Very busy and long lines, however they make up for it by very friendly service and a great willingness to help you find what you need! Many different items to choose from. With prices going up on everything, everywhere, I honestly have no choice but to shop these deals for a dollar!

Literally the crummiest store I’ve ever been in. Went there for the first time and it looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned or stocked in weeks. Went back two weeks later and it was even worse. Really unusual because Dollar Tree stores are well stocked and maintained

If hell was a place on earth it would be this place. A collection of maskless soulless geezers in a store the size of my self esteem. I also had to squeeze through hoards of poorly paid employees and mediocrely stocked merchandise just to get some dorm essentials.

I’m only giving it two stars because it did have an awesome selection of Halloween and a decent amount of inventory in general. I walked by an aisle where an employee had the whole aisle blocked with boxes and shipment. Im not sure of the exact conversation but the employee was giving another customer attitude about how people destroy their stuff. The whole atmosphere inside made me want to leave right away, you could tell everyone kind of had an attitude. They didn’t have the balloons I needed but I didn’t even want to ask for help. Might go back for the selection but definitely not the customer service or lack there of.

Man, better prices than Walmart.... aisle and shelves are messy and cluttered, but if youre patient or ask for help looking for something then you can definitely save huge bucks!

You cant beat this place for simple things like balloons, cards, foods, etc...

Besides aisles having clutter making it hard to move around,some things normally found here were not available. Due to the current pandemic guess should be expected. Associate did have good attitude though.

Doesnt have as wide a selection as the tuttle location. Needs less party supplies and more storage, arts n crafts,, seasonal, etc. I think Ill stick with the Tuttle location, despite it having less desirable customers (druggies) to deal with.

Great place to buy craft and gift supplies. Was a little sad that I couldnt get two of the balloons that I liked but its understandable this time of year.

I made a last minute trip to the Dollar Tree to grab some gift wrap and I just have to say for as busy as they were my cashier Christine (Im pretty sure her name is) she was absolutely amazing filled with Christmas spirit and she was just absolutely wonderful. I actually forgotten some tape, oddly enough she had asked if I needed any take and I completely forgot about it! Thankfully shes an awesome associate and was able to recommend an item that was a huge necessity and she out of the kindness of her heart, walked over and went and got me some. Shes very helpful, friendly, she made me feel like Ive known her for years-- def didnt seem even like a stranger to me. I will definitely come here again and honestly just for her. She was amazing and shes working on Christmas Eve. And the fact that she reminded me that I need to tape and actually went and got it for me. Merry Christmas to the Dollar Tree family and especially to you Christine you are an awesome, amazing woman! You deserve recognition and a lot of kudos for work and Christmas Eve and being able to maintain such a joyful Spirit during such a chaotic time. Bravo girl!

They did not have what I wanted, but they had other things that I didnt know I needed. Did not leave empty handed.

I literally spent like 100$ and it was busy and there are two lanes open the guy turn his light off to take a break Im assuming and he told me to go ahead and come on even though my cart was full all the way to the top. I felt like anybody else would have said sorry its my break time and took off so I really commend him on they should be helping his fellow cashier out by taking me especially having 91 items where as could of taken off. My receipt says his name was Sean...Thanks Sean for being an awesome sales associate. And Im located directly between two stores and I will definitely be using this store from now on because of today.

For what it is and what youj pay for pretty good overall cant complain. The staff is nice they may need more staff as it seems the place gets a bit messy.

A typical Dollar Tree, a nice selection and nice people. Though it looks like a team of toddlers went through and left things a mess.

Perfect place to grab some small items for gift wrapping for the holidays or some cute DIY projects. I always get little books for my baby here and he loves them. They have great wrapping paper for the holidays and at the prices you can’t beat it. I use a lot of their small containers for organizing my drawers and the baby’s room which is super helpful.

Customer service was above and beyond. Was looking for an item and searched 3 different dollar tree...when i got a call back from this dollar tree...they searched the store and found what i needed. My daughter has been in quarantine for 4 months so we wanted to make her birthday super special and they saved the day by helping me locate this item...making my daughters quarantine a little easier.

Its great to buy things for parties and stuff but the store is always a mess. Boxes of merchandise always laying in the ailses and stacked up around the store and just overall cramped. Its dollar tree though so what do you really expect?

Store is a wreck! Took forever to find what I came for and the cashier was horribly rude and curt. She was wearing her mask just over her lip but not over her nose. She kept touching the mask then ringing the items and very slow at that. I put my basket on the belt as a divider and she snapped at me to give it to her. She tossed my bags on the counter and when I said no for the receipt she started ringing the next person. If you cannot be nice even when you dont want to then dont come to work! She really needs to be addressed on the sanitation of not having the mask on properly and then touching it, while chewing gum and then touching your stuff! Gross.

Nice place to shop where everything is a dollar or less. This particular store has better selection of breads.

Please stock your store. Customers shouldn’t have to come in and pick through boxes in the isles because the shelves are empty. This is by far the worse dollar tree I’ve ever been to

Store is disorganized, poorly stocked and very dirty! Boxes blocking aisles and difficult getting around. Carpet should be replaced.

