Overall better shoe selection for my older kid, the nike store in tyler didn’t have a lot of cool shoes and to the lady who worked Black Friday upfront thank you !!

Was told to leave because I didnt have a mask on, yet the girl telling me this had her mask not covering her mouth or nose

This is my first time coming in and the girl wearing glasses with wavy hair was so rude she came running to us saying we needed a mask to come in. We asked if she had any to provide and said no only for sale. We left but then saw they had given other people who walked in masks. Never coming back. Bad attitudes all around!!

By far the best shoe store in the Tyler Mall. Great customer service, huge selection of shoes. Good looking for the newest Jordan Retro be there at 9 on Saturday or its going to sell out.

I went into the store and was not greeted or even acknowledged for the 20 minutes in the store. I left and returned to the store to speak with the store manager. He quickly addressed the lack of service with the three employees. Ive heard they had terrible customer service in the past but I actually witnessed it for myself.

My husband and I went to show palace to purchase a pair of shoes for my 2 year old. I noticed there were about 4-5 workers and the only customers were us and a mo there and her 2 kids. We went to the back section where the toddler shoes are and we stood there waiting for some one to ask if we needed help. We they kept walking back and forth talking about where the hoes at and I got so fed up I sent my husband to ask for help. And as the hispanic kid was helping the black kid kept asking him where the girls were. I work customer service and this was not cool! So unprofessional. And they kept talking about how the owner dont like it when they use their phone but they did it anyways and laughed about it.

Had a great experience here and the associates really take their time to help you find what you need
