I paid almost $100 dollars i did not receive the balloon i paid for and received damaged dead flowers so disappointed! i did receive the dozen of 12 chocolate covered strawberries.

Very disappointed! Every time i order from this location, poor customer service and the delivery doesn’t get to its destination until 3 days later and when i ask for refunds, they won’t do it because it shows delivered. I have complained to customer care and they won’t do anything about it. They just tell me to call the store and see about refunds. Never again will i order from here

I have ordered from the Tyler location twice. Both times they called me late in the day and told me that they were to overwhelmed and could not deliver my order. I stated I ordered on the website and was told they had no control of their website. I asked to speak to a manager got put on hold for ten minutes. When the manager finally came to the phone again I was given the excuse that the website was to blame. I will not make a third attempt to use this company!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. They have the worst customer service we have ever experienced. My kids ordered an arrangement for Mothers Day and I never received it. My kids understood that it was a possibility that it might not make it on Mothers Day and it could possibly be delayed by a day or two. They claimed they attempted to deliver it and no one was home My kids gave them my work information and the hours its opened.They claimed they attempted to deliver but my job was closed, I called and told them I would pick it up and they said they could have it delivered. Well it never showed up. We have all called this store, all of us getting different answers and some days the phone just rings. Supposedly the money has been refunded. I guess well have to wait and see. When I called to check if the money had been refunded the girl was rude and unprofessional. I understand these are hard times and its hard to find employees who actually want to work but I also blame the owner and manager for not stepping it up and at least saying they cant accept any more orders or cant fulfill them. If the employees cant communicate it should fall on them. I find it ridiculous how the owner only comments on positive reviews but doesnt on negative reviews, not even an apology. We will not be giving them our business. Its a nice treat to have but not worth the headache from this location. I would also recommend you looking to see if the owner of this store owns another store in a different location, im pretty sure its just like this one. Save yourself the headache and heartache.

Terrible. Placed a birthday order at 3pm and the system let me proceed only for them to call me and say they cannot deliver same day. Not happy ruined BDay. Will not recommend

This is my first time ordering with edible arrangements and will definitely be my LAST. I placed an order for my mothers birthday on Friday to be delivered to her job today, Monday. She has not received her order and here it is 3 pm so I called the establishment and was told that the order was ready and waiting to be picked up by the driver and be delivered to her. Keep in mind my mothers place of employment closes at 5 and even on their website they state that orders being delivered to a business will be delivered by 5 pm that day.....that was a FLAT OUT LIE in my case. I called back about 4 pm to check the status of her order AGAIN, informed them that her business closes at 5 and that is why I placed the order in advance to avoid any inconvenience and was told that it would be an hour before the driver would even be back to pick the order up. With traffic there is no way that the driver would be able to get my mother her order prior to her office closing. I just do not understand how orders can be placed same day and be delivered same day but an order that was placed days in advance cannot be delivered in a timely manner. So guess what.......my mother did not receive anything on her birthday because I entrusted in edible arrangement to stand on their word. I am so devastated and disappointed that her birthday has been ruined.

Ordered an edible arrangement for my daughter’s birthday. First time to order from EA. They never sent the confirmation email so I called and it was ready and waiting to be delivered and going out for delivery soon. When it showed up my daughter sent a photo and the grapes were missing although they were in the description. I called to explain and no apologies or suggestions just a “what can I do? Attitude”. I had to ask if we could at least come get the grapes. My daughter had to drive over the next day to get a bag of grapes. Nobody had explained the situation to employees she had to re-explain the situation- and never an apology. I saw a video on how to make a larger fruit arrangement for about 13.00 so if I give another basket I will save the 70.00 I spent for less fruit- no grapes. Suggestion-have a photo and check off sheet for workers so they are sure customers get a complete product as listed in the ad.

I ordered some flowers for my moms birthday almost 5 days in advance and they were never delivered. The delivery driver pulled in the driveway and then simply left, without even trying to call. Incredibly frustrating because someone was home to receive them. The online status even said delivered and then i called them the next day they causally told me that their system said it was unsuccessful with no explanation. I was able to get a refund, but the whole experience was disappointing.