This is by far the filthiest dollar tree ive been in. There are items thrown all over every isle. The bathroom.... no soap to wash hands nor a soap dispenser, no t paper, just an empty roll not even a t paper holder. Public rest rooms are gross but in an emergency you cant even use it. Literally walked out of the restroom and the store. So many factors that need to be address. But the door windows were getting cleaned.... might need new management.

I love shopping at the dollar tree, but the cashier named Bob always has the nastiest attitude when checking out, and it just completely ruins the experience. SORRY THAT YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO DO THE JOB THAT YOU APPLIED FOR, OLD MAN!!

I just went into this dollar tree and had a perfectly pleasant time until I got to the counter. Jan was the woman who checked me out and was completely rude to the woman in front of me, and then proceeded to tell me that I messed up the entire transact because I needed cash back (available at this dollar tree). I walked out in disbelief at the rude and disrespectful attitude this woman had. Again her name was Jan.

Had a bad experience with the employee Bob & manager Kristine. Both need BETTER training with customers. Very disappointed in the way we were treated. At the checkout, Bob threw the separator, instead of sliding back w/the others on the checkout & almost hit my mother. When we let Bob know the issue, he stated, “I’ve worked here 2 years & never had a complaint.” Manager came in & asked what happened, & we explained what happened & she just stood there like a deer in the head lights & said absolutely nothing. & as a customer, if you are the manager & there’s a busy situation..all you have to do, is apologize because that’s your job..you want to make sure your customer has a good service. Just a smile & an apology could go a long ways. Frankly the manager needs to be retrained on how to handle customers complaints. Also, when talking to a customer try looking in their eyes, who are you looking at? Employers working night shift is way better than the day shifters.

I shop here often and usually after having eaten in my beloved Sweet Tomatoes, opposite. I ALWAYS find stuff I want/need/must have and its usually lipstick or nail varnish. They have Wet n Wild lipstick which is amazingly good quality. They do have a fair few empty shelves at the moment, they need to restock. I hope they do soon. Recommended!

Well stocked, prices are great. Staff is helpful but sometimes overwhelmed.

Not so great the dollar tree itself is okay but the selection wasnt impressed and while grabbing plastic cups they were sticky with some red liquid on them. Everything is a dollar or less but its still no excuse to have gross sticky red liquid on the items you want to purchase and the store could use a remodel and friendlier employees.

What a mess. 930am & the floor & shelves look like a bomb went off. U boat full of freight blocking floral. The carpet looked like it hasnt been vacuumed since 2000. Entire aisle of gift bags on the base deck or floor. Plastic & chemical aisles looked nice but I wasnt shopping for that. The cashier made me feel like I was bothering him that I was shopping. My purchase was over 100.00 & had the seasonal items been out & a cleaner store so I could find stuff I could of shopped more.

Ive never been in a stocked Dollar Tree with nice associates. This place in University Parkway is nice.

A lot of things you need, $1 greeting cards, organizers, essentials in health/ beauty are well stocked. Svc could have been better, stores messy but restroom was good.

A relatively large shop with a huge selection of inventory! You can find nearly anything. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating. At times, checkout can be a little slow.

I hadnt been to this store for a good nine months due to rude employees at this location.I happened to be there and thought twice about going in but decided to give it another chance.I grabbed a few items, waited patiently in line and when the cashier (Christine) rung up my items, I tried to use the gift card I had but it wouldnt scan.She proceeded to try it herself without any more success than I had and just stood there while I tried a couple more times.I asked if she could just enter the numbers from the back. Her response...Look! I cant put in the numbers and its not working...Very unhelpful and rude to the customers.Why are there card numbers if they cant be used in leiu of scanning the card?Should have went with my first reaction and moved on to a different store.Go to any Dollar Tree but this one.

Maybe I caught this lady (older with blonde hair) on a bad day but she was checking out a customer when I asked her if she knew where the bug spray was. She ignored me and I thought she didnt hear me but then she proceeds to tell me that she was in the middle of checking out a customer in a rude tone of voice. I work in retail too and its not that hard to say Aisle two! or Hang on one moment while I call someone up to help you! Im used to jerks like that (because I work in retail) so I just said Okay! Ill go find someone else and walked away. As I was walking away she was going on about Why do people have to do that? Dont they know thats rude? to the customer in front of her. I dont see the harm in asking a cashier if they knew where something is but I think the rude responses and snide comments werent proper for the work place. I wouldve been written up right away if I had said anything likewise at my work. If anything save it for after you close when everyone can share their customer stories lol! I hope this lady gets re-educated on customer service or whatever problem shes having right now turns out alright. What I walked away from this experience is that I never want to be as rude as this lady and I hope my customers never compare me with her.

One of the larger and better Dollar Trees. Only problem is there is usually only one cashier and a line of 4-5 people each with dozen items.

Nothing can beat a $1 when it comes to house commodities and supplies. This is a great stop & shop spot for most house needs from kitchen to bathroom.

Lots of stuff, but the messiest one I have ever seen.

The check out lady Sabrina just said stupid people out loud. I am pretty sure she thought she said it under her breath, but she said it loud enough that me and the person next to me in the check out line could hear it.
