My name is Aaron and Im an Uber Eats driver and Im in and out of this place every night before I go to work and after I come home. The lovely ladies that work there are always helpful and anxious to get you through your line and get your purchases bought and get you on your way. Not to mention the various sections that they have separated out. Different kinds of ice cream on with different kinds of toppings they have got sausages w toppings. Several different levels of coffee with several different levels of creamer. Not to mention the section for truckers . Decently clean bathrooms. Ive never had an issue with this truck stop and Ill go here forever. Thats why I get this place five stars

The cashiers inside need an attitude adjustment. They act like customers buying things when business is virtually dead is a problem. Rude and passive aggressive. Also they spend more time talking to coworkers then paying any attention to their customers. Way too expensive....... QT up the freeway is better and cheaper. And has way more quality customer service.

Great place. Staff is very friendly, clean facilities, good fuel prices, and for truckers there is ample parking and great showers. You have subway 0900-2100 and Hardees 0500-2300. Great selection of drinks and snacks. A very refreshing stop. 20 May 2021

This place are relatively new, last time we parked at Texas Best Smoke House this wasnt here.Pretty large clean parking lot, lots selection snacks,drinks, sandwich, hot dogs,ice cream,6 different kinds of yogurt lots of kinds of toppings🤔Carls Jr, Subways for past food,Clean restroom except if you dont flushed the commode, u dont need a rocket science to figure it out, if dont automatically flushedHello Peopleis anyone see the NASTY MAN,man that leave his nasty of urine bottle in the parking lot,or his gallon of urine against the curb, to someone else to dispose it.Its him the NASTY MAN👀

I was going to stop at the Texas best smokehouse until I saw this place! I was not disappointed! It’s new, clean, and has a Carl’s jr. This place made me a happy driver.

Beware!!! Not sot sure if all Cefcos do this but this one has done it more than once. They charge you for your purchase and immediately charges you again for same amount. They refuse to refund, even though you show them proof they double charge and tell you to dispute it and more than likely its not refunded from what Ive read on several Google reports of the samething being done at different locations. Some people cant lose $30‐50 and it not affect them financially. I wont be shopping at Cefco anymore! I should be refunded my money!

It was a gas station. No soap in the bathroom and half of the sodas were out on the machine but the store was clean and the clerk was friendly.

They never have soap in the men bathroom they never have any soap water to clean your windshield an you can never read they receipts BUT THE WORKERS ARE REALLY NICE I WILL GIVE THEM 5 🌟

Stopped for fuel on our way back to New Orleans, walked the dog and a potty break.

Giving 5 gold stars to the 3 ladies that went above and beyond to open this store back up after the winter ice storm that went thru. Shortly after the power came back on for good, these ladies worked long hours for days with no running water, no working restrooms, and several grumpy customers, AND they did it with a smile on their faces. You girls rock!!

1 out of 6 fuel pumps work. Told me WEX and TCH was down couldnt accept my card. Went across the street and fueled with my WEX card. This place is becoming the biggest joke in Texas. Poor poor management.

The recent snowstorm in Texas stranded us for days at this Cefco Store 94 off I-20. When we parked our trucks there wasn’t power, nothing was open and the conditions were rapidly deteriorating. I’m not sure how the store manager, Martye Hanson, made it to the store but she did. She opened up so we could buy what supplies they had available and did her best to get the fuel pumps going after power was restored. I can’t express how grateful we are she weathered out the storm with us. I won’t be passing this Cefco again without stopping. Thanks also to Penny and Brianna for all you did.

The lady at the register needs an attitude check. She thinks she can talk to customers anyway she wants. Very rude and needs new hires who will actually do their job and not catch an attitude

October 3rd 2020 9:30pm the two employees running the show just blessed me with a free coffee! After a long day working under the light of the lord, it is a great feeling to have someone bless you with kindness as well.

