Never been in BB&B. But I love everyone in there, because they let me park in their lot to ridemy bicycle.Also I think Will Farrell mentioned them in the movie Old School. Good luck to you all out there in Internet Land.!

One of the biggest Bed Bath & Beyond store in California. They sell great variety of kitchenware products, dinnerware sets, travel sets, coffee maker, juicer etc.. Kitchen utensils are of excellent quality. They also have great collection of quality dinnerware. Customer service is very good. This shop is very clean and well organized.

Love the way they made the aisles seem bigger and the entry way. Not so cluttered. Service is always good.

Absolutely phenomenal! I had searched everywhere in stores for a tart pan and came up empty. A quick Google search directed me to Bed, Bath and Beyond. One tap to the website allowed me to place an order at an amazing price, receive a text and email alert, and in less than an hour I was able to pick it up using curbside delivery.100% would recommend! Seamless shopping! I cant wait to need something else so I can have the pleasure to recreate my experience.

On my 1st walk through the store, I could not find a specific item. So on my way out, I thought I would ask an employee if they had seen this item. She said that she had not seen the item I was describing, but to try looking in the closet dept. And deep in that dept. there it was, the Socket Shelf I was looking for. I was so pleased that they had exactly what I was looking for, I thanked the employee for pointing me in the right direction, and showed her what I was describing. She even stated that she might like this item. I have always been happy with my purchases and with the customer service at Bed Bath & Beyond.

I had to make a pretty complicated return/exchange. The customer service here was AMAZING!!! I wish I remembered the names of the lady and manager who helped me. (It was Sunday 2/2/2020 in the morning.)I was there for a while and took some time to get my transactions done. I didn’t feel like they were rushing or irritated with helping me. Matter of fact, they even made it fun! I’ll be back.

Love all the staff here! All the guys and gals here were phenomenal! I really enjoyed the personal shopping experience with Karen. I never knew they offered personal shoppers for free before it was mentioned to me from someone in the store. Karen and the other employees made me feel like queen for a day! I never had that experience before at any other store. I am horrible at decorating but with the help of the bed bath and beyond staff they made me feel like I was suddenly the Van Gogh of my own masterpiece! They helped pull my likes out and create a unique design for my new place. I love all my new purchases! This is now my new favorite store! Karen is the best! The store is brightly lit . The shelves are stocked to the brim . Variety of merchandise to choose from, however not all merchandise was labeled and priced. Now customer service there was none. No one greeted me. No one approach me. Lucky for me I knew what I needed. I did make a purchase and the cashier never looked up at me. There was no eye contact whatsoever. I might go back and give them another try I hope they improve on their customer service.

I appreciated no long wait standing in line due to supervisor monitored check outs and directed accordingly. This was 2 days before Christmas. I also got 25% off my purchase.

BB&B has the nicest, most helpful staff of any store anywhere. I couldnt find the knife set I saw on their website and 3 staff members spent a good 15 minutes looking around the store, on the computer and then in the back storage area. And they seemed very happy to help. I love BB&B!

What a good shop and great staff. I was asked by a young fella if I needed help. I said no then thought hold on and asked a question. He couldnt think of what I was after. 5 minutes later he shows up sir I found these. Brilliant what a good lad. But in the shop a very diverse range of product and lots of it. As mentioned the staff were great. Even if one little lassie thought me Australian. Scottish all day long. But overall a good shop and a positive experience using it.

The had the candle I was looking for but I had sticker shock $29 for a candle you can get at walmart for $18Im not kidding

I always like going here to shop but my visit yesterday has me rethinking this store. Check prices as they ring you up! 2 of 6 items I was buying rang up $10 over the marked price and I had to point it out to be adjusted. When the manager came over to fix it she acted like she was doing me a favor or making an exception for me... I just wanted to pay the marked price! The manager didnt seem at all bothered by the discrepancies either. I saw a lot of differences between price tags on items and signs on the shelf. Half of the items I looked at had no price tag and good luck finding an employee on the floor to help. This wasnt the best experience. Cashier was very nice, but honestly the only person I had positive interaction with. If I shop at BB&B in the future, it will not be at the Upland store.

I went looking for some specific items, found 1 of 3. Asked one of the staff - Tambra- if they have what I was looking for. She not only looked it up, got it ordered for me but also led me over to my other item. She was not only pleasant but great sense of humor and efficient as heck! Today was my first time stepping back into a Bed Bath and B-Yd. I just have been shopping onine too much. Just will say that the associate in the food processor area was very helpful and courteous.She went the extra mile in trying to find out all and enough info. Regarding the food processors I was interested in.She made me feel special and she was just very nice. Since I didnt know what exactly to look for. Yes, i would shop there again. They are to expensive and they are out of stock every time you go there.

The store carries a very wide variety of everything you could possibly need in your home, as suggested by the name. Prices however are not substantially less than other local department stores, so unless they have something specific that you know that only they carry, shopping around and doing some price comparisons would be highly recommended, to make sure you get the lowest possible price on a name brand item. Target is just across the parking lot and Walmart is within 5 miles so do not be too hasty unless the price of the item is substantially less then other local retailers.

I had ordered items online to be picked up in the store. Just like they had advertised the items were ready to be picked up within two hours. The process was effortless. I like most of the quality of the stock here. Keep your eyes open anywhere you shop. Say many items that i would like but didnt get. Ill be back again to get them later.
