Shout out to Joshua, the assistant manager of the UTC store. He was super helpful in ordering a pair of Florsheim shoes to be mailed to our home while we were on vacation at the beach. Very nice and efficient. Also watched him help several other people in the store today while we were browsing. Thanks, Joshua, for the great service today!

I just left awhile ago and I haven’t felt more uncomfortable in MY LIFE!! The entire time one of the employees I believe her name was Leah kept following me and my boyfriend around the store trying to make sure we weren’t going to steal anything. There were other customers ( Caucasian ) in the store and Leah didn’t follow any other customers besides us ( Because we are African American). I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS Location.

Great selection of shoes for the whole family. Bought a pair of Nike sneakers and had a problem with them, returned then and exchanged for another pair and they were really pleasant about it. No hassle at all. Give them a try!

I stopped by here today 3-1-20 between 2ish to about 3ish. When I first walked in I was greeted by one of the workers and she was very nice and friendly and pointed me to the nike shoes. I needed help getting a shoe down and went upfront the girl behind the counter was in her own world drawing on some piece of paper and when I asked for assistance she called for another employee to get the shoe for me. After that I go up front to see if I could get a different one down the other 3 employees were helping other customers and again the same girl was upfront but this time on her phone. I saw a glimpse of her name tag and was in total shock that someone who is a team lead could be so rude and useless because once again she called for someone else to get the shoe for me and then proceeded to go back on her phone. The only reason why Im giving this store a 3 star is because the other manager and workers were super nice and helpful. I will surely come back as long as that so called team lead is not there.

Shopping at Their store had a very unwelcoming feeling. I was brushed off and was not provided assistance when I asked for help in finding my shoe size. The team leader seemed to be rude and when I asked for assistance to order shoes online she told me that it takes a long time to get your online order and to go somewhere else instead. After asking again and stating I was not in a rush she seemed to be irritated and did not want to help me. It was a very bad experience.
