We had the best experience I could ever hope to have at a UPS Store - thanks to Tia and Jenn. We brought in 6 large pieces of furniture and Tia helped us work through the boxing, packing and shipping of each - including a freight piece that I had no idea how she figured out how to send. Jenn managed the flow of other customers while Tia helped us and they were just the best. We highly recommend returning to this location and we will certainly bring all our shipping to them. Lori the manager and the lady who owns the business were also super helpful and solutions oriented. Thank you!!
The two associates in the store today really helped me out in a pinch, going above and beyond providing suggestions that saved me another trip back, and were very accommodating considering all of this extended past closing time after I walked in 10 minutes to close. This was very much appreciated after running store to store and added a bright spot to the day. Just want to say thank you, again.
This store went out of their way to figure out shipping several household items including a large sculpted chair..Tia took over the details while Jenn managed the line….Resolved all issues…Thank you Laurie and your wonderful staff….
I went into the store and the clerks were vacuuming. I asked are you closed and the one responded with a nasty tone you would not be standing in here if were closed. I stated that I was there to pick up a package and she just started asking me questions and not letting me answer. Her disposition is very nasty. The other worker saw that I was getting frustrated and helped me. I would not recommend this store to anyone!!!!
This store is my go-to, one-stop shop. Ive always experienced great service from staff, and I have come to depend on them for all my business needs. I highly recommend!
If you can go to another UPS store do it!The manager (Blonde haired lady) was very rude and unwilling to help, gave serious attitude and sent me off to figure it out on my own, while saying that she doesnt know how to use their website or systems.
I have used the Cedar Center location a few times before to ship smaller family heirlooms to my home several states away, but on this occasion, the item was large and particularly old--an antique floor lamp (circa 1895). Very fragile, very odd shape. I was nervous about it, but Timothy handled the packing assessment and pricing so expertly, I felt I was in great hands. He could have easily charged full price, but cared enough to ask if I qualified for an AARP discount, which I did. I was very appreciative to have a bit of savings applied to the cost. The glass globe and the lamp body were packed separately per Tims assessment, and Tim and his team did not spare the materials used. The items were completely encased and totally protected. The pieces arrived in perfect condition thanks to the amazing and creative packing job! I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area needing awesome shipping services and personal, caring attention!
The staff helped me with passport photos and even went out of there way to help me with the application and to send it off to the correct address friendly staff and much appreciated thank you guys
Cashier had mask covering only her nose. Other two workers had them on correctly! Not pleased.

Josh gave me great customer service when I came in to mail my package. I couldnt make it to the post office in time and I wanted to make sure my package was post marked for today. No long lines and attitudes like at the post office. The staff was nice. I will be back!
The young man Brendan that was working went above and beyond to help me get a heavy and oddly shaped return packaged back up. He didn’t give up until we figured it out and he had a helpful attitude the entire time. Thank you!!
I packed everything with no plastic, wrote the address by hand and they printed the label and placed plastic tape on top of the label and just ignored my intention not to use plastic, because they decided the label will be lost🤦♀️ The label has glue on it!!! Nobody never ever put tape on top of the label. I just wish people who works there use their brain
The woman working there did not know how to send international letters and she was absolutely unwilling to help. She also had a bad attitude and was incredibly arrogant.
Just opened a mailbox for my business. The customer service was excellent. The gentleman that waited on me dropped what he was doing and explained everything thoroughly. he then checked all of the keys to assure I would have no problems accessing my box.
I went to get 10 copies that were single sided and Black & White and was charged $3.95. Essentially 40 cents a copy. I will never give UPS another penny for the rest of my life. Make matters worse I went to my car to grab another copy and the rest were blank. So I paid $3.95 for 1 copy & 9 blank pieces of paper. I’m reporting you guys to the better business bureau!
Less than a week before Christmas and there is only one employees here.
I love the fact that you can park in front of the building and get in and out quickly. Also the clerks that help are very friendly.

