T mobile is a rip off.. my mom been with this company for years and I decided to switch over to get a deal on a new iPhone. Biggest mistake ever I only have one line and one phone. I started this contract in March and been regretting it since my mom has 3 lines and 2 new phones on her account and I’m paying more then she is. I have to pay twice a month for one phone 105.75 the prices vary. They are always changing last month I paid 150.000 now today they cut my phone off saying I now owe them 205.98 which I do not know where these charges are coming from. I do not call long distance and I barely talk or text and the internet that they brag so much about is horrible it stays going in and out I have to constantly cut my phone service off and on using the airplane button. This phone bill is now higher then My car note and I will be canceling my contract and returning the phone and plus this don’t even help build your credit but they have to check your credit before starting a line with you. They also just teamed up with sprint which is probably why I’m being charged like this and I been on the phone for a hour and half waiting to speak with a customer service agent and no answer yet. They are very rude and tell you one thing but you go the store it’s another... do not come to t mobile. I had simple mobile paying only 56.00 dollars a month and no overcharges or late fees and the internet worked way better no stalling or going in and out.. and customer service was way better and welcoming.. I would put zero but that wasn’t a option. Rate =0 zero

I visited this place twice, once to buy a sim card and second to recharge it, in the first visit the staff were very helpful and awesome and the second time they asked me to wait till the are free, and I kept waiting until i got bored especially when i heard them talking about non business, so i left without getting my service.Regarding the tmobile service it is good but sometime intermittently disconnect ( 4g)

Worked with Diondre 530pm at this location October 25th, 2020.He was knowledgeable about the phones, deals, and promotions being offered on the plan I had as a Sprint customer. He provided information a competitor was not able to provide. He was able to trouble shoot my mother’s IPhone back up issue successfully as well. He was very friendly, patient, and informative. I will only come to this Sprint store in the future.

Amazing knowledge and care. Drew Gaborko has vast knowledge eased me through the transaction, and even transfered my stuff over. If youre looking to add a line and have transparency about what youre purchasing, this is the guy to see! When I get a survey itll be 10s without a doubt for both the representative and the store. 10/10 would reccomend!

Went in there to switch things up, ended up doing something different - Meme was GREAT! Incredibly helpful and fun to talk with. She made what would be a mundane and tedious experience enjoyable. Discussed what would be the best value, upgraded one phone, got a second phone replaced, added another line. Left happy. That Mobile Expert is gold!

I went to get the deal of getting the deal of IPhone 12, I was being hacked, one of their agents stole my personal information from my old phone to steal over $500. Please watch out if u go there! I m now in the process of fighting those unknown transactions. I would never go there again! It was a shock!

HORRIBLE PEOPLE! Everything in store was great until I get 30 minutes away and realize MY PHONE DOESNT WORK! No calls or texts can be sent or received, data not working! Customer service cant even help me because they cant send me a verification text. Go to the nearest store and they change the sim... STILL DOESNT WORK... Talk to customer service for over 30 minutes for them to say it takes 24 HRS for my account to activate! NO ONE AT THE STORE TOLD ME THIS! Now Im stuck with a phone that DOESNT WORK FOR 24 HRS (and Im expecting very important CALLS in the next 24hrs )and nobody even told me!!! Clearly the sale was more important than keeping me informed of everything!!!

Four years ago, or maybe more, I stepped into this store and opened an account with T-Mobile. T-Mobile as a cellular provider has only grown in quality, while the level of service that this individual store provides has remained top notch. The people here are expertly knowledgeable about everything, and every offer going on, and they work with you to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. I dont even live in this area anymore, but if I have a question or concern, I sometimes make the trek back here because I know theyll take care of me.

I needed to switch from Verizon because they are too expensive and also have horrible customer service. I personally think T Mobile has better phones and services. Their plans are cheaper and the way they take care of their customers is better than Verizon. Just need to improve on their reception and they can be the best.

Went here to get a SIM for my Nexus 4, the associate didnt give me an activation booklet. Ended up ordering one over the phone, came in a week later and explained what had happened. The manager gave me a full refund no questions asked. Dont regret leaving Verizon one bit.

This location has the very best customer service. The worst was an 8.5. Normal there is a 9.25 to a 10. Everyones caring and gives you as much time as you need no matter how busy they are. When it is your turn you have full attention.

I came into this T Mobile store in hopes of purchasing a working device but was sold trash! I was directed to this new Revvl Plus that supposedly had all the features and capabilities of the more expensive phones I first inquired about. So I listened to the sales man..he trying to save me money why wouldnt I? Terrible decision...this phone has been a nightmare from jump. Over the first month I called the customer service line and did the troubleshooting and told me to call back if what they did hadnt fixed the issue...so I did! After the 3rd time I was directed to the store. I go in to the T Mobile store to tell them what was going on and the first thing the saleswoman said was...I dont even offer this phone to my customers. ..it sucks. Im like... if the sales guy would have said that I would have declined it. I asked why was it even sold to anyway if you know this and also i wanted yo know what can be done about using the cash I spent on the bad phone and moving it over to a properly working one. Id still pay the difference...i thought this to be fair! She told me they dont do that after 14 days. I expressed that it should not matter if the device is faulty which she just told me moments prior that the phone was. She said it was nothing she could do except troubleshoot. I asked to speak with a Manger who echoed the saleswoman. He said it might be a Sim Card issue and two days after switching it out to a new one...same issues but now it slso says Sim Card Error. My question was simply how can you knowingly sell garbage and be ok with it? Im tired of these companies getting away with murder. Its an easy fix but they refuse. The money I worked hard for wont be wasted with them anymore!!!

To me t mobile is not being a good company at all because I bought my phone last year of 2016 and ever since then I have been paying t mobile an insurance bill and now my phone has been stolen and their saying that they that they are unable to replace it so what am I paying insurance on I called like 5 times and went to the store about tree or four times and they said that my claim was approved then i check on the website and it was unapproved .i am so very furious with T-Mobile if I dont get my phone back Im gonna switch to anther service.
