I met a very honest guy. He gives you the time to check and test drive their cars, reveals everything concerning the full price and tries to fix anything that the client dislike in their cars. Although I havent bought the car I wanted because I wanted different color but the car was super clean and drives so well so I can give them 5 stars.

Ed was very patient and honest with me as I am a senior citizen. He is very honest and returned emails efficiently.

Ed, James and the rest of the employees at 123 Car Buying, Auto repair are very friendly and helpful. They do a great job in explaining the problem and how they are going to fix it. They are professional and the quality of the work is exceptional. They call after the service to be sure I am satisfied and all is working well. They give me an estimated time for completion and its usually completed prior to the time given. They dont nickel and dime you and their prices are fair. I wouldnt take my vehicles any where else.

A few years ago I was given a referral to come to this establishment. I was very please with the service that I received. I am a business owner and have several work vehicles I bring them all here. Very good customer service And they don’t keep my car for long periods of time. Always good work in a timely manner. This is my go to automotive shop .

OK, so I just locked my keys in my car. Luckily, Ed from 123 Car Buying is parked right next to me. Without my prompting, he says he will drive to his shop and get his tools to help me. 10 minutes later I am on my way. Incredible. I will be getting my car detailed here, and I will be buying my next car from here. Kindness and integrity are key to anything car-related, and this place clearly has it.

Rude and unprofessional. James got argumentative and agitated when I told him I wasnt going to agree to any upsells. Theres many other smog stations within a mile, just go to a different one like I did.Response from the Owner:Were sorry you had a bad experience. To be clear though, no body at any point was trying to upsell you. We were simply saying that in order to do a smog on your car, we would need to see the engine to perform the visual inspection.I was told at the desk after filling out some paperwork that they ~might~ have to charge me more for the service if they had open the hood. I told them I was not going to agree to any additional charges beyond the price I was quoted, at which point the person who identified himself as James became rude and argumentative. They wouldnt give me a straight answer as to what that charge would be or if they would be assessing that charge for certain. Its bad business. Here someone is from the profile trying to make it seem like Im lying. Are are they saying its state law to charge customers more if they have to open a engine cover?

The owner Ed is a very nice man. He is very honest, helpful and gets you the best deal that he can. I recommend him to family and friends and I highly recommend his business.

I bought a lemon here. They were happy to take my money. The mechanics dont know the difference between a water pump and an alternator. When I got angry as I had every right to be, I was told to take the lemon elsewhere. I was treated very badly. Buyer beware!!!!
