Our new tub is amazing. It took a while to get, but was definitely worth the wait. Mark was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly.The tub is so relaxing. It is helping my back and neck issues and we love it!I am not sure why we waited so long to get one.The guys that came and installed the tub were wonderful, professional, respectful of our property, and so pleasant. They walked me through everything and made sure I understood all the things I would have to do to keep the tub in top shape.I recommend Atlas Spas of Tyler !!Nacogdoches Hot Tub Fans !

After having been to several spa stores over the last few months, I have not been impressed with the sales people and their lack of knowledge with their products as well as their high pressure sales tactics. My interest in purchasing a spa was almost gone until I went to Atlas Spas in Tyler and met Mark Long. From the moment I entered the store, Mark put me at ease by thoroughly explaining the difference between his spas and the others I looked at. There was no pressure from him to purchase that day. I AM SOLD!! I will be purchasing a spa from Mark when my house is built in June or July of next year. If you’re in the market for a spa, I highly recommend Mark. If I could give him 10 stars, I would because this is the best sales experience I’ve EVER had with a sales person!

Every aspect from start to finish with this company has been awful... ended up paying a different price than was originally quoted. Took way longer than was told to get our pool and hot tub. And instead of just being truthful got excuses or tried to y’all circles around us. Now that we finally have our pool and hot tub, we have issues with the pool pump. They just shrug their shoulders “I’m sure it’s fine” was the answer I got. And the hot tub won’t heat up or work. They sent me to the company that does the warranty work. Yet I still have to pay for everything. I’ve had my tub for 3 weeks and somehow I’m still paying for it all. Was never showed how to use anything. This company is awful. I honestly just wish I could send it all back and get my 20+k that I spent for it all. Absolutely ridiculous.
Our experience with Master Spas has been nothing short of perfect!Our spa that we purchased from another company did last 14 years, but it was time to shop around for something different as a replacement.From the point of looking, then buying our spa, Mark Long in Tyler was not pushy and never pressured us into buying. Since our purchase, he has always been more than helpful. He has been very patient with me because I ask alot of questions (sometimes more than once) AND I write down the responses, so I do everything right!The install went super smooth and efficient and the personal tutorials on the ease of maintenance has been most helpful! Mark helps with suggestions on the least expensive route to take when buying the few chemicals that the spa requires to stay clean.The Master Spa Twilight series has been so relaxing and has been crystal clear since our purchase! I love the easy maintenance program!!So, because of all of this, WE LOVE OUR SPA and highly recommend a visit with Mark at Atlas for your next spa!
Its a shame some people have had a not so good experience with their spa. But I guess nothing is perfect.For me personally I couldnt be happier. Mark Long was very helpful and knowledgeable on all swim spas and with no pressure to purchase the Masters spa which is ultimately the one we decided on. We have followed the recommend maintenance program with the recommend chemicals and filters that he suggested and have had no issues. Weve had our 19 Deep Swim Spa for 1 yr. and 5 months. My filters still look brand new as well as the spa. Thank you Mark were 100% satisfied.
Mark Long was very informative about the products in his showroom. He also encouraged us to look at his competitors products. After much consideration, we chose a Healthy Living spa. It was delivered and set up in a courteous and professional manner. Mark personally came out to help us with a minor problem and instructed us in the operation of the controls. I would like to say Thank You to Manager Mark Long at the Tyler, Texas Atlas Master Spas. Over the couple of years that my Wife and I have owned our Spa Mark has been our pillar for taking care of our spa. Mark did a fantastic Spa balancing the chemicals class which I have typed up and placed into my Spa maintenance notebook, and reference it when and if I have a question or just need to refresh on. In addition, Mark is my go to guy for my Spa chemicals and any parts I may need. I give Mark Long TOP GUN Marks for OUTSTANDING Customer service and highly recommend him to everyone that owns or is contemplating buying a Spa.
First off I dont usually write these reviews but after a year of owning my pool and the experience Ive had with this company I feel its necessary to at least give the next person a warning to not do business with these people. After 3 attempts of putting up my pool and taking it down and putting it back up and their machine went down and used my personal machine to finish digging and tore up my machine in the process, my pool still looks horrible and my machine was just patched and welded up and spray painted. I have been so disgusted with this I just gave up and accepted what I ended up with.
Mark and staff have always been very helpful. I feel they want to help instead of just trying to sell me something. We love our spa and would recommend Atlas to everyone

We’re having a terrible experience with our overpriced SwimSpa. Since weather has gotten warm, the spa consistently keeps temperatures at 100’ or above. The technician has been here to change & set the controls & still the same. We’re ready for this to be picked up & gotten out of our yard. Bad expenditure of $17,000 to $18,000 !?!? Need some help here. It’s too big to pick up & put on the curb!?!?