Let trucks sleep on fuel Bay dont clean the bathrooms never have fuel recites and always under power all the management on one morning shift and they still cant anything done area manager should be fired for lack of competence

Well if you have the time to spare then this place is ok. For a truck stop that has been open for less than 4 yrs they have alot of issues. The pumps work half the time on the diesel side. The check out inside is a little on the slow side for the volume of customers. Then there the bathroom. They attempt to clean but the still is trash and the auto sink faucets are a little difficult to get to work. Now there is Carls Jr, it takes some time to get you order. Most of the time its hot and correct but slow.These are just a few issues I have witness over the past 2 yrs. This is not the normal for Cefco so I dont understand what the issue is with this store but it is what it is. I will buying my fuel somewhere else until they get right with service.

Wasnt expecting much... was pleasantly surprised. This CEFCO is within a stones throw of I-20 with very easy on/off.Found a pristine clean facility... restrooms were gorgeous. Spacious & incredibly well stocked retail store with an attached Subway and Carls Jr restaurants... 3 am staff was polite, courteous & helpful. Great coffee bar with many accompaniments. Showers, lounge & laundry also available with entrance in-store.Many well lit parking spaces in store front, as well as long-term parking spaces for semis & cars wanting to sleep on each side of store. I, single woman driving alone, slept for 1.45 hrs with no worry whatsoever.Highly recommend.

I spend a good deal of money here on diesel as I pass by regularly. There is a homeless person who has turned this into his home. Basically hes allowed to chill in the TV room, and bug people for money and what not. Then I notice a customer running around barefoot which seemed totally bizarre. I snapped a photo in disbelief. 5 mins later I was asked to leave as the female employee stated I cant be taking pictures of her boys not really sure what she was referring to as it was a grown man. I guess expecting people to behave in a civilized manner in public settings is offensive.

The store is dirty and the employees are unprofessional. The froyo bar had food scattered across it and on the floor. One of the workers were eating and the other cashier was rude and sexist at checkout.They may have a variety of things in there store but cleanliness and a professional staff was not the case. I will not return.

I was about to purchase lottery tickets because I enjoy playing them, but after observing a young caucasian guy display poor Customer Service in front of about 7 customers concerning lottery I decided to go elsewhere. The way he stopped this nice elderly lady from doing her job assisting a customer compromising on spending half of their winnings back into lottery and then he makes the finale decision telling her No she cant do so was handled very poorly in front of customers. I wouldve left a (-) if I could have. Establishments always want people to spend their 💰, but will not pay if they win. Customers are constantly spending money/buying fuel whats the problem...

Always good gas prices, but some of the laziest staff I have ever seen. Three people standing next tho the cash register with trash all over the fuel area, nothing to clean your windshield with and trash cans over flowing. Walk into the store, fresh coffee not made and everything could stand to be cleaned in there as well, and trash over flowing in there as well. The blond worker was saying she was going to have to hurt her manager if she didnt get the hours she needed. The other female agreed. How professional.

9/17/2018 Pulled up after 10 pm and still plenty plenty of parking... fairly new store. Showers were available... employees friendly and welcoming...next morning same deal few trucks pulled out lot empty returned from a drop and still empty lot...but store is still fairly new..loved it..well lit lot

Charged twice on one transaction. Girl operating cash register was all over the place and didnt seem to know what she was doing. Im not from the area so I called the store to resolve the double charge, couldnt get a hold of anyone. Expect better from such a large company like CEFCO.

Yo i love this place the employees here made me feel welcomed like very welcomed. Im always at pilot or flying j but going there never feels welcomed always being looked at like im about to steal something and i hate that.Here they had no problem i walked around freely was watching tv they had chairs seperated according to distance for covid 19 even tho i was the only one there watching t.v. spent about 6 hours here in tv room i know i spent about 80 dollars but i did not care because i felt welkomed and no feeling like a thief . thank you cefco i will be coming back. No matter how nice this place is the customer service is very bad. I been to this place twice and nothing has changed. I give it to this place you will find a lot here but check out time is way to long.

I was on my way back from Tyler, Tx and getting hungry. Looking for a place with easy access CEFCO was on the right and pulled on in. Caries JR hit the spot and was so much fun. If you are going down I 20 and needing a place for a quick meal give CEFCO a try.

Okay for now. It will be great once everyone is trained 20 minutes in Carls Jr for two sausage biscuits in unacceptable.Update 6/20/18.Well its down to 15 minutes for the same order with 6 people working. I guess theyre improving.
