I bought a 6 pack of Yuengling beer from J&D Beer Distributor . While driving home, the beer fell over in the back of my car .Three of the caps werent sealed properly and there was only an inch or two of beer left in the three bottles causing my car to stink.I have been a customer of J&D for several years .The next day I took what was left of the 6 pack back to the distributor and kindly asked for a replacement . As I was explaining to the girl at the register about the beer causing my new car to smell bad, an arrogant young man interrupted and told me bluntly that there are no returns on beer and that I would have to contact Yuengling for a replacement .I know that it would be no problem for him to ask the Yuengling salesman for credit, but the arrogant man apparently doesnt care about pleasing his customers . I told him that I no longer would purchase my beer from him and left for the last time .I would have given no stars, but I couldnt post it without at least one star!