Update on original 1 star review. Between Atlas, Master Spas and Spa Tex Repair we finally as of May 15, 2018 have resolved all of our issues. In case any one is interested, BaquaSpa works fine with the copper ion core filter system. We were told this spa did not use chlorine but it does. My husband suffered a allergy attack from the chemicals. No one knew if another chemical would work.The foot jet was blowing water into our faces. After a couple of visits it turned out it was broken. It was supposed to turn off and on. Ours did only on. After replacement with good jet it is working fine and has improved water flow to all jets.Panels that were damaged have been replaced along with ill fitting panels.It has been a long journey to get all of this working. Promised 4 to 6 week delivery. On week 6 called to find out what was going on. They said would be ready in 2 weeks. The delivery guys were excellent. Got the spa in a very tight space. Our electrician didnt show up until they were leaving so we were unable to go over controls.Finally it running. Programmed it as instructed by installers and manual. Next morning touch display wont turn on. Had to turn off a breaker. Reprogrammed display and later display again wouldnt turn on. Called Atlas and they said it sounded like a service issue. Heard from service 3 days later. They said it was a circuit board and had to be ordered. Now a week and a half later serviceman was due out this morning at 9 to 10. No show. Called service, which by the way, is a different company that doesnt sell these spas. They changed their schedule and forgot to tell me. Possibly coming later. What a waste of my day.Also told when we purchased that warranty service was available. This secondary company said future visits after 90 days are billable at $90. No too happy right about now.

I bought the Trainer 19 in March 2015. There has been more issues with Atlas than the spa itself. If you can find anyone else that sells the spas than go there. From the beginning their customer service has been More than lacking. Problems began from the day of delivery. Their advice for first time owners was null and void. Mark their salesman is just that...a salesman. He cannot shut up long enough to hear your question or problem and interrupts you with an answer before you have even asked the complete question. He cost us $1,000 more on chemicals and other gadgets that I didnt need. Then Robert will talk to you and promise you one thing then go back on his word or help. I live out away from the city and when you have to have Spa tech come out, for a problem that was an issue in the beginning,the charge is close to $200. Atlas will pay for One trip out in the first year. Just do yourself a favor and save yourself headaches and stress and find a different distributor for the swim spa. My next call and review will be to Master Spas. When you spend this kind of money, you need more than a salesman, you need customer service.
Awesome spa and even better support! my family has enjoyed this spa more than the previous one we had. the weekly maintenance is so much simpler. but to me the most important thing is the support ive gotten from Mark Long at Atlas Tyler. I have called and bothered him on numerous occassions for help with problems and he has patiently explained each time and successfully solved every problem. His knowledge of the product is awesome to say the least and he has a true passion for making it right for the customer. Thank you Mark!

We have had problems with our trainer 19 since we purchased it two years ago. We have spent more time working on it trying to get the thing to function than time spent actually using it. And we get the same answer every time we try to talk to someone at Atlas... itsdirty filters....even though the water has been drained and new filters placed and it still doesnt work. Save yourself the headache....walk away! We are in this thing for thousands of dollars and cannot even utilize it.....
Wow I came in to get a part and was told I dont do that you will have to come back Tuesday I just sell them I even had old part om hand and saw the one I needed on shelf. I would rather buy another hotub if this was my only choice to get a part. I hope the owner reads this to know what kind of employee he has. I would want to know if one of mine was this bad.
I went and talked to Mark, and he is by far the most helpful salesman Ive ever ran across. He constantly answers any questions I have, and always answers his phone. I know I probably bug him too much, but hes always very friendly and professional and lets me know he will call me back if hes tied up with a customer. We went to the Hot Tub SUPER SALE event at the Oil Palace several weeks ago and talked to the owners son (thats what he said he was) about purchasing a Clearance priced hot tub. During the sales presentation he requested that I fill out an application to purchase a hot tub that was On-Sale ...I FOOLISHLY accepted and supplied my e-mail address and telephone number. Since than Ive received over 20 e-mails a day for everything from Legal Cannibals Gummy-bears to Male Enhancement, and everything in-between. The whole BS Show was nothing bu a Fishing exercise so thy could sell my e-mail and phone number for additional profit. I wouldnt trust this cooked operation farther than I could throw the building...of course thats just my unbiased, humble opinion and Im the fool here for listening to him as long as I did. I should have remembered TANSTAFL - There aint no such thing as a free lunch.
I bought my Masterspa swim spa from Atlas about three years ago. It has been a fantastic addition to our home and the folks at Atlas have treated me wonderfully since. Thanks Atlas!
