Love this coffee. I just cant make a mocha like they can. Grasshopper is delicious in white chocolate. But on request they will make a dark chocolate if you need that kind. Hot or cold...delish😋!

Prices are reasonable. bees are out of control though, scary at the window.

Normally I love the drinks from here. Today mine and my husband’s cream was sour😬. We couldn’t return them as we had to hurry to our next stop.*The following day the drinks were replaced and they were perfect. Thank you!!

Attn Owners & Managers of this location. I love this store. Your employees are sweet and engaging, great customer service. And I love your coffee. Usually. However, as of late (3-4 months) the quality control has suffered. I order only 2 different drinks. Your servers know me. It feels like home. But lately, when I drive away, I cant be sure until I take the first sip if I got a good cup of coffee or not. And today, and between 30-50% of the time, I did not. My usual was not good. It was not hot. It was not sweet. But was luke warm and bitter. Nasty, actually. I have thrown it out on more occassions lately than I would like to admit because I am wasting my money. Again, I do love your store, love your servers, and began my daily morning routine with your coffee because I love your coffee. But consistency. Not there lately. Makes me sad.

This place is awesome! Great service and amazing drinks!!! I got the “Ripper” and it was one of the best coffee drinks I’ve ever had- salted caramel and white chocolate! My son had a strawberry smoothie and won’t let go of it 😁Please open one of these on the West side of San Antonio!!! ❤️❤️❤️

If you havent already gone here for a drink, what are you waiting for? Everything Ive had here from an iced vanilla latte to their Sandlot (try it and thank me later) has been so ridiculously good! Prices are comparable to Starbucks but with a much more casual, friendly feel to it.

My favorite little coffee shop. Small menu but has something for everyone and you can get any drink blended, iced or hot. The staff at any location has always been upbeat and happy, they all appear to love their jobs which keeps me coming back!

My go to coffee joint. Better then starbucks.Very simplistic menu, slightly cheaper than starbucks, and very quick.

Stop by there for the first time today the person outside was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu recommended this drink called the six shooter I ordered it and it was phenomenal!

Nice menu, polite but there is something missing. The combo drinks dont taste like they are coffee based. Or are very weak. Pricing like Starbucks. Seems like they can take care of the line better than Starbucks which it the plus. Another is locally owned.

Always fast great service. If the line starts to get long they will come out and take your order. Always better than Starbucks and the workers always use a huge smile.

Not the best on experience ordered a coffee with light ice and they didnt fill the cup up and wanted to charge me another dollar to fill up the cup. Not going to return

I always look forward to my stops at On The Grind, everybody is always so friendly! The employees look like they are enjoying themselves and they do a great job of keeping the line moving.

Cannot say enough about this little operation. All the young ladies working there are consistently super-friendly and efficient. The coffee is outstanding and the price point reasonable vs. a lot of the competition that has lower-quality product. We have become regulars. Great job, team!

Prices are great, service is nice and fast and best of all coffee is delicious! Got the Hawaiian this time around, its nutty and sweet and overall my new favorite drink! Not sure if its my phone but when I tried looking up the menu online it was a little blurry so heres a pic. Tried taking it from the car so it might be even worse! Lol.

I am a manager of a coffeehouse and a serious coffee lover. I dont have it so I take my coffee and customer service very seriously. My coffee this morning was delicious and Emily who helped was working so hard all by herself and so friendly. I dont live in the area anymore but my family does. I will definitely be by again and hope Emily is there to serve me.

First tried on the grind in New Braunfels.Still very good at this location. I think its better than starbucks. Have not had their smoothies but Im sure they are good. We love to get the carmelo iced!

We stop by every weekend when heading out. Convenient and great tasting. Reward card for each drink earns you a free drink.

Super fast, super nice, super good, open super early. No need for anything else. Also has a 2 way drive through which is super handy.

Usually order a medium iced coffee and it comes filled with tons of ice. You finish the coffee in 3-4 sips.... so this time I got “light” ice on it, & get this? Any other place you get light ice, they still fill it to the top and don’t short you...

Got to try the Mexican Mocha its the greatest!

Normally I love this location and the people there. However today whoever made my drink did NOT know how to make an Italian cream soda! I get the same drink every time and today it was horrible. Never had this problem before. Maybe the person was new or distracted, but when I tried to call to see if I could bring it back to replace NOBODY answered the phone!! Very disappointed today.Update: drove back thru with the drink and advised of the problem... they remade my drink and were extremely nice about it.

Was pleasantly surprised on the quality of the coffee. Fast, friendly, and delicious. Normally, I have a special order code at the big chain store but they had one I could readily order easily, The Big Tex. Loved it.

Like this place but they keep leaving out 1 out 3 ingredients in my hazelnut americano.

The speed of this place is amazing. They are quick if you’re trying to get some coffee on the go definitely more efficient than a Starbucks. I tried there caramelo and it takes great. A bit on the sweet spectrum but not overpowering. I could see this as a morning routine.

Flavor stays the same from beginning to end not like the other place that ends up all sweet at the end. Plenty of flavor choices to keep you happy. If there is a line just wait, theyre plenty fast and move cars through pretty quickly. If you havent tried it yet dont wait any longer.

I cannot recommend this place to anybody. Im a regular at this location and have probably spent close to $100 or more. They give you a card that says buy 10 coffees get one free and they stamp it. Every single time I buy my tenth coffee and want my free one they insist that I have to come back again for it. Whats the point of driving off and coming back again if Im planning on coming back again to get a new card and a new stamp anyways? It doesnt state that anywhere on your card and your attempt to get people to come back has actually caused you to lose a customer. Im going back to Starbucks until I find a better place to frequent.

Really love this place. Good coffee, loyalty program you dont have to go through hassle to sign up for, just a stamp card where you get a free drink after collecting the stamps. Every coffee drink regularly offered on their menu has a sugar free syrup option, so they offer far more choices than usual for folks who need sugar free. Staff is super friendly. Zero complaints (other than wishing it was closer to my house so I could go every day :)
