The worst customer service.No one on the floor, called the store phone for assistance and was told to use self checkout. I wasn’t ready to check out, I needed assistance in finding an item. Won’t be back. Absolutely terrible. The two females hiding in the office up front gossiping about work and co workers should be terminated.

The worst store ever. The store manager Gina is terrible. Shes very unprofessional & always has an attitude or a snotty tone while speaking with customers including myself. The store is constantly in shambles with boxes all over the place, pieces of trash throughout the store, and the state behind the counter is always dirty and gross. At one point about 1-2 weeks ago the back of the store around the pharmacy, the restrooms, the back storage room, & the area where they give the covid vaccines reeked of rotten milk which was absolutely disgusting. If I could give a negative star review I most definitely would.

POOR MANAGEMENT!!!! I tried to get a job at this rinky dinky pharmacy because I just moved here from Colorado few weeks ago I passed my assessment and everything and was supposed to get an offer letter but gotta call from an unprofessional hiring manager saying they moving to other candidates...this is pain and suffering and wish other people to never consider working here and find something else. Sorry excuse for management and poor communication skills is unprofessional and not impressive at all for me just moving to Texas.

The customer service at this location is horrible! They consistently say they have not received refills from Dr. when they have submitted it multiple times. It has happened with more than just one Dr. office so the problem seems to be the pharmacy. I received a text from CVS that a prescription my Dr. submitted for refill multiple times was ready. When I went to pick it up they said they did not have it (after they texted me to say it was ready!) Very unprofessional and disorganized!Unfortunately I can only use CVS for my perscriptions with my insurance.

Just tried to go to cvs because I am sick and needed to get some medicine. Says they would be open at 7am. They were not. since Walmart is open still got my medicine, just didn’t want to have to drive all the way to Walmart when cvs is right down the road. If you’re scheduled to be open at a specific time be there. No excuse. You’re running a store.

Right now I’m on hold for almost an hour from my job site where I work for a doctor I been holding to see what’s going on with a patients medicine. Right now they pick up and put me on hold I counted 6 times I called at 430 it’s 5:19pm. Finally someone pick up her name is Morgan.... as healthcare provider or any healthcare professional it’s in your head when someone calls pick up and politely ask them to hold then just clicking the hold button with out saying anything I see why customers have rated them a 2.6 poor customer service and also poor staffing Hope this changes soon 👍🏾🙏🏾

The young girl at the pharmacy drive thru always makes me feel life she has something better to do!! Throws my things in the basket and says, have a good one, and walks away whats a good one? No courtesy. And the window is Filthy please clean it! I wonder where my medicine is coming from, not a good 1st impression. After a few years of this, time to move on.

Spoke to Keith who identified himself as the Pharmacist. CVS is big on being your local PHARMACY regardless of who you are and your location. They say we are here for YOU!!!! When I asked Keith about a specific brand of drug and would their pharmacy be able to order it in for me, his response, its not in my job description!! Hey Keith, thanks for being my neighborhood pharmacist. Keith must have a JOB, no desire to be a pharmacist as a career path and no desire to support the mission of CVS. With that being said, Im quite happy to go to SAMS, WALMART, HEB, WALGREENS AND ANY OTHER PHARMACIES for prescription needs. I didnt want to use CVS as a whole before this experience but definitely not after this one.

Does not answer the phone! I called and was on the line on hold for 30:34 minutes while driving. I pulled up, walked inside, still on the line with the call, and no one was on the phone! They were all just sitting around like not a care in the world. And guess what, my prescription was not ready and they were rude about it too🙁.

I get text messages my prescription is ready. My spouse comes to get it & they say no it’s not. I return following day & find out that they say it’s expired & can’t be refilled. I tell them I’d spoken to Dr a week ago & they sent new refill in. Plus I’d gotten 4 text messages it was ready. They look on my profile & say oh yes we see the new order. You’ll have to come back(3rd time) to get it(as she’s holding it in her hand). I even had a message I had until the 10th to pick up!!!!! Now more time & gas to come get a prescription that was ready 5 days ago!!!! So frustrating!!!!

The last 4 times Ive gone to pick up my prescription it hasnt been ready when they said it would be. When its auto filled its not even ready the same day. Staff isnt very friendly either.

Theres a technician Cara that usually answers the pharmacy window. This is NOT the person you want helping you get your items. On several occasions she has been rude and argumentative with me and my wife. She definitely needs some coaching/training on her attitude, demeanor and people skills or find another line of work.

2 hour wait for shingle shot. Pharmacy did not have any other person a head of me. They all were not friendly at all. I went there for flu vacs in Oct and I felt I was an imposing in the pharmacist. Wont go back.

Can I give this place a negative star? I walk in literally 1 minute to close. I get it it...they close at 10 and I walk in at 9:59 to get something I ordered and had to pick up. Bald guy meets me at the door and says “sorry, store just closed”. Pulls out his phone and the time clicks to 10 o’clock. Whatever happened to customer service? Like I said, I understand I walked in right at closing. Back in my day, if they were in the store you helped them. I don’t know...the future sucks for my kids I guess.

This rating is for the pharmacy.. Stephanie and Michael were the worst ones... First off stephanie said my doctor didnt send my prescription as well as Michael stated the same thing and yet I finally saw my name in the bin and it was there the whole time .... definitely need to hire ppl with more experience

The pharmacy seems to always be bothered by their customers. Never friendly, always grumpy. The last straw for us... the doctor specifically wrote on the prescription to flavor the antibiotic for my young son, once we realized the error we requested a correction. We were charged an additional $3 for having to remake it becasue they had to start from scratch. I wasnt even in the mood to argue we just wanted to get our sick son home to rest. They have lost my business, HEB and Walmart are right down the road.

Zero stars goes to this rude pharmacy... Dont go through the drive through with coupons for your meds because they wont use them! They told me I needed to come in very rudely. This is not the first time Ive had problems with this ghetto pharmacy! I will never go back...

I was in the store to buy a nebulizer for my mother. The pharmacist said they didnt have any nebulizer equipment in the store. The CVS website says they carry it.Then I went to the womens restroom. It was filthy, stinky and had no toilet paper. The entire store was dirty. I will never go back to this store again when there are so many other drug stores around.

Went to pickup RX...CVS called twice. When I got there they could not find it. Today received another call and called back. They had it under a new name. Couldnt explain why I had 2 profiles. Very rude when I asked when it would be ready. FRUSTRATING....