Staff is knowledgable and very customer service oriented. Ive been using the store as a business address for a start-up company, which consists of quite a bit of shipping and receiving, that Im trying to get off the ground. These folks go beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend.
They have always been helpful when Ive been there. I have a mailbox there and use the copier services as well as ship things. Never a problem.
I recommend avoiding for international shipping. The manner in which they filled out a form caused my package to be returned to sender. My non-profit is now out $170 and my package is still not delivered. They refused to reimburse (even partially). It is not clear if this is a particularly anti-consumer policy of UPS or just this office, but it is ridiculous charge a customer $75 (on top of the $95 shipping rate) to incorrectly fill out a form and deliver the package to the local PO. Go with a more experienced international sender. This location also does not have full DHL services as advertised.
I have been in this store many times and have always received wonderful service. The staff is very friendly and know me by name and ask me about my job and life in general. Every item I send is handled with care and the staff is very knowledgeable. Misty, the store owner, is caring, professional, and maintains a positive work environment. I decided to write this review because of my positive experience and also seeing that there were negative reviews written.When reading a review online I always remember that one persons bad experience is fueled sometimes by anger, which is what I see on some of these reviews. They might be warranted, but for someone who has not been to the store and reading reviews, you should always keep that in mind. Therefore, take it with a grain of salt. My experience, like I said, is very positive.
Terrible service. I will always avoid going there. This woman that works there is rude and must have a chip on her shoulder. I asked if they have UPS bags for shipping. She looks at me and says no, without offering any alternatives. Then I showed her what I wanted to ship and asked if she could recommend something. She said “use whatever your heart desires.” When I asked her what the difference in price was between two items, she told me “the prices should all be there”. Might be a good idea for her to get a job where she doesn’t have to talk to customers. And leave your attitude at home please.
My fried has had a box at this location for over 20 years and if I did not have to help him by picking ups his mail here, I would never go into this store again. Customer service sucks, they are rude and I there is one guy in there that is very prejudice. Give him the opportunity, they ignore you as long as they can. The previous owners were great and they had a well trained staff.

I have a mailbox here. Overall its been an ok experience. I just wished they had better hours. Sometimes I want to pick a package up that was delivered the day prior before I head into office but they dont open until 9 :( (which is the time I need to be in office). They close early on saturday and dont open on Sunday. Amazon delivers on Sunday now. I feel they have an opportunity to fit needs of their customer base better. My two cents.

They lose packages and dont make it right!I tried to mail a gift to my parents on Jan 8. It didnt arrive within a couple of days as promised, so I stopped into the store to check on it. They said it was gone without a trace. Nothing noted after drop off. Told me to call national customer service to issue investigation. I did. They didnt find it either. Time to issue claim. I did. Sent receipts. Meanwhile, I reordered the gifts and shipped directly. Without updating me, a month and half later, UPS delivered the original package. Not helpful! Im still out $250 and my parents have double the stuff they want or need. UPS store said claim closed. No refund. store manager said, Its a national policy. I call national cust serv and they say its the stores call. Put them on a 3 way call. The answer from this store manager? Youre just dealing with one lost package. I have to do this all day long! LOL. Textbook example of bad customer service. Even if they hadnt paid me but told the truth, it might have been okay. Ill never go back there now. There are plenty of other UPS stores as well as FedEx and USPS. Too much wasted time and money, and I have no faith theyll safeguard deliveries.

I have been coming to this location to pick up and drop off packages for almost a year and it seems like the more I come there the worse the service gets. The people that work there start to look at me like Im inconvenience when I show up, and again all I ever come there for is to pick up or drop off packages that are rerouted to their store because its close to where I live. Yesterday when I was there they couldnt find my package and told me it wasnt there even though I showed them the confirmation through text and the ups android app with the tracking number which stated the package was ready for pick up and they still said it wasnt there looking at me like I was stupid. One of the so called service people at one point looked at me and smirked at me like I was a joke. As I was leaving the store I suggested that they get it together after they finally got through their confusion and finally found my package and one of them made a comment under her breath that I couldnt hear and I let them know that store will be reported. I saw in a post somewhere that this location being predjudis towards blacks and I now believe it. The people must think we all look alike. Keep in mind just because Im black doesnt mean Im dumb. Your corporate office has been informed of this matter and the person that replies to all these complaints, dont even bother to give me that disingenuous reply about how the store is under new ownership, and how the store doesnt treats blacks any different or even how you will try harder to make sure it doesnt happen again. Thats insincere garbage and you know it and as a result of my interaction with these disgruntled employees taking their frustration for your company on people like me I will not do business there anymore if I can help it.
The lady there seems upset with life.
Everyone was pretty helpful. When the computer had an issue printing my labels they let me use a computer in the back so that I could get my package label printed and get my package shipped off.
I never review places but the girl I talked to on the phone was rude, even when I was trying to be friendly (despite the fact that UPS has been an absolute nightmare in getting a package shipped). Ill never understand how people in a service industry act that way.
I’m sorry to say but the staff here are incompetent. Not only did they make mistakes in copying an address and sending to the wrong address, they’re also rude and unmotivated. Never coming here again.

Came in and asked a question about pricing about boxes the associate said I dont know and made it seem as if we were making her go out of her way to help us with pricing and didnt offer any further assistance. Other worker was on their phone. No help at all.
The must have never got training on customer service skills. If you dont want to work with customers, find another job!
