Outstanding Customer Service! I work long hours so I had to do entire deal over text and phone. Judd went above and beyond to answer all questions and make sure I was comfortable with the purchase. At one time we even face timed so I could compare wheels and make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Finish it up with him having my new cart delivered so I didnt have to make a 3 hour round trip and I am a very happy customer! Thanks again I LOVE IT!

Judd and the crew at TGC were great! Judd really took his time and explained all the different options to us and explained the differences between gas and electric. We did not feel pressured to buy nor did we feel like he was pushing us to any particular model. We finally decided on which cart we wanted to purchase and he worked with us on pricing, options, etc. Our cart was delivered on time as promised - outside of their normal delivery window by the way! We would definitely buy from here again and plan to use them for our maintenance, etc. Definitely a great experience!

Last week my wife and I went to look for a new golf cart at Tyler Golf Cars. What a great experience! We had never purchased a golf cart so we had many questions. I worked with Judd and his staff who were all very informative of our particular needs in a cart. We bought it that day and it was delivered quickly to our lake home in Frankston. The gentleman that delivered the cart went over everything about the cart and charging system with us. I would give Judd and his team 10 stars if we had the option!

Very good shop. They made my 10 year old Ezgo gas cart run almost like new. I now have a lots more pep again. The DA at Cart Shed on the South side of Tyler told me I need a new motor three years ago. I never need to go back to Cart Sh_t again since I found these guys. Keep up the good work. Very friendly, after repair attempt two other places. Fixed first time. One star off as they did not call, when parts delayed on time completion. But added back as they loaned me wheels, to use for grandkids visit, when new tires d in d not arrive, as promised. Great service. Fair price.

I bought a used 48v Yamaha from them and their service after the sale is exceptional !!! They stand behind their work and Ive never had a bad experience with them in over 5 years. My 48 volt battery system was completely dead because I had surgery and was in rehab and did not have it on charger. Found out the batteries had to have some charge for the charger to recognize a battery. Called Cart shop close to me and they wanted an outrageous price just to charge my batterys if I brought it to him. I called Tyler Golf Cars and talked to Shay. For 1/4 the price he picked it up from my house and delivered it back fully charged. Highly recommend this shop and Shay.

My golf cart was acting up and I didnt know what was wrong with it. I searched google and Tyler Golf Cars was the first company that popped up. I called, they answered the phone and I brought it up there to them. I first encountered a guy named shay who was friendly and helpful. He had a look at it and had it fixed in 5 mins. I went into the office to pay my bill and Judd the owner was in there. He told me there was no charge since it was a very minor fix. I love dealing with great people and this place has them. Wont be going anywhere else but there. Thanks Tyler Golf Cars!
