ALWAYS come to this location. Weve visited the other retailers in town............and we drive here even though its much further than the rest. I’ve been to lots of cell stores in my life. None are just amazing, but this one is the worst one ever. They’ve screwed multiple people I’ve talked to and cost me so much money. Arrogant, and they lie.

Best seen to date Service by a Verizon Representative (Sam Fiser). Sam actively listen to my wife and I talk through our telecommunication requirements. Then, he identified and recommended products and services. We both purchased new cell phones, etc. The over-the-top service provided by Mr. Fisher was professional and timely setup of new devices to include transfer of capabilities between old and new phones.We recommend Mr. Fiser to Verizon as your Employee-of-the-Month.

My husband needed a new phone and our local (Palestine) store was closed (due to Covid). My parents had upgraded and told us that this Verizon store (in Tyler) was open so we tried it. Sam just so happened to get stuck with us, lol, but we were lucky enough to have been helped by him. (Which later we found out he also helped my parents and they loved him as well.) He was/and still is the most helpful Verizon rep we have ever had!! He knew and answered most questions but if he didnt know an answer he found it out and got back with us. Even after we were gone, if we had questions he would answer them. He has checked in from time to time to make sure all is well. We are/were so pleased with him, we made an appt with him to get our daughters new phone. When Im ready for my new phone, he will be my call....let him be yours too!! Thats Sam!!

I came in to upgrade my phone from an iPhone 7 to a new Google Pixel 3 after my iPhone was paid off. I had very prompt service after waiting just a few minutes for him to finish up with another customer. The attention to detail on everything through the transaction was wonderful and Marc was very professional in helping me get everything done that I needed to be able to upgrade/transition to a new phone. He explained everything on my statement and answered my questions that I had on what would be happening with the trade in and statement credit so that there would not be any surprises later.I would recommend Marc to any friends and family if they are needing anything done with their phone or accessories.

I came in to Verizon today to take care of my phone bill end up talking to to a young man named Timothy about my tablets. Ended up getting two new tablets and He adjusted my phone bill to save me money. Thats something I really liked. Timothy seem very informed and educated about our phones and tablets also talked to a young lady named Angela and I told her about the funny things my phone was doing and she took the time to fix everything that I asked. My phone works much better now and Im much happier with it. Enjoyed our visit very much today I like it a lot better than the office over on Highway 64. Both of these people that I talk today I feel is truly an asset to your company and I wanted to thank you very much.

I came in to this location with the hopes of buying a battery for my LG phone. Brennan was the young gentleman that greeted me and told me that they do not sell batteries at this location. He then looked up my account and told me I was still inside the manufacturers warranty and went through the process of doing a claim. Mr. Timothy Brown was extremely helpful and went well beyond what I expect to get from someone in retail sales these days.However, the sign up process was arduous--I spent 6 hours and 45 minutes total (two instore sessions, one prolonged phone call with Verizon) getting two new lines and transferring two current Verizon lines into a new account. The set up process was NOT customer friendly. I have bought cars in less than two hours time; this drawn up process needs to be streamlined.

Unbelievable service today. I always come here with questions and everyone is so friendly and nice. My husband and I both got our phones here and were treated so kindly. Landon especially was great at getting my battery problem resolved.
