5 stars. Ordered a big birthday cookie ahead of pickup and someone messed up and didnt put in our order, on pickup day the problem was immediately fixed and we got our order in about 20 minutes. No excuses, no messing around. We didnt even raise hell about it. They just fixed it. Highly recommend.

I’ve bought cookie cakes here for years, never had an issue until today. I’ve ordered for several occasions birthdays graduations literally every holiday.I received the correct order, but literally the was a fraction portioned for the icing, they used for every other cake I ever gotten and others that I saw in front of me had normal amount of icingI’m not saying I’m upset for asking for for extra icing just the usual I get, I’ve spent some money for about 11 cakes within a year time period, always was happy. Only reason I still got the cake was because I didn’t have time to find a different cake.The guy at the counter wasn’t rude or anything on the contrary he was actually nice, but whoever is making the cakes now isn’t happy or content in the job and it shows in their work. Perhaps it’s just a rare occurrence, considering the other 11 cakes that I was more than satisfied with.

The worst experience I have ever had with them the cookie cake was extra thin then it normally is and they don’t put picks in the cookie cake No more to help protect it, it was 97 degrees outside and over 100 in my car and the cookie cake got all messed up and I tried calling asking them why there was no picks to help protect It the manager was extremely rude it did not help resolve the issue at all. It seems like a change in management because we have never had this issue before.

Cashier and sale ladies wearing hand gloves all the time but same set of gloves touch cookies as well as monies, moving trash cans, rest on countertops, aprons and cash register. Employees need basic instructions about sanitation and food handling. They’re actually wearing gloves to avoid their hands to get dirty.

I purchased a Chewy Pecan cookie for $1.99. The cookie was hard as a rock. I walked back into the mall and explained the problem to the worker. She was not helpful. She did not offer replacement cookie or refund. Very disappointing 😕. I have purchased these cookies for many years.

I will never order another cookie from this place!I told them I need to pick up at 4 get to the store the lady wrote down 5 and the little girl decorating cookies got it an attitude and said it says 5 itll be done at 5 with a rude attitude. Come back at 5 and this cookie looks like a toddler made the cookie. The lady that took my order showed me a picture of a Fornite cookie of what they have done and this cookie looks nothing like what I seen in the picture!The boy who checked me out said oh for copying writing we cant do it the same but the girl showed me a picture of what they have done before?So he gave me discount I didnt have time to complain a lot because I have to be somewhere.i will be calling Monday to talk to a manager I want my money back, this is for a school party Monday at 12 and this cookie is a joke!

Been buying cookie cakes here for all of my kids for the past ten years or so. Price has gone up but its still a great cookie cake. Definitely better than Wal-Marts. I dont recommend getting a design on the cake unless the person is experienced with decorating cakes. Mostly I just get them to write Happy Birthday and my kids name. Occasionally you get an experienced artist who does an amazing job. But no guarantee. Overall, the place is great. You can order a day ahead and get a cake on short notice. And...its delicious.

We requested a cookie cake that looked like a record. Should be easy..right...wrong. First of all the girl at the kiosk looked like I asked her to create a picasso and had to call someone to see if they could make a record. After a full, 5 minute phone call to whomever she had to call, she confirmed that they could make the record cookie cake. We picked it up and it looked seriously like a 3rd grader did it. It was 1 hour before we have my whole family coming to my house so I did not have time for them to redo it. I am appalled that they would have the nerve to send that out. It was garbage. I have used them so many times over the years and have never been disappointed but they have obviously gone way down hill. I put 1 star because it would not let me post this without putting something. very angry right now.

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at this store. The “lady” who served me charged me for water after I had already said that I didn’t want them. Why would you charge for water anyway? The reason I didn’t say anything before hand is because I didn’t see she charged me for them until I got my receipt. Then as I was eating my cookie I found a hair in it! It looked like it probably had come out of the very poorly maintained beard of the “lady” who served me. It was gross and unkept and disgusting. I honestly may never go back.

Ordered a cake and they lost cake. I was late to my daughters birth day party because of they made me another one thank god they could whpuld have been worse if i could get a cake for her. never again.

Horrible experience. They not only lost my order (that I placed at the store), they also got my second order wrong and tried to make it for the wrong date. I AM VERY UNHAPPY. THATS NOT GOOD BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN.

Excellent service! I ordered four large cookie cakes for a celebration and they did an excellent job and they even brought them out to my car!

Bought 6 cookies and 2 chocolate milks. Would not even give two cups to me without charging 50 cents a piece. Horrible service and rude employees. Will not be returning.
