Staff are friendly and very helpful. The cigar selection is also plentiful and with a good variety of Dominican, Nicaraguan, and others to choose from. The complimentary scotch is nice too! Its good Tyler finally has a nice place for us cigar smokers to congregate and enjoy our hobby with wider open spaces, cold ac, and hdtvs to watch while you enjoy your cigar. Thanks guys youll be seeing me again very soon!

The lounge is very nice and comfortable. TV’s are nice for games. The cigar selection is really good. Lots of high end options and value options. Place is like a high end shop with good prices. Second time here and will definitely be back.

I loved my experience there. I went to get a Fathers day gift and the guy that was working that day was very friendly and helpful. They have a lounge with comfy chairs for whomever to sit and relax and smoke their cigars while getting to enjoy the flat screens or other company. Friendly, laid back atmosphere and dim lighting. They have a glass enclosed room where the cigars are kept. The guy even offered me a free cigar box of my choice from the selection they had. Also, its BYOB.

Fantastic staff. Very helpful and not stuffy at all! They have really helped me learn and discern what my tastes are.

Excellent atmosphere. Staff and patrons were welcoming and polite. Non member lounge provides drinks, televisions, ashtrays and seating for anyone coming in for a smoke. I spent almost 2 hours smoking and socializing on my first visit. I will return. Support your local brick and mortar and give The Humidor your business.

What an awesome find. While traveling in Tyler area I was looking for a quick smoke. Instead I found a no-membership lounge filled with locals that immediately made me feel at home. Instead of a quick smoke I found myself among new friends and staying a while. Fantastic selection of boutique cigars too. A must visit location in Tyler.

Awesome idea. wish hours were later. hard to come by after work and meet friends when they close so early. we often end up choosing another place because hours are so short. when we come its great but wed come more if open past 630 pm

This place is great. Awesome selection of cigars, perfect for a seasoned cigar enthusiast or for the first timer. Johnny was knowledgeable and quite friendly. The drinks are complimentary. I enjoyed a great bourbon with my cigar. Decent lighting, good parking, an altogether great atmosphere to enjoy an evening out.