Ordered an arrangement for my daughters 14th birthday and as we waited while having a card my yard in the front a birthday parade going on they send an email saying delivery unsuccessful. I called more than 20 times to no one answering the phone I even tried to leave a voicemail but to my surprise it was full. I even went up to the location during hours of operation to find a note on the door that the lobby was closed and to contact the number that I called over and over. I then drove to the back to see the delivery truck back there and tried to knock on the front door but got no answer. I even sent a direct Facebook message to them and someone read it but no response! I’m not happy at all about the service at this location!

I’m kind of fed up with this place a little bit. I’ve called four times in the last month once for my aunts birthday once for my mom’s birthday another time for Father’s Day another time for Fourth of July. I love the place and don’t get me wrong they’ve given me so many great arrangements discounts and all the pizzazz. However, sometimes it feels like every time I call you’re out of it for the day. But the ladies are always very forgiving and are so sorry that they can’t make my arrangement or deliver it that day. And usually I still end up buying one just at a later time I just wish they could make more in one day. But that’s not their fault it’s just I need more people to work. However, when I do get an arrangement it is very beautiful and delicious great place to go for a fun cute gift.

Fruit always fresh! Love it. Had them deliver an arrangement for my grandma while i was living in a different city, she lives outside city limits complicated way to get to her house but the lady was super sweet and wanted to make sure she delivered. Super sweet employees.

A very cool alternative to birthday sweet treats. Surely everybody knows about this franchise by now, but did you know they make fruitier smoothies than OTHERS that you may be more familiar with. And they dont put chemical enhancements in the smoothies.The storefront in Tyler is really clean, and colorful. The counter clerk said she liked working there a lot.

Very fast prompt delivery, it was last minute my daughters birthday! They were able to deliver to the college. It was our first birthday away. The chocolate dip strawberries were awesome!!! They made her day and mine too.

Hanna was very rude. Basically yelled at me that the lobby was closed. How was I supposed to know that when the store is open,door unlocked,and I have an order to pick up???I called first to see what the proper procedure was to pick up, but nobody answered the phone. Won’t do business here again.

I placed an order online for my son’s Birthday. The order was confirmed and my card was charged. The store called shortly after to inform me that all their delivery drivers were gone home and they couldn’t deliver it but my son could pick it up. Unprofessional and will never ever use their services Again!

This Mothers Day I ordered an Edible Arrangement to be delivered to my moms place of work (Friday - Mothers Day was on Sunday). They delivered the wrong arrangement. I called and they said they would fix it and send the correct one to her before 5 pm. They delivered another arrangement but it was STILL the wrong one!!! Both were completely different from what I had ordered with no note (I wrote a very meaningful note). I ordered a two-tier chocolate covered strawberry box and she got a melon/pineapple arrangement (very bare, if I may add) in a vase. The second arrangement she got looked the exact same but in a box vase. I called them to let them know that she received the wrong order AGAIN. I could hear the manager in the background telling her sales associate what to tell me in a very snarky tone. She said they had upgraded the order. I explained that it didnt look like an upgrade to me and that it was still not the one I had ordered. My mom said the delivery lady explained that she realized she had given her the wrong one when she got back into her vehicle. So why didnt she fix it right then!?! We realized my moms original arrangement was delivered to another office after they tracked her down when they saw her name on the order they received. The sales associate said that it was too late in the day now to fix it again and that it would have to be delivered the following Monday (AFTER Mothers Day). My mom received the correct arrangement on Monday but said that the strawberries were very small and not at all what I expected it to be. I will NEVER order again!

Im glad I never ordered from them. My boss girlfriend ordered him an arrangement and the delivery driver went to the old address and was stupid enough to tell me she put our new address in the GPS but it took them to the old address. Then there mistake tells me he has to pick it up when she is 3 minutes away from our new location. After the girlfriend calls they reschedule for 2pm no show. So she calls again oh the will make it before 5:30. Unacceptable she calls to cancel the order they place her on hold then take her info and say the manger will call back. When she tries to call back the answer machine is once. By now we are trying to call corporate when a car pulls in front of the office. The lady goes to the back of her personal car and brings out the wrong order. When asked were is the rest of the order she goes out to the car and bring a balloon that was in need of helium. She also said the boss Wendy said that she knows the order is wrong but that is all that got. Did I mention this heifer said dont tell them. Where is OK for someone to pay over $100 for something that look like $50. We were able to get the Manager Wendy # and she refuse to get on the phone, but Brooke her assistant wanted to talk. She said the arrangement was equal to what we orded. Never I think I showed out worser than her. They got that mess of fruit riding around in somebody personal car right back. Refund yes I never need to order from this place. They will Never get my money foolishness!!!!

