Holy moly. This was the nicest and biggest DT Ive ever been in. Why cant we have nice things like this in the city. Our DT of always trashed and never has anything. The Olivette location was clean, organized and stocked beautifully. Will be back!

6.2020 so Understandably they are low staffed and low stocked. Only a few people in at a time and the hours are shortened. The craft section was expanded- glad to see, but the poster board I was looking for was out of stock except for a couple of pieces Ill use for Bday Car Parade. Happy to have $tree as a choice. #covid19

For it to had been Thanksgiving store was immaculate! Supervisor and store manager both always give great customer service and very friendly. I drive past two other store just to go to this one.

The store manager had a bad attitude and told me and my husband can shop somewhere else.....thats sad!!! It was one check out lane and we counted it was 16 ppl in line....sad!!! And it was 4 employee s doing balloons and one of those was the manager and she told us to wait .....so sad!!! Never going back

Dull environment only one friendly staff member working. Every body else seem to hate being there and the store opened later than advertised on the website. Also they sold. Another customer a leaky soap bottle. Needs lots of improvement.

I think that you should know that you can not take the carts out before you shop.

They`re phenomenalism shows... btw, they close at 9p central time. Go when theyre open.📦🎼☮️ Went tonite and shopped with absolutely some of the coolest people in this University City, across the street~ish from a great kind of place that sells amazing tickets to all kinds of events [(LoL, true!)].

It was organized, had what I needed, friendly cashier.

Found exactly what I wanted..originally purchased it at another dollar tree they ran out or shipped them to this location..whatever the case I found them and I am happy!!

I wish they had enough people to actually clean and stock the shelves. Just chaos every time I come here.

The cashier was extremely nice how she explained the policy and told me I could get exchange my products for anything in the store. I went to return my big gift bags for some small gift bags but they did not have the size I was looking for. So the cashier was so kind and said we do not refund you back but you can exchange these products with anything in the store. It does not have to be the same type of item.I was well pleased to exchange my bags with some well needed items I needed for my home. I love Dollar Tree on Olive and their staff.

This store is horrible. Person to open the store setting car till 9 then customers had to wait after 10 minutes left. Went back later total receipt was $5.46 gave a $20 bill and $0.46 cashier only giving back $14 explain I was due 15 she was frustrated thought I was trying to cheat . She had to go to her phone do the math and on top of that she had the nerve to have an attitude😱

This store has improved in selection since it moved from the Schucks plaza on Olive. They now offer cold and frozen food. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

I held off on writing a review until my third time witnessing this travesty they call a store. Every time I visit, the shelves are bare and I have to navigate around boxes staff hasn’t bothered to open and stock. This location always seems to look like the aftermath of an emergency evacuation. And don’t get me started on the turtle-paced, unprofessional employees who apparently can’t walk & chew gum at the same time, so they lean on the unopened boxes of merchandise as they (loudly) hold their private conversations.

This Dollar Tree is usually out of the Louisiana hot sauce I typically eat. Wish they were more on point with stocking. Also, some things and brands you will see that work might not ever come back when you come back to purchase them. I never seem to know what brands Im going to get at this Dollar Tree. The service seems nice enough. They could keep the inside cleaner.

When this store first opened, it was one of the best Dollar Trees Ive ever been to. Now it is horrible. Its sad because it is in walking distance from my home. Now I will drive to other Dollar Trees and avoid this one. The employees are very nice and friendly, but the store itself has gone downhill. They need to hire more staff. Just went in today for 2 things because I was in a hurry and it was close. As always, 1 cashier and about 7 people in line. One employee was stocking while looking at the line. Then she said, Ok, Im coming... I went to look for the items I came for but the items in the aisle were so messy and thrown about, I didnt even know where to start to look. I just decided to leave. Now 2 lines were open, but each had about 5-6 people in them. I was here about 2 weeks ago and it was the same situation. Ended up going to the one in Overland for a more pleasant experience. I dont like giving negative reviews, but Im just being honest . I hope they get some more staff & improve the quality of this store because Ive seen it at its best and its in a convenient location for me.

