Scheduled to get an inspection a few days ago for 9am today. Drove 30 minutes on a workday and arrived at the scheduled time and was informed there that the person was not there to inspect cars today. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. A phone call would have been nice so I could have avoided driving 1 hour round trip for no reason! Take off part of a workday and wasted my time and money for no reason.

They charged me $550 to cut my brake lines and cause me to spend money with another mechanic. Took two weeks total to repair all the things they messed up. And they had the nerve to try and blame me! I wish I didn’t even have to give a star because this place is TERRIBLE! I’m telling everyone I know not to go here.

I cannot tell you how much I loved this shop, I had a flat tire an they got me in as soon as possible. They were super friendly and really did everything to make sure their customers were safe driving away. I live about an hour away and would travel out just so they could work on my car. 1000/10 experience!!

This place treats you well. Even when they’re busy, they always have smiles and are truly no nonsense when it comes to your car. Each person we’ve had to deal with further improves upon an already great experience and I’d rather go here for my car needs than anywhere else, just for the personable experience and pleasant handling.Bill, especially, had a great way with his customers. I’ve never had a problem or heard an off-color comment from him and several times have seen the care and respect he treats other customers with. He’s an exceptional employee and truly an asset to the company.

I am more shocked than disappointed. I was running errands and my oul life alert came on. Pulled into Monroe and asked if I cL the mechanics were just standing around while three were running remote cars in the parking lot. I was told they could do it later in the day. WHAT!!!!! I told them I would go elsewhere since they were so busy. Took my car to another business 3 minutes away and had oil changed in 15 minutes. Would NEVER recommend.

Super helpful, came in for a truck prepurchase inspection. Three techs put the truck on the lift, removed the wheels, breaks and checked frame and basic functions in 10 minutes and saved me a $800 future bill. Awesome!

These guys are the best I took my car here to get my new rims put on but I didnt have the right lugs for it they went far and beyond they called the advance auto to see if they had the correct lugs they even drove me to advance to get them i would recommend theyre service to anyone very polite and helpful and friendly Ill be glad to do more business with them

These guys are great. I went in for tires and brakes. The manager, Bob was great. I appreciate the honesty and respect I received and the time they took to explain things to me. I would definitely come back to this store. Unlike other stores I have been to, he explained things to me instead if trying to scare me. He informed me of some other things that will require work and I will definitely be back to them for the work. Bill was the tech who worked on my car. He was polite and courteous and had the job done without a long wait.

An item that I always put off is my state inspection, or rather anything related to car maintenance. The manager Bob made me feel so comfortable and was so kind. He was able to get me in for an inspection the very next day. I had such a great experience there that I actually didnt mind having to get my state inspection done. They were quick and efficient. Solid service, stand up people. Had a couple things done there. Brought my Challenger there looking to get my tires changed and they were honest with me. Their tire machine is kind of old and fine for most wheels, but they could tell I was very particular about my car and didnt want to take any chances that they might put and tiny scratches on the wheels. I appreciated the honesty. For that reason, Ive been back since for service I might have otherwise had done elsewhere.

I went here a few months ago for an alignment. I was told the control arms were bad and both needed changed immediately. I didnt have the work done but took a quote to my local garage and inspection of the control arms. I was advised that the left was bad but the right one fine and didnt need changed immediately. Places like this are always finding something else that needs done (but doesnt necessary need immediate attention) . Then they try to make themselves look good by adding promotions and discounts to lower the cost of service (like they are doing you a favor)! The work that needed done I got at half the cost. Also, when I left I noticed later that day that my airbag light was going on and off. Now I can’t prove this but I wouldn’t be surprised if they had done something. I was referred here by a co worker and this was my second visit. They have lost my business after my second visit. I will be getting alignments done elsewhere.

Manager and staff were extremely professional and honest. Got in and out in a timely manner. They let me know what I needed and knew what they were talking about with my car as well as with another customer. Service and kindness deserve to be noticed. Thanks again, guys. I’ll be back.

