Micheals always has every craft item you can imagine. I went in and got tissue paper to make big flowers, cellophane to wrap my raffle buckets and bags for candy to be wrapped in for the San Dimas Chamber of Commerce Wine Walk that was held Oct. 2nd. I sponsored a Dia de los Muertos themed booth at the Wine Walk. It turned out perfect.

By far the best Michaels west of the 15 freeway. The staff was amazing and quick with an answer. I found my shopping experience to be next to heaven. Keep up the great work you guys!

This is a Great place to go to. I go to explore and find new projects to work on. They have a Great choice of colors for yarns to choose from.

I needed to do some crafting and hobby lobby was closed because it was on a Sunday so I went by Michaels they did not have the candles that I needed but I did pick up a few other items. The lines were fast customer service was good I did get a really good discount coupon so it was a good shopping experience overall.

This is always a Great place to walk around in. With the holidays coming up you will find a lot of things to make and to decorate.

I had an online order they werent clear where it was. They have what I am looking for but maybe because of covid they dont show anymore where items are located just say general area. I got my order and the cashier was nice. They have covid rules which I did encounter a line but the line took five minutes once in It was spaced out and I didnt encounter people until I got in line to check out.

So glad to find another Michales to fill my creative urges. Filled with magical things that bring out the best.I could get lost for hours!

Really busy! If youre picking up an order forget finding parking on the designated pick up spots. I checked in when I got there for curbside and I waited 10 minutes, refreshed the page and said unavailable that I had to pick up in store. I go get in line and call to see if I have to make line, put me in hold for another 5 minutes and never got back to me, I saw a lady just go up to ask for her order so I ended up doing the same. My curbside pick up turned into well over 30 minutes to get my order.

Michaels is my go-to DIY store. I recently stopped by to check out their picture frames. They have quite a large selection, and I found some possible choices in both the frame section and the DIY section.

Came in to buy felt and left happy with the reasonable prices.

Went to buy tie dye kits for my granddaughter. They had a wonderful kit with at least 24 colors...i forgot the actual count of the colors, I think I a. Close. The kit also came with gloves,Rubber bands, and plastic table cloth and of course instructions. The process was easy to do and everyone had fun doing it.The employees were friendly and took the time to show me where they were.Of course we were all wearing masks including employees. This store is notMY home store but is close to my gra daughters home. I will return to that store whenever I am In the area.

I ordered one can of spray paint online for in-store pickup. It took 3 hours for them to get it ready and then when I went to pick it up it still wasnt ready. Next time Ill just go in store

Micheal is very expensive. But they did have eveything i was looking for. The worker are every nice and helpful. However i will not being going back bue to pricing. Should have went to hobby lobby or walmart for art supplys...sorry Micheals no hard feeling. 3 stars for the helpful employee 2 for pricing.

I get all my paint stuff here and canvas are fail priced. They have tunes of opposition for what ever you want to dabble in or give something new a try and it is cheap enough to give it a try without worrying about spending a ton to get started. Even have things for decorating. It is definitely worth checking out if you are artsy.

I really like this Michaels. They usually have what Im looking for when I am searching for items for my art projects for my students or for my holiday crafts. I seem to always walk out with more than what I originally came in for. 😊 Service at check out was quick and friendly.

This store is awesome. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with your questions and for what your looking for.The inside of the store is really clean and in good condition. Parking is good and close to the store.This store sits in a strip mall with a lot of other stores you are probably going to shop at. There are also a lot of places to choose from if you get hungry.I would definitely recommend this place for everyone to shop at and to come to to help you with your crafting, sewing projects, birthday party, wedding party.They have a lot of storage containers and boxes on sale every day and a lot of other items on sale.The atmosphere here is good, every person I ran into was friendly and will to help you with finding items for your crafting project. The music in the store is cool. I always hear a song i love on the overhead radio.I am always at Michales stores looking for items for the craft projects I am doing for someone or for my self. I always find things I can use once i start a new project.I love this store and they have made a customer for life and I definitely going to recommend this place to all my friends who to craft as much as I love to craft.

Very helpful staff - Aspen and Jose especially were really great.Customers arent following mask restrictions well though (noses everywhere) so dont go when its crowded.

This Michaels is really nice. You could tell before you get in the store they have plenty of benches outside to sit tables to sit at. Its really comfortable outside. When you get in the store its really nice and clean and the employees are very helpful.

Well. I sometimes think of doing something creative to do at home. And what did I find at Michaels? A$5 wrist watch. Compare that to the cost of other stores. Also, wedding planning tools. And paints, markers, and pencils. I especially liked the plain skulls for you to decorate at Halloween time. Seasonal items are affordable too.

The employees are rude. They no longer accept competitors coupons and since everything is way overpriced, Ill be sticking to Joanns and Amazon.

They have everything little pricey but its worth it cuz I have quality stuff if youre a painter or something I just wanted a container to hold a giant American flag and they had it Ill be going back for it

They had what I wanted. They have all the crafty tools, material, and decorations a person could want. But, youd better be able to find it your self, theres no help on the floor. All in all a fun place with fun stuff.

This place was very helpful! I found a set of earrings that I really liked, but it was missing an earring. The workers found another set of an earrings for me and it was very thoughtful.

I can spend hours in here. Recently redesigned the layout. Well taken care of and the staff is very knowledgeable with the products and definitely can help you navigate and find the right thing youre looking for. They always have coupons on their app. Love this place!

Bad experience waiting in line two cashiers but only one was open and finally after 5 minutes or so second cashier decided to put what he was putting together down and take the one costumer thats behind these three ladys who apparently purchased the whole store and me with my two little things. This Dennys was very good. They greeted everyone that came through the door. I thought that this was exceptional - compared to must other Dennys Ive been to. I sat at the counter - so the wait was no time. The food was not quick - but it wasnt slow at all. One of the few Dennys that had TVs to watch while you wait and eat. Lol Highly recommend if your in the area.

This is a very small location. Average for cleanliness. Cashiers are rude, not helpful, and clearly there just killing time collecting a paycheck. We were in line, a long one at that. There were two registers open. When it was our turn to pay, the cashier walked away, mind you there was a line behind me. When I finally got up to other cashier, I told her I wanted to use my teacher discount. She looked at my school badge like it was a fake ID then proceeded to question me why there wasnt a school year on it. This ID is about 6 months old and looks exactly like me. She refused the discount, and continued to ring me up. The entire time she was complaining about the mat she was standing on and other things that she shouldnt be saying in front of customers.

They need to put all glitter stuff in one corner, like quarantine, its always everywhere in the store. Because of that its not always clean in here. Customer service is eh okay. Prices are pretty high unless theres a sale and coupon. They dont always have a great selection for wedding stuff.

I always find what i need and the customer service is always great. I went in the other day and the girl checking me out was so helpful i wish i remembered her name because she deserves a promotion or bonus because shes very good. When i do find get name out Ill update this post.

They had a lot of great stuff in there! It was a bit messy, but it was the Christmas season, so everything gets that way. Haha.

Michaels is my #1 go-to crafting/projects store. It has mostly everything I need to get my projects done. With those coupons, I never have to purchase full price. They have great clearance sales as well.
