When I went in everyone was busy the store was cleaning people were Friendly. All the shelves, were stocked it was a little early for Halloween stuff but yet it was stocked up. I live real close to a Family Dollar. I would drive the extra few miles just to go to this one its actually a nice version of this chain

Low on certain items but pretty much has what you need.

The only reason Im giving it 3 stars is because the smell in there gave me a really bad headache. I ask them what was it and they told me they just got there floor replaced. The people who works there are very nice but how can you be open with that smell knowing you are trying to do some remodeling. There should be a sign warning guest of that so they do walk out of their thinking they are about to be sick.

Went to this place at 9:30 on the dot and doors were locked, now I know I can read and the website plus the signs on the door says doesn’t close until 10. Which I assumed the doors would lock at 10:00pm.. The Cashiers locked eyes with me and then pretended I wasn’t standing outside.

The shelves were stopped and it was great customer service

Store was a mess. Shelves badly needed restocked and merchandise was on the floor.

The staff this afternoon was very friendly and courteous. Store was organized and easy to move throughout the aisles.

The young man working behind the counter had the personality of no one spoke to him no greetings no return should just be a stalker not a cashier

No garbage on the floor, clean aisles and take in a organized bra section. Will return to this CLEAN KEPT STORE!

My go to place for household items. Great for picking up mid shopping week items. Friendly folks. Not a spot for fresh fruit and vegetables. No styrofoam tray meat. I am constantly surprised by what they have to offer.

Couldnt find what I needed

The employees are great but the owner needs to update their card machines.

This location is pretty good compared to some others nearby. The store is usually clean and neat, and the employees are polite and professional. The only thing is, the stock is hit or miss. Ive attempted to make a quick stop for things like eggs, milk, or various other things and they have been out of stock quite a few times.

They have a lot of stuff I use here . Name brands including some foods and medicine and everything is at really reasonable prices. But this is specifically at this location

Prices are great. Selection is great. But there were nine people in line and they could have used more than one register being opened

Many out-of-stock items and lots of empty shelves; in fact, I asked if they were going out of business. Isles blocked with carts full of merchandise (that didnt belong to customers). Waited far too long at register. Many empty shelves in food coolers, food selection extremely limited (only one single shelf of chicken, and an even smaller lunch meat and bacon selection). ... Definitely not the store to visit if you are health conscious, as there is practically a non-existence selection of that sort.

I actually liked the store. It was stocked and neat. The ppl were nice.

Completely unprofessional; the manager was on phone, food was open on the shelves, a woman was walking around the store with her dog in the cart. No one was at the front of the store- a bell had replaced service. Im a local and this is not the kind of place I would even purchase a pack of gum at.

Long line, terrible service, one cashier until manager finally stopped to help...

Getting summer treats for grandkids!

The place was in fairly good condition, and organized. The guy that cashed me out was polite, and quick. 12 Rolls of TP, 2 Air Freshners, BBQ chips...$10

If you could rate it a zero I would, I tried to return a defective i-phone charger and one of the employees got in my face like he was going to fight me! He had beats headphones on at the front counter so he couldnt even hear my conversation with the cashier yet jumped over the counter like I just cussed her out which I didnt, all I wanted was to exchange it for a different cord but she would not comply, this store is the epitome that in the new era the customer is NEVER right and will even feel threatened in a store by an employee, I will never shop at this store or franchise ever again, the cedar/Taylor store that this happened in is always dirty and the staff is always rude so avoid it at all costs, if there is a next time I am going to press charges on that confrontative employee!

Poor customer service. Store always dirty. Cant give me proper change and saying they cant break my $20 bill at 6pm. If there were an option for 0 stars thats what theyd get.

Want to return an item purchased at another Fsmily Dollar was told I had to return it to the store where I purchased it manager said that was untrue.
