Le’Anna has a keen eye for what looks good on your face and matches your style, isn’t afraid to tell you gently when a frame’s not flattering, and offers great suggestions for others you may have not even considered! She also wades through the insurance reimbursements, compares with Target’s special offers and figures out the best deal for you. I bought a pair plus a spare for half the price my husband paid for a one pair at a private optical store. Thank you Le’Anna!

Such a friendly and warm atmosphere! We were immediately welcomed in, and quickly helped to fit a pair of glasses. The wonderful woman who helped my family was so social and genuinely interested in conversation. Loved it here!

I initially started out with a bad experience, where I was charged double due to a mistake that was not clearly communicated. I was very upset and went to the store again to ask for an explanation and proper reimbursement, and LeAnna helped me out and she was AMAZING. Not only did she listen to my frustration and of what happened with great empathy, she took an extra step to investigate the problem for me, gave me her contacts to let her know if its not resolved by a certain date, and she offered to make my glasses a lot more comfortable and re-order for my lens-size/thickness as I was finding my new glasses very heavy and too much pressure on my nose bridge. She just noticed those, and offered to make my glasses a lot more comfortable. She sincerely apologized for what had happened earlier, made appropriate amends with great professionalism and expertise, and really cared about my comfort and well-being with the new glasses. The store itself is decent size with a good variety of selections for frames. I wouldve totally given 5/5 stars if I had met LeAnna the first time I went there, but she turned around what started out as a negative encounter to a very positive, and memorable experience. She has such a warm and caring character - and I wanted to express both my thanks and appreciation for what she has done.

The ladies and Dr. Kaur were very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend this location for your eye exam. The eyeglass selection wasnt bad. A small selection of name brand frames, but a nice selection nonetheless.

I took my mother here to get glasses and Losanna was wonderful! They were able to make an appointment for the same day and helped us to select frames that were affordable and flattering. She also helped us explore our insurance options to be sure that we go the best deal.

Target had a great selection and reasonable prices. My tech, Debbie, was knowledgeable and not pushy. They told me my glasses would take two weeks but they were ready in one week. Going back for a second pair.

I never gave the staff permission to charge my credit card an additional $35.00 for an eyeglass plan in the invent that my son breaks his eye glasses, my son is very careful with his eyeglasses he has never broken any of his eyeglasses. I will never do business with Target Optical again

My kids and I had a great visit with Dr.Kaur. She has a lot of patience and didnt rush us at all. The staff here is super friendly. This is our 3rd visit now and each time we have had this experience so would highly recommend this particular location.

I had Excellent Service with the Eye Doctor and after a somewhat rocky start with the administrative staff they went far and beyond my expectations to make things right for me.I received my contacts, plus a discount which made me have to pay less out of pocket.

Went to office on July 4 2020 and the eye doctor and staff is very very kind, my place to go when I have eye care needs, I got glasses and contacts, very nice environment, I recommend this location to anyone, they make you feel welcome😀 thank you for great service.

Maria was very helpful and extremely friendly. Target had difficulty seeing if my insurance was applicable so Maria did everything she could to figure it out. After finding out that my insurance was applicable, Maria still had all of my information on file and finished the lens order. Will definitely be back

Amazing selection on frames and Leanna was super nice and very helpful and gave me space while I shopped for frames. And when it was time to pick from the ones I liked she was very helpful in helping me choose which frames I should go with that compliments my facial features. She was very friendly and helped keep my toddler occupied in the cart while I shopped ! Will definitely be coming back !

Thanks Dr. Kaur for helping me with my eye. It was so annoying for weeks having fogginess appear in my eye and I went to two different places to have my eye checked out and each doctor said it would go away on its own. Im glad I went to Target and saw Dr. Kaur who explained this was because one of my eyes was dry due to allergies and gave me eye drops. After 2 days of using those drops the blurriness is now completely gone. So thanks again for taking the time to explain what was happening and giving me something that actually worked!

