Their staff are honest, dependable, hard working, knowledgeable people that know the golf game, equipment and accessories. Everyone there has displayed superior and awesome customer service every time I’ve visited them. David fitted me for my irons and I am very pleased with my set. He was a great guy to deal with and I’m glad I had the privilege and experience to get his expert advice and his professionalism. Considering the supply line problems haunting retailers, I was more than pleased to the degree the Watts staff have stocked their store. My visits purpose was to pick up replacement club grips. The floor staff were great. I was asked when I arrived, if I needed assistance. Once I declined their overture, I was not bothered again until I requested further assistance. That is what I define as superior customer service.

I was looking for a simple new grip for a club. They didnt have either of two acceptable models. I went to a nearby regional sporting good store and found what I needed.

Just picked up a new set of custom fit irons. The store Manager, Justin spent a couple hours of quality time with me a week ago. I hit two Titlist heads with 4 different shafts to find the best fit for my game. Five business days later, I have the new set in my bag. Great work on the part of Justin, Titlist, and Edwin Watts!

I walked into the Tyler store needing new golf shoes, went to the shoe section and looked around, took a shoe off the display, sat down and tried in and liked it. As I sat there some folks walked in and sales people behind the counter as them if they could help, completely ignoring me. Times like this I feel Im invisible but Im not. I walked out making that comment as I passed the counter. Still no reaction from the Edwin Watts people. WOW.

After being a long time customer of Edwin Watts in Tyler, Texas I will no longer be a frequent visitor, after purchasing clubs to try out, and returning them, The impression given is that you can trade in any new club purchased with in 90 days ( NOT) yes its my fault for listening to what I was told instead of reading the back of my receipt. So customers read the print on the back of your receipt instead of what your told when your buy. Like the guys at the store, and I know they are only employees doing a job.

I have been a long time customer of Edwin Watts. I have dealt with three store managers and numerous staff and one thing havent changed - their commitment to customer satisfaction.
