Visited this location with my aunt recently. Given that this is the only department store left in the mall, its doing pretty good. Wasnt very busy but hopefully they are able to stay in business.

Decent selection of merchandise. Prices are fairly reasonable.

Hard to believe the financial struggle facing this giant brand that severed communities my entire 64 years. I wish them continued success.Best retailer for Mens Big Size. No other retailer come close to the selection and price. All needs/accessories are available--belts pants, dress and casual shirts PJS, suits--everything, designer or store brand. Quality and price--try/shop them before your next DXL visit. Nothing against DXL...if Pennys dont have it or a substitute...DXL!

Everything in store was jammed on racks with clearance signs. No selection of dresses for nice affairs. Its not the Penneys I would usually find something.

I really like JCPennys in Uniontown Mall. I always find what I want.

It was easy to find what I was looking for, very convenient. That have a great solection too.

Not a fan store layout is horrible.

Would not give me the 30 percent discount without digital code. I simply went home and purchased on line and got the discount. No wonder brick and mortar stores are closing.

Cashiers indifferent, stopped handing out coupons before I got thereAsked they said they were earlier.

I love this place. They have great items and good sales always going on. The employees are very helpful and the one manager there was really great last time I was there.

Daughter and I went shopping and the power went out. Associate took our name and phone number and said they will hold the items for us. Went back the next day only to find that they put everything back. She never said that we needed to pick up by a certain time. No said the were sorry or not helpful in any way. Thinking twice about shopping there again

The quality of work thats done by the obviously inexperienced stylist in the salon is not worth the price. The Sephora girls were rude everytime I was there. Everything is overpriced, I can get it cheaper online. I have no reason to go there now and Im really disappointed. The whole store is a waste for me.

I love JCPenneys they have so much to choose from and Im always happy when I leave. Can always get deals if you want and know how to. Also I get coupons to my email which allows me to save even more. I LOVE JCPENNEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And best up there thats always so helpful polite and knowledgeable is Bree and shes always happy to and willing to help with whatever your need is while your there shopping!!!!!

Theres a few sales going on right now, but not too much. Also there are items wrongly marked! Things marked with a sale price but in the VERY small print says, starting price. VERY TRICKY JCPENNEYS!!

Good selection but a bit on the expensive side. This store is always clean and well lighted. The staff are friendly and helpful. Honestly, the prices are the only draw back for me. Ill continue to buy my jeans at Walmart. Dress shirts and ties are JCPenney.

The store itself is very nice with great 4 sale items. Brand names and very reasonable prices. The only reason I didnt give this store a 5star is because of the mall that it is located in.J.C.Pennys is just too nice of a store to be located at this mall. If you like JC Penney stores.Drop on in.Im sure you will go home happy.

Store is always nice and clean, associates usually do their thing by asking if you need assistance, but thats what there told to do as well as persuade you to sign up for the company charge card. Theres now a Sephora counter along with the salon, where you will find the large, modern comfort facilities.

This one is lacking inventory almost like it is going out of business but everything was on sale it seemed like and we found what we came for. Almost all these brick and mortar stores look this way due to everyone now shopping online so its nothing I hold against the company at all. I will continue to shop here til its shut down which Im sure will happen sooner rather than later which upsets me alot since Ive always loved shopping here even as a kid.

Expensive and I tried calling for hours and recording did not work. Very annoying.

This store, unlike the Morgantown one, actually has a decent selection of Big & Tall clothes. And better yet good sales on them too. I was able to get shirts that I had never seen stocked in my local JCPenney.

I have had nothing but horrible experiences in this jcpenney. The workers have no clue about anything and corporate is even more clueless. If I could give them zero stars i would!!

J C Penney is the only business keeping the Uniontown Mall here. They do have some very nice stuff.

Customer service is great. Inventory is thin. Quality products and great prices.

Im just not a big shopper at this store.. May well be great for a different crowd..

This place was a joke, the building looked run down and out dated, parking lot was flooded. Ended up stopping at walmart instead, jcpennys wanted $30 for a pack of 3 hanes tshirts, walmart had a bonus pack of 7 for almost half the price.

Havent really spent THAT much time in here, but the times I have spent the store has always been clean. I love the inside joke between the workers with the rubber chicken.

Penneys has never changed. I dont know who their clothing buyers are, but their selection of clothes has never been the greatest in my opinion.

Prices are a bit high considering their clothes are Walmart quality and I found their new arrival shorts/summer clothes at Gabes. 20$+ at Penneys, 5.99$ at Gabes...

Uniontowns store has stopped carrying a lot of variety of clothing. The only good thing is that they put a Sephora in it. Though when I went in looking for mascara they were out and the girl had no idea when they were restocking. If your working in Sephora you should be able to know how to wear make-up also.

The clerk was very rude and disrespectful when asked about the coupon that was being offered. There were none at the counter

They have very great product selection but theyre very expensive unless you have a JCPenney credit card like I do. Still, even with that its still a little pricey.

Better clothes and nicer atmosphere than Walmart. Always short staffed as to be expected in the world of Walmart & Amazon but always helpful and friendly.