Let me start by saying I have been coming to this location for years. I absolutely love the service Lena provides because she is caring, accommodating, and patient oriented. However, as a health care professional I don’t care for the doctor doing my exam. First, of all...her prices are ridiculous for an eye exam. The previous doctor (who was awesome by the way) was amazing and very reasonable. He also explained everything prior to the exam. His exams were around 75$ which is very affordable and appreciated. Even at this reasonable price he explained pricing and everything prior to your exam. So I go in...there’s a new doctor... I am assuming that the prices are the same prices I have been paying for years....she does the exam and says that will be 120$... I tell her I’m confused and I explain that I have been paying a much different amount for years...she says that she rents the space and can charge what she’s wants and that my insurance isn’t accepted there so it’s much more and that it would have been covered elsewhere....if you knew this and the price difference...why would you not explain that first instead of tricking me into paying a ridiculous price...healthcare is about doing what’s best for the patient, not for your own pockets...her prices should be posted because I’m sure that’s not what people expect... I feel as if she actually doesn’t tell you so that she can trick you into paying what she wants you to pay...or at the very least she should go over pricing in the beginning prior to rendering services. I am very unsatisfied and I will be contacting corporate as well as filing a complaint with the proper business regulators. I WILL NOT BE BACK AND IF IT WASNT FOR LENA BEING THERE I WOULD TELL YOU THAT YOU SHOULDNT GO EITHER!

And the staff was very helpful as well so nothing but good things to say about this location. As a whole this is a fast and efficient way to get your eye exam and contacts. leanna and the doctor are friendly and fabulous and knowledge. If you don’t get Leanna on the phone just call back later because the other woman debbie gives major attitude and doesn’t know how to operate the system. You will spend your entire lunch break on the phone not getting what you need.

The Dr. Jasleen Kaur was kind and caring in her exam. She gave me options based on my financial needs, so I felt listened to as a patient. Their receptionist woman was also exceptionally helpful and sweet (she has been for 2 years in a row). What a great eye doc experience!

Went to Dr. Kaur for a eye exam and I was very satisfied with my visit! Dr. Kaur was professional, knowledgeable, a good listener, compassionate and personable. Right from the start Dr. Kaur presented a welcoming and comfortable environment. She was very detail oriented and explained each step of the examination and provided options moving forward with my prescription and eyewear.She is full of knowledge! I would be definitely be coming back and highly recommend her!

I am only giving a one star because of Dr. Kaur. She only cares about insurance and billing. She also OVERCHARGED me my copay and has yet to refund me the $55 I overpaid even though all my insurance was verified. She treated me as though I was not intelligent enough to understand what she was talking about. She treated the retail person in the store horribly to the point I never plan to go back if Dr. Kaur is there. I will never go back for an appointment at Target Optical but I will return only for the retail aspect. The retail person is a breath of fresh air and to watch the verbal abuse is sickening.Dr. Kaur will drive this location down if she continues on this path of fraudulent charges and rude service.

What a rip off! I was over charged on my Copay and I was charged extra for a dilation. She told me to buy my glasses from her other location. Shady, crooked, dishonest, scam artist. Would never return. Wish I had never gone. I would subtract stars if I could. CROOK!

The staff and doctor was great. My wife really enjoyed the experience and has found her new home for eye care.

I had my new glasses mailed to me and when there was an issue with the delivery, Leanna really went above and beyond to make it right. I highly recommend this location.

I went here Sunday at 2:30 with a last minute emergency after weeks of being half blind and running out of contacts. I wasn’t able to find a place open when I got off work or with an opening on the weekends. So I googled vision centers in the map and Target came up as open and in the area. So ran in not really expecting them to be open but they were! And not only were they open but Dr. Kaur and her receptionist were absolutely great they were very inviting and friendly. They were very thorough and professional. These ladies fully explained everything to me and took the time to really make sure my prescription was accurate and they even hooked me up with a trial pair of contacts so I didn’t have to leave blind! 😊❤️
