Mike is the best in the business. Also, the prices are great.However, there exists just one Mike. That means youll probably have to wait, because so many people go to Mike. Be prepared with the knowledge that it will take time, more than the estimate, but once you get your work back, you wont be disappointed.

Great fast speedy service. I really liked the ability to book my services online and make an appt. I didnt have to wait he was ready to take on my order and also fixed something that was incorrect on my riffle. I look forward to doing business here again.

Dropped off 2 pieces end of May for cerakote, and make Items compliant. Emailed back and forth for 4 months of excuses to finally picked up today for no completion of work done. The only thing he says is sorry it didn’t work out. While he’s taking other work in.It’s a shame. Love supporting local guys but This one was a huge disappointment.

Great experience. Went to get my muzzle device pinned and welded figuring I’d drop off the rifle and come back a week later. He did the job right there while I waited. I was in and out in 20 min. Quality work, very nice job. Highly recommend!

Tier 1 Defense is a very accommodating shop with fair pricing. I got two muzzle brakes pinned and weld, with same day service. I also received some great advise on an issue I was having with an AK. Highly recommended, I will give this shop all my future business.

Had Mike do a Gas Block, Trigger, and Muzzle Brake Replacement on my BCM Recce. He was easy to work with, responsive, quick, and does some great quality work for a great price. I had another shop Pin and Weld my previous muzzle brake when I got it and they did a terrible job. I will definitely be using him again in the near future, and highly recommend him.

Ive used Tier 1 four times now. Twice pinning & welding muzzle brakes, once fixing a stock, one lower transfer. Its super easy to make an appointment online. Mike is always patient and friendly. Best of all, he does the work in 10 minutes and for cheaper than RTSP. Im never going to do any gunsmithing or transfers at RTSP again.

Took in a piece for me to do compliance work on.Work took more than a month to get done and I was handed back a piece that short cycled on every discharge due to the gas block being misaligned when he reinstalled it. He also lost the stock brake and magazine, both of which I had plans for.Made no effort to correct the issues and was minimally responsive most of the time.Did not check his work. Will not contact again.

I was going to attempt doing a hand guard install on my AR and thank God I didn’t. What Mike had to endure to make this happen I wouldn’t have believed it unless I was there which I was. Made quick work of pining a compensator, prepaid and scheduling was awesome. Place was pita to find though if not familiar with the area and low riding cars will most likely scrape in driveway entrance.

First, Kevin and his team are second to none. Quality, professional, knowledgeable and efficient is how I would describe Tier 1 defense. Secondly, I would say walking through the doors is like entering 2nd amendment heaven and you can hear the national anthem play in the background. I think I spotted a bald eagle flying in the shop but it may have been me blacking out on freedom and George Washington was there reviving me...but nonetheless if you want just regular work done or total custom work done this is the place. Hell as I walking out I felt a sudden urge to to rip my shirt off and just walk out with the american flag draped over me. Bottom line visit Tier 1 Defense they are great