Took my car in at 12:30 for a 1:00 appointment for 4 tires and left. Came back at 4... they hadnt even pulled my car in yet. Assistant manager said they would try to have it done in 45 min or first thing next morning if I wanted to leave but they still had to do tires and an alignment check which I clearly stated they did not have to do as I did not want an alignment. Had wife drive 18 miles one way to come get me as I thought they would never be able to do all this in 45 minutes... its been over 4 hours now with nothing done. Meanwhile, assistant manager tried to tell me that the weights from the wheels when the last tires were purchased definitely threw my car out of alignment. Not a mechanic but pretty sure the weights from a balanced tire dont mess up your alignment. felt he was fishing for more profit. Wife came down and they pulled the car out as soon as she got there about a half hour later and then told me they didnt have to do the alignment check. poor communication all around. Going elsewhere for tires next time

I came in as a walk in with warped rotors and no brakes on the rear of my car. Not only did the gentleman that work here take great care of my car, but when my small (neglected by me) brakes and rotor issue turned into a special circumstance- they put my safety and time issue before their bottom dollar. This was my first visit here, and they have earned my business and loyalty for a lifetime.

These dudes are absolutely beast. They kick heavy butt at getting things done in a timely manner and when they do things they do them right. Honestly wish yall would quit playing around and go to these guys with your car issues. I had a date and my brakes went bad. Under 1.5 hours later brakes were fixed and my wonderful date and I were back to cruising. Again, you guys are the best. Keep doing what youre doing.

As I was making the journey from Colorado to Washington, DC via Cincinnati, I had to make an immediate stop for car service and the closest facility was the Monro in Uniontown, PA. The guys at the shop were incredibly kind and sympathetic to me as we realized my car needed in-depth repairs. Not only were they kind to me but they also showered my 11-year-old dog with affection on a particularly hot 90 degree day. They treated Carl(my dog) and I with respect and they offered nothing but kind words to me as we realized the severity of my car problems. I cannot recommend these guys enough for their A+ customer service and I hope that anyone traveling through Western Pennsylvania seeks out these guys. Bob Miller, the Manager, was exceptionally kind and he and his staff made my terrible-no-good-very-bad-day a little more bearable. THANK YOU BOB!

Great service really fast this place has done a complete 180 in service and customer relations in the past 2 years!!!! Tired of sitting and waiting for hours at Walmart?? Me too!!!! Go to Monroe you wont be sorry I promise!!! Better than anyone else in the businesses hands down!!!!! Sign says no wait oil changes waited 15 mins then got told they cannot do an oil change at all as they have 1 guy. I wouldnt mind waiting but got told he couldnt help me at all. Change your sign if you cant accommodate the customer.i also removed my 5 star review. Sorry Bob you were amazing but this was not cool.

I called after having to have my dead battery jumped, bought the the golden goose of batteries from auto zone and called the guys at Monro with no notice they did not skip a beat. They said come over now. My battery was in a really stupid spot (thanks ford!) they had it done in no time. So professional and kind! Can’t say enough good things! I had to have four new tires put on my vehicle and had to do it during my lunch break. The guys got me in immediately, explained the coverage on the tires and sent me on my way back to work. Will Not be returning!! I use to bring my vehicles there all the time. The guys there took care of you, and knew what they were doing/talking about. I went there for the Last time 2 weeks ago, and will NEVER go back! What in God’s name was you thinking when you hired that new guy Bob?? I was there maybe an hour, and that man had to of went outside atleast 20 times to smoke, and I’m not even kidding!! Then when the mechanics were finished with my car, he didn’t know what the hell to do! So I had to wait until the 1 gentleman, was finished in the garage to be checked out. And talk about being unprofessional, the way he was speaking to that boy in front of all the customers was Awful!!! That man is Very Unprofessional & has a bad attitude & he’s very vulgar. I’m Sorry Monro, but until that guy Bob is gone, My family and I will go elsewhere.

I recently took my car in for an alignment I was told that my one motor/tranny mount was bad... and thats what was causing my car to pull to the right and eat tires...well they of course were more than willing to call me with a price quote and how much it would run me ....long story short I took it into my regular mechanic who said there absolutely nothing wrong with my car and all it needed was alignment....I basically feel as if because I was a female and went in there alone they tried to make a profit....shame on you!......follow up Kim youre full of it I called you never returned the calls
