The policys of this place are extremely wrong. If your vehicle calls for something thats exactly what they are doing even if you do it differently and tell them and say you will sign a waiver not holding them liable. The management was very ignorant and rude.

Waited an hour and a half for an oil change and new tires after being the first one here. They pull the car out and THEY NEVER CHANGED THE TIRES!!! They were going to charge us $450 for AN OIL CHANGE. Excuse me?!?! We will NEVER use this place again. Imagine waiting an hour and a half for an oil change with no wait prior! Dropped my car off for 2 front tires around 1:00 yesterday. I wasnt sure of the tire size, but gentleman working there went to my car to get the mileage, checked tire size, and wrote up work order. There was several unhappy customers ahead of me, so I advised that I would leave and come back in a few hours. Came back 3 hours later to find no new tires. Lady at the counter said they dont carry my tire size in store. No one called to advise me, just waited until I returned to rudely inform me the tires had to be special ordered...its a stock Jeep, not a Porsche, never had to order tires in the 4 years Ive owned it.

Wont answer their phones and I even went in person and I stood in line for 10 minutes and never got waited on.

Hit a piece of metal, and got a flat. I called 10 minutes before I got there. They took care of me in less than an hour, and they were crazy busy. Working overtime. I had been told a long time ago never to go there by another garage, but the staff and their service were exemplary today. I recommend them.

These guys at this particular Walmart seem to do a more thorough job and Ive had good luck with them. I prefer this tire center over the other WM locations! Efficient, knowledgeable staff on hand! At least this has been my experience.

Awesome place

Got an oil change for my Jeep. They broke a sensor that was no where near the area they were working. Got my replacement part and they took forever and a day walking around the store to get me my refund.

I had a flat from the sidewall being punctured on one of my tires, they fully refunded me and gave me a new tire without hesitation! Purchase the $10 warranty on the tires!!! Service was awesome and the girl working was super nice. I’ll be back Uniontown Wal Mart

Ordered tires on! They was promtly delivered. Other than me not having the order confirmation. And the sales rep. / Deptatment Manager had to work alittle mojo. It was a very pleasant experience. She was a Complete Savior!!!!!

Gotta give it a five star because there was a women. There who says she was there for 2 hours mind you Walmart times how long you been there so this woman sits down on the counter and I say who shyt in her Wheaties. And she says looking at my wife bye. Lol like who the fk are you lady. LMAO the people of walmart I swear.

Ive never had slower service in my life. I only needed one tire mounted and my car was in the garage for over two and a half hours and then when it was finally done I had to wait another 45 minutes for the paper work just so I could pay and get the hell out of that godawful establishment.

Decent service, staff were friendly and prices for simple tire repair reasonable.

Was third person in line and was there 30 mins before they opened. Still took over 5 hours to get 2 tires put on. It only takes 20 mins to change a tire. Mgmt needs to clean this up or maybe mgmt is the problem.

Wouldnt even leave a star if I could. Worst experience ever in a tire shop, incapable of removing the lug nuts, claiming it broke their socket, even though my boyfriend removed them by hand to change in a spare.

Very slow what ever your quote is expect to pay $100.00 more.
