered the wrong size (size 0 when she measured a 4) she told my sister “girl you must’ve gained some weight since last time” are you kidding me?!! Who says that?? An OWNER?? There are other remarks the lady said and the inconvenience she brought onto us with our whole dress shopping experience. But I would never want a bride to have to go through the way we were treated ON TOP of already being stressed out about her big day. Very unprofessional, rude, snobby and TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The ladies here are so amazing and so helpful, I’m 32 weeks pregnant and finding something to fit was a challenge, they were uplifting and made me feel like a beautiful bride!!!! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely thankful for them, I had a horrible experience searching for my perfect dress (even went all the way to Austin). I messaged Brooke and Bre, told her all my frustrations in trying to find this one dress. They ordered the sample dress, got it in within a week, let me come in early for my appointment and boom! These people told us OVER THE PHONE that they would be in the store until 3:15 so that we could pick up a suit for a wedding my brother is in. Their hours say they’re open until 5 PM on the door as well as in their voicemail, but nevermind that. We show up at 2:45 and the store is EMPTY. We drove 2 hours to be there, which is why we called in the first place. Very, very unhappy with their customer service. Don’t waste your time.

My overall experience from this shop was extremely unprofessional on the owner & employees part. From the minute we walked in the atmosphere was judgmental, which should’ve been a sign to take our business elsewhere. I have never felt more disrespected or belittled by a place in my life. Shopping for a bridesmaids dress should be a very fun and exciting experience and that is NOT at all what we received. From picking out the dresses to ordering them there was a strong sense of un-organization with how they conduct their business. We came in 5 months before the wedding, which I will admit was probably poor planning on our part, although none of the employees informed us this would be an issue with ordering the dresses to receive them on time. When they did arrive it was a month before the wedding date, and 2 of the 3 dresses we ordered were the wrong size that was measured on the purchased date. When they didn’t fit the lady helping us went on to make very unprofessional and extremely rude remarks toward us when it was clearly their fault the dresses didnt fit. They blamed us for the dresses being “unable to be altered on time” and even tried to get us to pay a fee to rush the alterations. Which was not ever told to us before hand as a “what if” situation. Absolutely ridiculous if I say so myself. At the end of the day we got the dresses altered without paying the extra fee, but both dresses were still on the tighter side and one had a tear down the side bust area. Overall, when considering where you should get any dress from this shop I suggest going elsewhere.

Did not have a great experience shopping here. The girl didnt help me in/out of my dress so I had to call my mom in to help me. In my opinion, that makes a HUGE difference when wedding dress shopping. So I cut my appointment short and ended up leaving because I was tired of having to do all the leg-work with the dresses. The ladies were super sweet, just not as helpful as I was hoping!

The moment I walked in the with my bridesmaids, they were EXTREMELY accommodating! They gave us drinks and snacks. We got to pick out wedding dresses and they did with us. I found MY wedding dress after only trying on 3 others and they gave me a discount that could make you cry and was within my budget. I didnt like the bridesmaids colors and the SWEET and PRECIOUS owner is going to work with me to get the colors changed. If yall live in this area, have them be your first choice. They are incredible and I wouldnt trade the experience for anything.

They were like straight out of the fairy tale for me. I met them at the bridal expo, and being an older bride, I had low expectations. I imagined Cinderella ball gowns that would make me feel like a marshmallow floating down the aisle. But I went in because I really liked the ladies. And they proved me so wrong. I tried on two dresses. The second one was it. I’ve never loved a dress more or enjoyed a day more. I’m so thankful.

I went in yesterday for my first experience at buying a wedding dress. It was an experience every bride should feel. These women made me feel like I was the only thing in the world that mattered. They listened and helped me with every detail that mattered to me. They were gracious hostesses to my loved ones that came to help me out. They took their time and didnt rush through any of the experience. They were helpful but not at all pushy. Definitely one of the best memories Ill have of my wedding journey.

There are so many beautiful dresses here! I found my dress today with the help of Brenda and the rest of the staff. They all kept checking on me and even when things got a little overwhelming, they knew just how to help! Wow!! And not in a good way. So I made an appointment for 6 girls to find dresses for a quinceanera. Never once did she mention to me that they didnt sell any. So like 10 minutes into the appointment she told the dads that they needed to wait outside. Then she pulled 3 dresses for the girls to try, hung them in a room and left I didnt see her again for the next 15 minutes. I dont know where she went but no one else helped us after that. So I took my crew and money elsewhere. Looking at the reviews I see a pattern. I would advise anyone of the Hispanic origin take your business elsewhere.

This is the best locally owned bridal and prom shop! These ladies are always friendly and very helpful! They make finding your dream wedding dress so relaxing and fun. We had an appointment and they had a staging area ready and waiting when we arrived. I needed to order extra lace and buttons and they handled all of it for me.

The girls helping us try on dresses were fabulous but when I went to pay I explained to the lady that several jewels were missing and some were hanging off. I asked if I could order that exact dress new. She said no maybe we could find the beads on the floor and she could knock off $20. Are you kidding me? She wanted me to pay $459 for a dress that had noticeably missing jewels and some of the other jewels were hanging off. If I pay that much for a dress it better be in mint condition. I expect it to be new and not told maybe we can find the jewels on the floor. I will never go back. You should have dresses on the floor for people to try on but should be able to order your own new one.

I love them! Cathy was my attendant and she did such a great job! Even though I couldn’t express what I was looking for at first, she was able to understand what I liked, and she put everything together in the end!

The website provides no information and when you look it up the hours aren’t accurate. Came from out of town and had to sit for 2 hours, because the hours posted online said they opened at 10 AM, but upon arrival the door said 12 PM. Even at 12 PM, they weren’t open, they didn’t open till about 12:15 PM. We gave them a few minutes to get situated before walking in. We walked in, saw a baby, but no owner. Finally we were greeted. We were directed to the dressing room and left, they was no sign of customer service or Brook actually putting in the effort to get to know me or about how I felt in the dress. She came back to us for a quick minute, saw me in the dress, gave her few and limited recommendations for fitting and left back to the front. Just keep in mind, we were the only ones in there. Bre was very helpful however when ordering the dress online and even directed us towards the prom dress style, however she was not in.

Brenda is awesome, patient, and very understanding! I visited EVERY bridal shop in Tyler, and tried on quite a few dresses. I even shopped around AFTER finding THE DRESS at her shop. But, THAT dress was for me and I HAD to have it. She worked with me on being able to purchase my dress. Help me coordinate with the rest of the party, and offered to dress the grooms at a competitive price!Overall, service at A to Z is great. My first search for a dress was VERY impersonal, and gave me anxiety because so many people were there. A to Z is just the opposite. It is quiet, beautiful, and provides an intimate setting for an intimate experience! I am STILL grinning ear to ear!Lastly, A to Z has a variety out of this WORLD and is THE place for a things BLING! NO other boutique had as many beautiful dresses to choose from!

Long story short - Brooke & Bre Bridal ruined the one and only moment of me trying on MY dress when it came in. They were fabulous when I was trying on dresses and when I bought the dress, but after we signed the dotted lines they changed immediately. I would never recommend Brooke & Bre Bridal.

Overall, the ladies were very kind and helpful especially the owner! The only complaint I have is that one of the girls who always seemed to help us whenever we came in was hostile towards us and always had an attitude. After finally purchasing my dress Im guessing a new employee who was checking me out was struggling with the format of the receipts asked the same hostile lady for help but she just sat there and acted like we were a bother. My mother who came with me a couple of times also notice this. Love my dress but I will most likely not return.
