I was stuck at work all day with a dead car battery. I called up Chris who quickly scheduled someone to come install a new battery for me that afternoon. Damon called when he was a few minutes out to give me time to meet him in the parking garage. He was so pleasant, personable, and done in about 10 minutes. A gentleman named Scott helped me yesterday. I came in because 1 of my 3 trolling motor batteries was dead. As it turned out all it needed was a charge. While I was there I had Scott look at my truck battery because it had been acting sluggish. It was 8 years old and needed to be replaced. I was so impressed with the professionalism and honesty. Been getting my battery here for decades and the guy wont install a new battery after 6pm, which is fine because I thought I got there late. By the time we finish our conversation and I get back in my car its 6:03. Customer service is a joke! Going to O reilys.

Was recommended by a friend, Good prices on used batteries, insulation was quick and successful, no ridiculous overpriced installation fee. A worker named Christian answered all my questions and was the one to install my battery, As I was being checked out by another worker. The process was quick and painless.

They came out and load-tested my auto battery. It was 4 yrs old and needed to be replaced. They showed me which options were available, had the one I wanted in stock, and changed it out immediately. No hassle 20 minute turn-around. Interstate batteries are among the best automotive batteries around.

I have gotten two car batteries here and it has been easy. The batteries were for lease cars so the refurbished ones fit the bill. Also my wife had an expensive digital meat thermometer that we had difficultly with the battery change, the staff helped her out at no extra charge.

Scott was terrific! We knew we had an issue due to the battery indicator being on. In case it was a battery replacement need we headed to the Interstate All Battery Center even though we already had an oil change scheduled at the dealer. Scott tested the battery and the alternator and determined the alternator was not charging the battery. We were provided a battery loaner to enable us to get to the dealer and left our battery for charging and analysis. Completely made our Saturday morning much easier!Thanks! Sheryl and Scott Langford

Had battery issues. Last time I replaced it was 2 years ago when caring for mom in Miami. Seemed to quick to have gone bad. Went to Interstate Batteries on Honore in Sarasota and Scott was amazing. Tested my battery right away and determined it had a bad cell. I wasn’t pulling up on their system, so Greg called the Miami location to confirm the purchase and date and Greg and Scott had my battery replaced and had me on my way in short order. Scott and Greg were nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend them for your battery needs. Customer Service above and beyond what I hoped for ❤️🙏🏼❤️ and such a kind and caring manner in rendering such service. They will forever have my business.

The easiest thing I did all day! My push to start car would say “key fob not found” when I had the keys in my hand so I figured it was the battery. The dealership wanted an outrageous price. Y’all it cost me $9.62 with tax for the new battery and installation! The girl was super nice too.

Got into a bind on Saturday 11/30/2019 called and spoke to Scott he was very friendly and was helpful!... He did his job very well and I recommend on going to interstate battery on honor and University...

For a small charge they will come to your location and install the car battery. You will get a much better battery for less than any AAA or roadside service would charge and a much better warranty. I had a problem with one and they came back and swapped it out within an hour of when I called. Also if you are forced to buy a battery from a roadside service you know that when it goes out again the new guys never carry the one you bought before. Always buy Interstate from these guys and you know who to call and the warranty will be honored. The owner is Greg and it is his small business and he makes sure you are happy. Just can’t say enough about them!

I have an older car that had a charging issue. Damon at Interstate Battery spent lots of time and effort to determine if I had a bad alternator or battery. He even set me up with a loaner battery overnight while he tried recharging mine. The service given was over and above, the entire store staff is like that. I give Damon and Interstate Batteries a 5 star rating!

This place is great! I enjoy going in to see what new gadgets they get in each month, especially their flashlights! They also can do a quick battery swap on most vehicles, watches, and phones.Every time I go in, Im greeted with a smile and a helping attitude. Thanks Interstate!

I cannot believe how fast, friendly and efficient those guys are!! I got stuck over in the UTC plaza..couldnt get my battery jumped. Ive Never used this company before but it was the closest to me. I called, they sent a professional, clean gentleman over to jump my car to get it over to their place to test the battery. For the man to jump my car, travel to the shop, another man to replace my battery and pay (an incredibly reasonable price!l) was LESS THAN 25 MINUTES. I would recommend these guys to everyone and anyone!

Absolutely fantastic!!! Im female and I drive a 2002 7.3 powerstroke. it was getting sluggish on the start which I am pretty knowledgeable about. I called and Damon was very knowledgeable. I made it to the store and Damon was great!!! Tested batteries, checked the fluid levels and 1 of the 2 batteries had a bad cell. He checked the dates and it was still under warranty. Im reccomending this store and interstate batteries. Absolutely paying it forward!!! Great place!!! Thank you Damon!!!

The staff know their products, have it in stock. Prices tend to be at the high end of retail however.

Voltmeter was running lower than normal so I stopped in. Employee Damon checked the battery (it was fine), removed the GM bracket over the battery and did a load test (also fine), checked the alternator output (fine), cleaned the battery terminal and sent us on our way. Voltmeter back to normal. No charge. This is why I always go to Interstate for batteries.
