This review is for the pharmacy. I’ve been having issues getting my medications refilled for the past several weeks. I submit on the app for the refill on Monday and by Wednesday, they still aren’t filled. I have issues getting through to anyone on the phone. Either they don’t answer or they put me on hold where I wait for 15 minutes and still have no answer. I need these medications and I’m sick of my medications not being ready when being told they would.

This review is for the pharmacy not the actual store. I had a prescription sent to them the night before. And I knew I couldnt pick it up that night because they were close. I come in the next day around 330pm and the prescription is not even filled yet. When I asked how long the guy said 35 minutes. How is a prescription not filled when you had plenty of time to fill it. We are in a pandemic. It should be in and out. Highly unprofessional and inconsiderate of the covid precautions.

This is probably the cleanest Rite Aid I’ve been to. The atmosphere is pleasant. Employees are nice. They also have the Amazon lockers inside the store which is a plus. I use them all the time.

Always fast getting in and out.

To KARELLEN OVERLORD: #1 you can’t sue someone for “stereotyping” in civil court (the funny thing about stereotypes are they are based on facts/statistics) #2 If you look like a bum you will probably get treated like one (sad but true. Yes, we have all heard the phrase “don’t judge a book by its cover” (you seem a little hypocritical here with this one) #3 this shop has some of the nicest employees I have ever met and I can see you are using a fake account, with a fake name and fake thumbnail to hide yourself #4 The shop has had shoplifters frequently coming in over the last few years which is why they had to hire “security”... This rite aid has such nice employees!! Love shopping at this location, employees are amazing people, have been a proud customer for over a decade!

I went into this particular store this afternoon. I am a white guy, around 60, with long thinning hair and a short beard. I must use an electric wheelchair to get around, and I use the bus. No big deal, right?Due to these reasons and that I live in Tacoma, where plastic shopping bags are outlawed, I carry things in my backpack and cloth bags on my chair. I had been out shopping this day, and as usual was carrying things in these bags on the back of my chair--there were 2 of them along with one full of pet items Id just gotten a nearby Mud Bay on the footrest, all with the receipts.When I went into Rite Aid, I was comparing prices of several things along with checking out the holiday items. Then I left the store to go to Safeway for some pizzas. I noticed that while in Rite Aid, someone was following me, and when I left, a guy wearing a security vest stopped me and wanted to know what I was doing. I told him I was going to get some stuff for my brother, and he left.What I believe happened was that Rite Aid thought I was a homeless guy trying to rip them off, and this security guy was watching to see if I did. Based strictly on the fact I had a few bags and was in a chair. This is total B.S.! I am a retired Astrophysics Professor who is disabled--NOT a homeless street bum! Just because someone is disabled and carrying some bags does NOT mean you have the right to assume things and hassle them. Rite Aid singled me out for absolutely no reason other than my appearance. They need to take a lesson here and not repeat this sort of action--the next person they do this to might just sue them for discrimination.

There can be a lot of decent deals here depending what it is you need. I came in originally for a Brita pitcher, and walked out with a Pure pitcher with filter for only $14 bucks. Then I found a pack of red bulls for $6.00. Even at 2 for 4 discounts most places offer that still would have been 2 dollars more than the savings I got here!

Just your ordinary rite aid. But I really like the friendly and helpful pharmacy staff. Recently switched from another pharmacy due to insurance rules and they’ve been fantastic.

Everyone is always nice but one pharmacist is rude every single time I go in. Had an issue with my valid insurance and she gave me nasty attitude while blaming me. Returned later after my insurance company had called them and before she would even try to run it again she tried to argue it wouldnt work. Surprise! It worked. Told all the staff about the poor customer service and they laughed it off and told me they frequently receive complaints about her. Unfortunately, although the rest of the staff was friendly, after repeatedly being talked down during multiple visits by this pharmacist, I will not be returning.

The pharmacist is an arrogant piece of work. I told him I am allergic to corn and needed to make sure the antibiotics were corn free. He quickly told me that I dont have an allergy and it is all in my head. He then told me that all white pills have corn starch in them so I was lying to him. I was pretty irate. I do in fact have a severe corn allergy that I developed two years ago. Who is this clown to tell me I dont and it is all in my head. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and he willingness to play with someones life over blantent arrogance. Needless to say, I will not be back. I encourage anyone reading this to avoid this pharmacy, it may just save your life.

In my first time visit to this store the cashier allowed a gentleman to jump on front of the line, at no moment she told him about what he did or to go to the back of the line like everyone else, neither she called a manager to inform or handle the situation.This store has very low standards, and customer service. Ill never do business with this chain.

I had a great experience yesterday August 23 around 6:30 from the man that greeted me at the entrance the manager and Woman who rang me up. Couldnt as for a better experience!!

Always have what I need, usually on sale too. And the pharmacy staff are really great and super nice.

Went here for the Multicare Express, theres never a wait, and the ARNP was friendly. I highly recommend going here instead of an urgent care. WAY cheaper too! Average visit is $65 billed to your insurance. No pymt at the time of visit.

Hours listed on Google state that the pharmacy is open until 10pm. That is not correct, they close at 6 p.m. on Saturdays.

Not a public business. No need to visit. This location has chose to put a sign up saying no public bathrooms. I will shop somewhere else.

Good prices. Friendly help.