When ordering over the phone the lady was trying to up-sell me and not give me what I asked for when I told her the price of what I saw online she said she didnt know what I was looking at and was not willing to do anything so I cancelled and hung up without any remorse from her. I looked up product number and called later and placed my order. They say they have the freshest fruit, I disagree, the strawberries you get at Walmart stay fresh longer than this $60 bouquet will NOT return.

I would like to say that my experience with this company was not what I was expecting. I read all the reviews and was unsure about doing business with them. I needed an arrangement for my wife. I did not know what or how to order an arrangement. This one girl came out and was not pleasant at all. I do not like to mention names but I her initials were Taylor. I left mad and without an order. I later returned because my wife really wanted an arrangement. I showed up at a later time and was glad to see that all that were there had left for the day. Manager included. This pleasant young lady came and greeted me. She was so sweet and unlike the one before, was willing to help me. She showed me what was popular and asked question on what my wife was like. This helped her in helping me pick what was right for my wife. I want everybody to know that the time and effort this young lady took made my wifes night. Made mine too. She is truly a flower in a place full of weeds. I am thankful the was there that evening. The manager needs to take a long look at what she has working for her. The girl that was in the store earlier almost lost a sale for the store. She was rude and just acted like I was bothering her. Again I dont like mention names but her initials were Taylor. Now this other name I am going to take great pleasure in telling you about. The nice young lady that took the time and effort to make my wife happy was Megan. She was so sweet and helpful. The service was very friendly and went out of the way to have the order ready on time. When I got to the store to pick up the order it wasn’t ready and the employee added on a nice touch just because of the wait that I had, which wasn’t very long at all.

I have always used them for special occasions. I will never do business with them nor would I recommend them to anybody. I had placed an order like 1 week ago for Valentines Day which was today. The driver decides to google the name of the business to where my order is going instead of following orders and use the address I gave them. The business to which she went to happens to show up at calls the correct business to where it was suppose to go to and tells them hey edible arrangements are here. My boyfriend gets on the phone and tells the driver use the address which he gives to her and her response was oh I have to take it back and you go pick it up. My boyfriends asst offers to go pick it up from her which they where just down the street no more then 3 minutes away and the driver told her no and hung up on her and left. I called and complained and the lady on the phone said we will have it out by 2 well 2 came around and nothing I called again and she said the driver left at 3:18 to deliver your order and by them it was about 5:00. The driver happens to show up to the business in her PERSONAL CAR with my order in her trunk at 5:10 the business closes at 5:30. She gets off and at that its not what I paid for my boyfriend called me and I spoke to that driver and I told her what you have there is not what I paid for. She said Im aware of that maam but my supervisor Wendy told me to give you this and not to tell you it was not what you ordered. I paid $122 for my order and they want to send me an order that cost $60 with a flat balloon at that.I called again to the store and complained on what was taken to the office was not my order Brooke answered the phone and said we gave you something valued to what you paid for because the previous driver gave your order to somebody else. I told her no maam you didnt its on your website for $60. When people start playing with my money now there we have a problem. All this could have been avoided if the driver would have put in the address I gave them when I placed my order. Never again in my life will I go back to them and the times I did use them I always spent over $100 never less then that now they lost a customer and at that also lost potential customers that where there at the office when the driver showed up in her personal car with my order in her trunk.

I ordered an arrangement for my Mothers birthday, and asked it be delivered between 11 am-1pm . But it was not delivered until 3:30 pm. I called the first time and was told it had been delivered, but it hadnt. I called a second time and was told they didnt have a time slot for it to be delivered but it would be sometime that day (unexceptional) I iask her what is a time slot on the online order site for????? REALLY!!
