The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They take their time to find the right comfort level when it comes to pistols.

Ive bought almost all my firearms there. The knowledge they have in their field is second to none in this area. Any person who has dealt with the Clerk at a chain store, who gives you an empty stare when asked a question will appreciate these guys.

My female friend and I- also female- walked in to purchase new firearms today. We didnt even get to the back counter when one of the employees became hostile and asked What can we help you with, anyway? In the most unwelcoming manner. My friend and I looked at each other, surprised by his attitude with us. We told him we were looking for hand guns. He looked skeptical and shifty to his coworker and doubtfully said I can *try* to help youVery unwelcoming behavior. Felt as if we were being profiled because there was nothing about us that would warrant the lack of professionalism. Spoke down to us and acted like it would be a hassle to sell us a gun- we already knew what we were getting, so it wouldnt even be that much work....Shame. Looked as if there was a nice selection from halfway away. So we just said we needed to move the car and left.

Great place for guns, scout uniforms, oddball keys or lock rekeying. I bought multiple locking entry sets(doorknobs) and they keyed them alike for free. They cost slightly more than the big box store but the quality and finish was much better.

I just want to say that me and a friend was racially profile there today we were asked if we were married then was giving a hard time about with the retailer saying i was purchasing a gun for my friend because we were talking about the guns in there store then he gave me to many excuses of why he would not sell me a gun even though I had all my credentials overall the retailer was very judgmental and he profiled us so tell will not be getting my money also they sold my friend bullets for a different caliber weapon 1star

The staff at Ross Brothers is very knowledgeable of firearms. They helped me decide against adding a dovetail red dot mount to my S&W. They have a lot of sporting rifle accessories. They also sell cub and boy scout uniforms, which was great for my Eagle Scout son. And my father in law is supposed to check them out for refelting his pool table. A true gem in Uniontown.

Busy Saturday morning, not a single employee or customer or a mask. If I wanted to get covid, Id go over to the hospital and lick door knobs. Didnt have the scout stuff I needed either, nobody spoke to me, probably because I was wearing a mask.

I have bought 6 of my guns from Jimmy and his dad they are very good at what they do. Very trustworthy and they dont try and make u buy just a name they will tell u if the gun is good or not...

Thank God for these guys! Locked my keys in car. Jim arrived very soon after calling, and had it opened within minutes. I also had an issue with the key and badly needed new ones cut. The papers for my car model listed the incorrect key, and made it a bit of a challenge. Jim figured it out and got me 3 new keys made. Prices were great too! Highly recommend going to them!

I absolutely love this store. The guys are very friendly, and insanely knowledgeable, especially the youngest Jim. There prices on firearms are fantastic, everything they sell is obviously inspected and well taken care of. Always a pleasure going there!

Needed a transponder key made, I went to two other places first, one of them screwed up a key then sent me away, the other was simply unable to make a transponder key for my specific vehicle.
