I would give them zero if I could. I simply asked if they had Edge Booster edge control and the person who works there who is supposed to help yelled at me for asking if they had it. Also I just simply asked them the difference between Edge Booster Pomade and edge control and the guy asked me to leave the store. I will not be back I’ll go to Kings Beauty gladly 🤗.

Majority of their items have no prices on them and there is no one walking around to assist. I had to take items to the checkout for prices. When I asked why no tags on most items, the answer was the items sell fast. There is a such thing as putting the price on the shelf or bar where clothes and accessories hang. I hate not knowing prices while looking. Neat store, its not dirty so thats a good thing.

All the Hollywood Beauty supply stores arent the most Friendliest to AA women imho...We spend so much money there, they dont greet us when we come in etc...they come off as arrogant, I will never shop at any of those stores again. Period🗣️

Large selection organized and friendly

Purchased hair bundles for braiding and hair gel. The package of hair bundles had NO price sticker on them. The hair gel had a price affixed of $3.19, but at the register the man behind the counter, who was not African-American said that price was incorrect and the correct price was $3.79. I told him that was his error and he should charge the price listed on the product. He did not. And he did not apologize for his error. This shop is located in a predominately African American area of St. Louis County and the products are essential for the upkeep of our hair and beauty culture. Many of these shops have closed due to the Coronavirus pandemic and its effect on the economy.

Ive been to all the locations of Hollywood beauty, theyre all good but once I came to the U city location I made it my main store. I love them and there attitude they are always happy very nice and always wanna help. I couldnt find what I was looking for and was walking out and a gentlemen named Moby grabbed me before I walked out and helped me and I really do appreciate it thank you guys for everything ☺️

A nice place to run in for hair product. The parking is a little bit tight. I backed in so you can get out better. There is parking a little on the side. Be aware of when you pull out, has a small dip.

I was visiting from out of town. A family member liked the store so I went. There was 3 gentleman working and I was extremely disappointed at their lack of help. I didnt know where anything was, it was my first time! Next time, I will choose a DIFFERENT location!

I wouldn’t of even given this store or location 1 star except i had to choose a star to leave a review. This worker in the store was extremely rude racist and sexist. I was giving him the best description that I knew. He basically brushed me off with the ‘look in aisle so and so’ and i asked if he could show me. This is one of the closes beauty supply chain to my home. I was there on Friday December 23rd around 11:30am. I was approached 20minutes later,telling me that the store closes from 12-1pm so everyone can go to lunch? Since I was being rushed, I decided to leave. Everyone that approached me was nice,Im just trying to understand how a chain store such as this one does This?

Horrible customer service I go to the olive location all the time and today received the worse customer service ever. Was accused of stealing and the young guy tried to check my purse and I told him he can call the police because he wasnt about to go through my purse. He tried to snatch the merchandise that we purchased and called us out our names.... I believe that it is a right and wrong way to handle situations and he went too far.... I will definitely start going back to Prince the Customer service is excellent I rather pay more for quality service...
