Clean, excellent service, excellent inventory of all western clothing, all sizes, his/hers/childrens/and some really adorable toys too! The selection of boots...amazing! And the staff are extremely helpful without being in your face, excellent experience! Went in for boots, left with 2 complete outfits!!! LOVE IT!

I was a nice experience for the first time there but there prices were a little higher than I expected. The employees were amazing.

I just found out about this place and felt like I stumbled upon a hidden gem. They had a nice selection of clothes, boots (super cute), hats, and accessories. I didnt purchase anything this trip so I cant attest to the return policy, but I thought their prices were pretty typical (especially in terms of the boots). The employees were super friendly. Will return when I need a new pair of boots for sure!

Nice selection. Prices were high tho. Employee come up to me and took my stuff and took it to the checkout. I only had a pair of kids boots my daughter wasnt 100% sure if she wanted or not and a pair of socks. So not like it was too much to carry. Plus I try to stay away from people because of covid being I have a severe lung condition and it will kill me. So I did not appreciate that at all. Checkout took a long time person moved in slow motion and we were the only people in line. Ill just stick to other stores or ordering online.

Awesome merchandise, definitely expensive though. I was mislead with the credit card program and theres no auto pay set up. But if you make it a priority to make your payments on time theres some awesome savings.

This place was very very pricey with their jewelry .. when I had pick up a bracelet the center piece came off! 16-something! Other accessories were the same price and up... Disappointed ☹️

Nice people great selection

Horrible customer service and very shady return and refund process. They received our boots for a refund inspection on November 17th and have gone radio silent. Im in contact with the company who produces the boots who have stated boot barn is required to honor their same warranties. Hoping it can be resolved soon as this has been an ongoing battle since September. I will never purchase from bootbarn again.
