These folks are the bomb! Its a small business doing huge work quickly and beautifully. I placed an order for 200 shirts after Ray spent hours with me on the design, he gave me a finish date--which they beat--and he helped us carry four big boxes out and loaded them into my vehicle. And their prices cannot be beaten, either! I will definitely be recommending them to every event organizer I know! I have another job in their shop right now for embroiderie work and cannot wait to see it.

This company not only had great pricing, but their customer service is impeccable. It was relaxed and easy, like doing business with a friend or family member. They also worked with my time crunch I had going on! I would recommend this company to anyone!

They told us to bring in the cups we needed engraved so we drove an hour there. They were closed and we called them and they said it would be 2 hours before they would be there. We left and never got them engraved. The hours posted said they would be open and they never told us before we left that noone would be there..

Well Im not one to usually blast anyone. But we are a business owner as well. Emailed with Ray earlier in the week and let him know I would be coming by with samples. Got there at 840 this morning. Only to see sign on door saying closed 29th-2nd. Well today is 28th. So I called and Ray answers and said they decided to start holiday early. But his partner would be in that afternoon. Nothing wrong with holidays or leaving early. But you MUST work what you post! Bottom line! Very unprofessional by anyones standards. I made a special trip from out of town and picked this company because of there rating on here. Sad because I do a few K a month in appearl

I arrived on a Saturday not realizing they were closed. However, the owner was there working on some orders and opened the shop to take my order. The order was incorrect the lettering was completely wrong pretty much ruined $600 worth of high in jackets. The order was even late the excuse was given that another order came in apparently had more priority than mine. I would never recommend this business for embroidery work again.
