We visited Mattress Warehouse today, going in we hadnt decided wether we where going to purchase or just look around. After speaking with Lea it didnt take long for us to make our purchase, she was very professional, not pushy, answered all our questions without hesitation. We where also satisfied with the price and of course the warranty. You will not find a warranty like this at other store. Absolutely would recommend Mattress Warehouse.

Lea was awesome. There was never no pressure in buying a mattress. She let us take are time in deciding on what we wanted and answered any questions or concerns we had. Cant wait till our new mattress is here.

We went here to look for a new mattress and it was the first place we went. Afterwards we stopped at a few other places but none of them matched the customer experience or the prices. We went back to mattress warehouse and Lea, the store manager was able to set us up with the perfect one! She was helpful, quick, and very pleasant to work with and we are so happy with our purchase!!

This was by far the best furniture purchasing experience ever. Fantastic customer service. Shout out to Tenya. He took the time to go over exactly what our needs were and the best bedding to accomplish what we were looking for. And I get it delivered tomorrow. If youre looking for bedding, this is the place.

Allison was amazing. She really knows the product and was able to help find the perfect bed!! Leah was also fabulous. She was extremely knowledgeable. She has impressed my boyfriend by moving furniture while Allison helped us finalize our purchase. Before we left she asked a few questions to see if we had made the right decision. And thanks to the help from Allison the two mattresses we liked the most were on the list. They both made mattress shopping a pleasure. Keep up the good work ladies!!!

I rarely leave reviews but the service here was abnormally awesome. They made the whole process of finding and purchasing a mattress easy and stress free.This is a stark contrast to mattress firm down the road from there (I believe these stores are not related in any way other than they both sell mattresses). I went to mattress firm and they had me lay on a stained mattress that smelled like smoke. As familiar as I am with a situation like this, its not preferable.To summarize, I would say mattress firm is not your best bet. Mattress WAREHOUSE, on the other hand, was great.

I made the most pleasant purchase I’ve ever made. Tenya was helpful sincere and best of of made it easy and pleasant to buy. Bought a mattress for my daughter and will be back to see him to buy a new mattress for us soon.

Amazing selection, fantastic options. Absolutely terrible wait time. 1 employee in store, no ability to help multiple people. Waited more than an hour due to lack of employees. Tenya was by far the most helpful associate I have ever had the pleasure of working with. 100% the best part of my expetience.

Lea was amazing! She helped us find what we needed and worked with us on pricing. We went to a couple other places including mattress firm and it was a waste of time. The guy at mattress firm wasn’t knowledgeable and had to look things up on his computer. Also, they didn’t have the types of mattresses we were looking for in the store. Leah was a pleasure to work with and very personable! I highly recommend her and this store if your thinking of purchasing a mattress! ❤️
