I am very happy with my install. I had a 10” sub and box and just needed to purchase an amp and have it install. The sound compared to my previous truck is night and day using the same sub and box. They did a great job on the install very clean and tuned the truck. It is the cleanest sounding system I have ever owned.

After reading many positive reviews, I was looking forward to getting some pricing for car audio. The young woman who greeted me when I walked in was friendly enough, and said Tim would be with me shortly to answer pricing questions.While I was waiting, she approached me again to get more of an idea of what I was looking for, and I told her a 12 sub in a ported box, and that I had found some good prices on amazon/online and wanted to compare. She said oh, you dont want to buy from places like that. I responded with places like what and she said amazon. I asked why dont I want to buy from places like that, and she looked at me and said I dont know....I was just trying to get you in the door.First, I was already in the door asking about pricing. Second, it just left a bad taste in my mouth, like she thought she could manipulate me into buying from their store.When I was given prices, they were inflated. Also, the person read the prices off the computer screen and barely engaged with me.Todays interaction with their front of store representatives left me looking for other places to take my business.

I’ve used Stereo & Video Center since they were Stereo & Record Center (35+ years). They are the only place to go for quality products. They’ve done my home, vehicles and boats. Service after the sale is second to none. Unlike big retailers where most of the time the sales people have no clue what you need they just offer you what they sell Stereo and Videos sales people know how to make your system sound amazing and you can trust them.

Fantastic products coupled with outstanding service. Mitch is very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me decide the functions I wanted in an automotive sound system. The installation in my truck looks like an original factory installation and quite professional. When I went to get my truck Tim sat with me and explained everything about the Pioneer radio, XM radio and Apple app functions. Tim also said to return any time I had a question about any function. They beat a competitors price and left me with a feeling of great satisfaction. Now, Im returning for better speakers.

Easily the most comfortable I have felt speaking with a professional in car audio. Richard made sure I was fully informed of everything I needed to consider while getting my new 2014 Hyundai Accent GS outfitted with four new door speakers and a new in-dash receiver.He explained every part of the process to help me pin down exactly what I wanted and needed to get to satisfy my upgrade needs. The installation itself went incredibly smooth. Aside from the new receiver you would never be able to tell someone had removed all four door panels and cut the factory speakers out of their mounts.The parts they use are high quality, so expect to come out a good bit lighter in the wallet, but Id say it was easily well worth it. Do not forget this: You get what you pay for. High quality parts and professional installation makes it worth it.I plan on going back soon to get an amp and subwoofer combo to finish off my set. Weve already gone over the changes that will need to be made and planned out exactly what I will be getting. Nothing but excellent service.My only complaint is that they are not open on the weekends, and that is only a minor issue.

Go to Tint and Audio or Best Buy to go get work done on your car. This place is inconsistent and only wants money. I got a new stereo installed in my car and the install looked professional I have to give them that but there was problems with a speaker and radio. I had static when I listen to the radio and my left speaker had a buzz/vibration to it. So I went in the next Saturday to get it checked out and they said that I would have to schedule an appointment just to get it checked out. So thats what I did forcefully because there was backlash from the employee saying that it might be to close to closing but he finally scheduled me due to the fact that they caused the problem. When I got it checked out they said I would have to buy an amplifier for my antenna since it was in the back of my car and that my speaker was blown. Never putting my speakers above a 2 bass increase and a Mid Volume increase I am puzzled on why the speaker was blown. If such a small increase of 2 out of 6 and a Mid increase blew my speaker why wasnt I warned about it? With the antenna amplifier they said it would be $20 for the part. If my antenna was in the back why wasnt the amplifier installed when I got the radio installed? Are you just putting the stereo in and hoping that everything goes well because it doesnt seem that there is a procedure that is put in place. The install was about a cheap $130 and with the amplifier and new two speakers the total ended up being around $200. I had a friend help me install the new parts so I didnt have to worry about the labor. It is better to go to best buy and spend the $99 service fee and parts. They at least have better customer service then Stereo and Video center. What a true disappointment this was and a true waste of time. Best buy seems like an expensive option but it is worth it in the end.

Wanted to get a TV mounted to the wall. Called to get an estimate from stereo and video Center. Sales person stated they were three weeks out but honestly did not have time to come out and give me any estimate. Sales person did ask for me to consider them for future needs. No thanks!

I’m sure they’ve got great products, but if you need the window tint done on your vehicle, you might shop around a bit. When I went in, my buddy was there getting his done and I asked him how much he got it done for before I talked to any employees. He said $180 for five windows. Nice, not bad. They ask what car I had and when they learned it was a Corvette (three windows), the price for me conveniently jumped to $350. Take that for what it is, but I’d shop around. I’m sure they do a fine job, but chances are it can be done cheaper elsewhere.

I needed my front driver side and passenger speakers replaced. I was told my car would be ready by 615 and they would give me a call. By 645 there was no call, so I drove over and the place is closed. The sign says they close at 6. The salesman said it would be ready by 615. I received no phone call and was never informed my vehicle may have to stay over night. I did not plan on that. If it needed more work, I should have received a phone call. They do not open until 10. I am regretting my decision to use this business. Not professional or courteous at all. I do not recommend them. Hopefully the speakers work better than the service.

Clayton Davis is a good friend of one of Cruisers competitors, so I am sure his review is a bit tainted and doubt he had any work done at Cruisers. My personal vehicle was tinted and a back-up camera installed at Cruisers and I have been very pleased with the everything. And I have only heard good things from people who have had Cruisers either Tint their car or home windows or install equipment in their mobile vehicles.

Great company with a very skilled and knowledgeable staff. They turned my 2018 Tundra stock audio system from horrible to awesome with the Focal components front and rear as well as sub and 4 channel amp install. To top things off they also reupholstered my SR5 to full Alea leather and it looks amazing.This is the 7th truck that they do for me and every time they get it right and provide awesome service and work.

Just quoted me $399 on an HDMI Cat5e extender. I tried to explain to the girl at the front desk (who had no clue what the extender was) was about a $20 product. She just laughed. Picked one up on Amazon for $13.99. Most bizarre experience Ive had in a while.Follow up: owner called me and fully explained the difference in the product. Much appreciated!

New 2013 truck installation of amp. Instructed lead installer not to cut into back sound barrier. He handed it off to a novice. Cut into the back panel, left exposed wires, plus scratched the console during installation. Asked them to replace the rear barrier, but they declined to replace it and said they would only put sound installation in their cutout.Also bridged a mono non bridgeable amp. I recommend people not to go here when I discuss installations.

This was my first time at stereo and video center and i have to say i was treated like family. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment i was looking for. I came in looking for subwoofers and an amp for my 2018 toyota camry. They showed me different kinds of equipment and helped me decide which was the adequate one for my car. They explained everything that was going to be needed and answered all my questions. The installation was great and clean and the quality of the products they sell is great. I recommend this place not only because of my good experience, but because i know people that have always had great service here.