This is, by far, the messiest most unkempt Dollar Tree ever. Stock boxes were clogging all of the aisles, merchandise was strewn all over the shelves instead of hanging up, neat and orderly. On many shelves, there were big gaps where items had run out. Overall, the shopping experience was extremely disappointing...I will choose a different Dollar Tree the next time I need to visit one.

Store is a little messy. Turnover is great in that store. Never the same employees. U get to know anyone. Need some reliable friendly professional people. The manager was her nice n respectful.

Terrible customer service. Spent half an hour on the phone holding to speak with someone. Cant leave a voicemail on the system unless you know the proper extension. Tried to submit their online contact form for 2 days and it wont submit/send. Hard to do worse than this.

The best dollar tree store in the world as Byron exclaims as you walk through the door!!! He makes the experience an awesome one. Excellent customer service!! Well stocked store. Lots of fun!!!

The Dollar Tree has improved SO much over the last 30 years--they have some of EVERYTHING!!! I LOVE going and my kids love going. I make them my go to for carxs, decorations, household goods, travel goodies, and snacks.

One dollar for anything in the store. Ill buy that. They have new and inexpensive things there. I would say they need to have more cold items. Some Dollar stores dont carry a refrigerated section.

Even though I got fired from dollar tree for stealing three minutes of time for not clocking out when I had an emergency and they didnt give me a chance to redeem myself I still shop here and spend plenty of money with them

This is a pretty good dollar store. Its typically neat and well organized with a wide variety of items ranging from school supplies to holiday decorations to food items.

The store is not tidy, merchandise has been stacked in boxes since Aug or September; lines are often long because of shortage of cashiers. I love all other Dollar Tree stores, except this one.(U Cty, Mo)

It was messy. Some stuff was not available. Some stuff was on the floor. But the cashier was helpful and kind.

The neighborhood this store is in has been getting worse every time we go there, and it wasnt too good to start with., including problems with other customers on the premises, so I wont take my family there anymore.This is sad, because in and of itself the store has generally been ok, big, nice assortment, except for the times when you have to wait in a checkout line of 25 people while two other potential checkers are holed up on the office. There are also frequent stocking problems, empty or messed up shelf space, piles of boxes in the way, etc.

The employees are always nice courtious see and helpful. I always enjoy my shopping experience @ the U. City Dollar tree🤗

If I could give this location zero stars I certainly would. It used to be a nice location but now it’s a big mess! Legitimately a mess. Entire isles full of empty boxes, zero organization, and like no balloons available! The cashier was clearly overworked, burnt out, and just gave the impression that she didn’t want to be there. So disappointed in this location. Sorry but you’ve lost a customer.

I would give it a zeor star if it was allowed. The female cashier is a horrible person. Selling trash-quality goods, and do not allow exchange of a broken piece. What a horrible store with a horrible cashier. Will never be there.

An absolute utter disaster. You couldnt even walk down the isles. Its so bad the fire department needs to shut this place down. If a fire broke out you could die. Boxes stacked everywhere. Totes full of merch stacked everywhere. This is one of the worst dollar stores Ive seen. Someone needs to be held accountable. I tried to take pictures but they stoped me. The bathroom was Discusting. I dont think its ever been cleaned. I will be calling the city to discuss this store, Im not even going to call corp. Its too late for that. I almost tripped over several boxes. Shut this place down. Im mad this company would subject the public to these standards.

Went to get balloons. The light skinned lady with the brown and grey hair told me they were out of helium not knowing the other worker already told me she could assist me with my balloons.

It looks like it had kind of been trashed, right before Christmas. There were a lot of empty shelves and a lot of unpacked boxes and things scattered on the floor. I noticed if somebody accidentally dropped something they just kept on walking. I was surprised and disappointed.
