Great place to buy instruments, get repair and supplies. I have one of eighteen original Ralph Harrington violins and had to get it repaired when the neck came loose. The did a great job on it.

These people have it together! The young man who helped us was very good at knowing exactly what we needed. The lady at front desk was over the top knowledgeable, nice and instructed them to clean our mouth piece for free while we waited. I was proptely called back on repairs which they could have charged $179 but said it was only needing $30 work. Now that is honestly. All three people I spoke were impressive!

I do not recommend making any purchases here. I brought in my saxophone for cleaning and when I got it back my seal pads and keys were all falling out. Absolutely do not come here for repairs. I also purchased a tuner from this establishment and it was defective because even with brand new batteries it would only last for one day. I have now ended up with a messed up saxophone that I had to pay even more to have it repaired somewhere else, and a broken $50 tuner that takes even more money from the batteries I have to purchase from it. Be careful with any purchases you make from this establisment. It should be OK to purchase reeds from this place, they gave good reeds, but thats about it.

I absolutely love this place! The customer service is beyond compare and my school uses them for repairs as well. I will definitely continue service with them.

Was purchasing a violin at the time and went into this store. The salesperson must have not liked the clothes I was wearing or something because they were snobby and had a negative attitude. They didnt want my business so they didnt get it.
